Abstract
一种功能性压片糖果及其制备方法,涉及瘦身食物技术领域,由以下重量份的组分制成,干淀粉10-20份,生姜5-8份,射干5-7份,苏叶3-6份,甘草2-5份,破故纸5-7份,阳起石3-6份,薄荷2-5份,槟榔3-6份,白酒10-20份,粘合剂5-10份,润滑剂5-8份,木糖醇25-35份。包括以下方法步骤,将生姜、射干、苏叶、甘草、破故纸、阳起石、薄荷、槟榔进行混合熬制,然后过滤得到药汤;将药汤与淀粉混合,然后加入木糖醇和粘合剂并制成软材;在50℃-60℃沸腾干燥机干燥;将润滑剂和酒精加入充分混合,然后压片成型。本发明口感好,具有戒烟效果的功能,治疗效果好,副作用小,口感好,口味独特,容易接受。

本发明涉及瘦身食物技术领域,具体涉及一种功能性压片糖果及其制备方法。
背景技术
压片糖果又称压片糖、粉糖或片糖,也常被称作汽水糖。它是以精制糖粉为主体,添加奶粉、香料等填充料和淀粉糖浆、糊精、明胶等粘合剂,经制粒压片成型的混合物。它无需加热熬煮,被称为冷加工工艺。现有的压片糖果都不具有功能性,或者功能性不明确,口感也较差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种口感好,具有戒烟效果的功能性压片糖果及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种功能性压片糖果,由以下重量份的组分制成,
一种功能性压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下方法步骤,
1)将生姜、射干、苏叶、甘草、破故纸、阳起石、薄荷、槟榔进行混合熬制,然后过滤得到药汤;
2)将药汤与淀粉混合,然后加入木糖醇和粘合剂并制成软材;
3)在50℃-60℃沸腾干燥机干燥;
4)将润滑剂和酒精加入充分混合,然后压片成型。
所述的粘合剂为羟丙甲基纤维素或者微晶纤维素中的一种或两种。
所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸镁。
本发明中在磨粉时加入了具有提神以及具有一定麻醉作用而且少量不伤害身体的中药物,一定程度上可以取代吸烟者对于香烟的依赖,也不会产生依赖性,而且发明中增加了口味的药物,使得糖果清新,具有特殊口味,便于食用者可以容易接受。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明口感好,具有戒烟效果的功能,治疗效果好,副作用小,口感好,口味独特,容易接受。

一种功能性压片糖果,由以下重量份的组分制成,
一种功能性压片糖果的制备方法,包括以下方法步骤,
1)将生姜、射干、苏叶、甘草、破故纸、阳起石、薄荷、槟榔进行混合熬制,然后过滤得到药汤;
2)将药汤与淀粉混合,然后加入木糖醇和粘合剂并制成软材;
3)在50℃-60℃沸腾干燥机干燥;
4)将润滑剂和酒精加入充分混合,然后压片成型。
粘合剂为羟丙甲基纤维素。
润滑剂为硬脂酸镁。

4)将润滑剂和酒精加入充分混合,然后压片成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于:粘合剂为羟丙甲基纤维素或者微晶纤维素中的一种或两种。
