Abstract
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,尤指一种用于集装箱、活动房的防火木纹地板,及其制备方法。本发明提供了一种集装箱活动房的防火木纹地板及其制备方法,工艺过程简单、操作方便,产品质量稳定。本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果为:美观,防滑,表面强度高,耐磨性能好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,尤指一种用于集装箱、活动房的防火木纹地板,及其制备方法。
背景技术
集装箱式活动房是按照/接近标准集装箱尺寸制造的,可以按照集装箱模式进行运输的建筑类型,广泛应用于各类施工现场,具有施工周期短、场地要求小的特点,并且由于其突出的可移动性、坚固实用性等特点,非常有利于工程现场使用,对于应付重大自然灾害后的救灾安置工作也具有重大现实意义。
改革开放后,各大城市急需建造各种房屋,建筑开发商、建筑工人,从全国各地涌入大中城市,为了解决工人的住宿问题,开发商搭起了临时宿舍。建筑工地的临时住房,最初是以石棉瓦为顶拱建的临时工棚,造价低,但简陋、安全性低,基本没有防风、防震能力。90年代后,全国加强对建筑工地的管理,保障工人安全,因石棉被证实为有害、致癌的物质,明令禁止使用石棉瓦拱建的临时房屋,临时房屋要有一定的安全级别,具有防风、防震、防火等能力。
针对以上要求,住人集装箱需要铺设一种对人体健康无害、防火、美观的木纹地板。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种集装箱活动房的防火木纹地板及其制备方法,工艺过程简单、操作方便,产品质量稳定。本发明提供的防火地板具有突出的防火性能,耐火极限可达1-4小时,具有优良的抗折、抗冲击、隔热、保温、抗腐蚀和低收缩性能,具有优于各类人造板材的综合性能,美观的同时代替了传统的木质板,是保护木材资源的战略材料。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种防火地板,由上至下依次包括面浆层、无纺布层、玻纤布层、填料层、玻纤布层、无纺布层,详见说明书附图。
其中面浆层的组成为:氧化铁黄、氧化铁红、氧化铁黑中的任一种2-8kg;氧化镁50-70kg;氯化镁溶液(波美度≥24度)或硫酸镁溶液(波美度≥28度)40-60kg;滑石粉20-35kg。面浆层经相应模板或模具挤压制出凹凸的木纹。
无纺布层的特征为:克重为9-16g。
玻纤布的特征为:每平方厘米经纬各5根或6根或经6根纬4根或经4根纬6根,即5×5或6×6或6×4或4×6中的任一种。
填料层的组成为:氧化镁100-140kg;氯化镁溶液(波美度≥24度)或硫酸镁溶液(波美度≥28度)120-175kg;木屑40-60kg;地板废物回收粉碎边角料40-60kg;氧化铁黄、氧化铁红、氧化铁黑、氧化铁绿、氧化铁蓝中的任一种:0.5-2kg。
具体制备步骤如下:
(1)将面浆层的浆料加模板上,并与6×4玻纤布和9g无纺布同时经滚筒挤压定厚合成面浆层;面浆层经相应模板或模具挤压制出凹凸的木纹;
(2)定厚后的面浆层再加二层玻纤布;
(2)将填料层的浆料放在面浆层及二层玻纤布之上;
(3)同时与两层玻纤布及一层无纺布或铝薄布经滾筒挤压定厚后,进行切割分离成模板一样尺寸;
(5)进入养护房进行养护。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果为:美观,防滑,表面强度高,耐磨性能好。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,下属具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
按照说明书附图,制备防火地板,从上至下依次为面浆层、无纺布层、玻纤布层、填料层、玻纤布层、无纺布层,其制备方法为:
(1)将面浆层的浆料加模板上,并与6×6玻纤布和10g无纺布同时经滚筒挤压定厚合成面浆层;面浆层原料组成为:氧化铁黄2kg;氧化镁50kg;氯化镁溶液(波美度28度)40kg;滑石粉20kg。面浆层经相应模板或模具挤压制出凹凸的木纹。
(2)定厚后的面浆层再加二层5×5玻纤布,;
(3)将填料层的浆料放在面浆层及二层玻纤布之上,填料层原料组成为:氧化镁100kg;硫酸镁溶液(波美度28度)120kg;木屑40kg;地板废物回收粉碎边角料40kg;氧化铁黄0.5kg。
(4)同时与两层玻纤(5×5)及一层10g的无纺布经滾筒挤压定厚后,进行切割分离成模板一样尺寸;
(5)拆除板状模具,并修边,制得防火木纹地板A。
制备好的防火地板进行质量检测,结果如下表所示。

实施例2
按照说明书附图,制备防火地板,从上至下依次为面浆层、无纺布层、玻纤布层、填料层、玻纤布层、无纺布层,其制备方法为:
(1)将面浆层的浆料加模板上,并与6×6玻纤布和12g无纺布同时经滚筒挤压定厚合成面浆层;面浆层原料组成为:氧化铁红2kg;氧化镁50kg;硫酸镁溶液(波美度28度)40kg;滑石粉20kg。面浆层经相应模板或模具挤压制出凹凸的木纹。
(2)定厚后的面浆层再加二层6×6玻纤布,
(3)将填料层的浆料放在面浆层及二层玻纤布之上,填料层原料组成为:氧化镁140kg;氯化镁溶液(波美度26度)175kg;木屑60kg;地板废物回收粉碎边角料60kg;氧化铁黑2kg。
(4)同时与两层玻纤布(6×6)及一层铝薄布经滾筒挤压定厚后,进行切割分离成模板一样尺寸;
(5)拆除板状模具,对整体进行热压,并修边,制得防火木纹地板B。
实施例3
按照说明书附图,制备防火地板,从上至下依次为面浆层、无纺布层、玻纤布层、填料层、玻纤布层、无纺布层,其制备方法为:
(1)将面浆层的浆料加模板上,并与6×4玻纤布和16g无纺布同时经滚筒挤压定厚合成面浆层;面浆层原料组成为:氧化铁蓝2kg;氧化镁50kg;氯化镁溶液(波美度28度)40kg;滑石粉20kg。面浆层经相应模板或模具挤压制出凹凸的木纹。
(2)定厚后的面浆层再加二层6×4玻纤布,
(3)将填料层的浆料放在面浆层及二层玻纤布之上,填料层原料组成为:氧化镁120kg;波美度30度的硫酸镁溶液150kg;木屑50kg;地板废物回收粉碎边角料50kg;氧化铁绿1kg。
(4)同时与两层玻纤(6×4)及一层16g的无纺布经滾筒挤压定厚后,进行切割分离成模板一样尺寸;
(5)拆除板状模具,并修边,制得防火木纹地板C。
实施例4
按照说明书附图,制备防火地板,从上至下依次为面浆层、无纺布层、玻纤布层、填料层、玻纤布层、无纺布层,其制备方法为:
(1)将面浆层的浆料加模板上,并与6×6玻纤布和14g无纺布同时经滚筒挤压定厚合成面浆层;面浆层原料组成为:氧化铁蓝6kg;氧化镁55kg;波美度32度的硫酸镁溶液55kg;滑石粉30kg。面浆层经相应模板或模具挤压制出凹凸的木纹。
(2)定厚后的面浆层再加二层6×6玻纤布,;
(3)将填料层的浆料放在面浆层及二层玻纤布之上,填料层原料组成为:氧化镁130kg;波美度28度的硫酸镁溶液160kg;木屑55kg;地板废物回收粉碎边角料55kg;氧化铁黑1.5kg。
(4)同时与两层玻纤(6×6)及一层14g的无纺布经滾筒挤压定厚后,进行切割分离成模板一样尺寸;
(5)拆除板状模具,并修边,制得防火木纹地板D。
实施例5
将实施例1-4制造的防火木纹地板A、B、C、D与市售的人造地板、表面饰PVC的耐磨地板进行耐磨性评价,将试件与研磨轮摩擦一定的转数后,计算试件表面磨耗损失量及保留装饰花纹的程度,结果见下表。用本发明的方法制造的地板明显耐磨性优于其他对比产品。

Claims (8)
1.一种集装箱活动房的防火木纹地板,其特征在于,该地板由上至下依次包括面浆层、无纺布层、玻纤布层、填料层、玻纤布层、无纺布层。
2.如权利要求1所述的地板,其特征在于,该地板的面浆层原料组成为:氧化铁黄、氧化铁红、氧化铁黑、氧化铁绿、氧化铁蓝中的任一种2-8kg;氧化镁50-70kg;波美度≥24度的氯化镁溶液或波美度≥28度的硫酸镁溶液40-60kg;滑石粉20-35kg。
3.如权利要求1所述的木纹地板,其特征在于,该地板的面浆层原料中所用氯化镁溶液为波美度≥24度,硫酸镁溶液为波美度≥28度。
4.如权利要求1所述的木纹地板,其特征在于,该地板的无纺布层为克重为9-16g的无纺布。
5.如权利要求1所述的木纹地板,其特征在于,该地板的玻纤布层为每平方厘米经纬各5根或6根或经6根纬4根或经4根纬6根,即5×5或6×6或6×4或4×6中的任一种玻纤布。
6.如权利要求1所述的地板,其特征在于,该地板的填料层原料组成为:氧化镁100-140kg;波美度≥24度的氯化镁溶液或波美度≥28度的硫酸镁溶液120-175kg;木屑40-60kg;地板废物回收粉碎边角料40-60kg;氧化铁黄、氧化铁红、氧化铁黑、氧化铁绿、氧化铁蓝中的任一种:0.5-2kg。
7.如权利要求1所述的地板,其特征在于,该地板的填料层原料所用氯化镁溶液为波美度24~28度,硫酸镁溶液波美度≥28度。
8.制备权利要求1所述的一种集装箱活动房的防火木纹地板的方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制备:
(1)将面浆层的浆料加模板上,并与6×4玻纤布和9g无纺布同时经滚筒挤压定厚合成面浆层;面浆层原料组成为:氧化铁黄、氧化铁红、氧化铁黑、氧化铁绿、氧化铁蓝中的任一种2kg;氧化镁50kg;波美度≥28度的氯化镁溶液或波美度≥28度的硫酸镁溶液40kg;滑石粉20kg;面浆层经相应模板或模具挤压制出凹凸的木纹;
(2)定厚后的面浆层再加二层玻纤布;
(3)将填料层的浆料放在面浆层及二层玻纤布之上;填料层的组成为:氧化镁100-140kg;波美度≥24度的氯化镁溶液或波美度≥28度的硫酸镁溶液120-175kg;木屑40-60kg;地板废物回收粉碎边角料40-60kg;氧化铁黄、氧化铁红、氧化铁黑、氧化铁绿、氧化铁蓝中的任一种:0.5-2kg;
(4)同时与两层玻纤及一层9-16g的无纺布或铝薄布经滾筒挤压定厚后,进行切割分离成模板一样尺寸;
(5)进入养护房进行养护。
