本发明提供了一种机印亚麻漂白面料的活性印花工艺,包括以下步骤:1)前处理煮漂;2)配色浆;3)印花;4)蒸化;5)皂洗。本发明的一种机印亚麻漂白面料的活性印花工艺,操作简单、快捷、方便,提高了生产效益,解决了在前处理煮漂、皂洗等过程中容易产生破洞的问题,以及印花颜色萎暗不鲜艳等问题。

一种机印亚麻漂白面料的活性印花工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机印亚麻漂白面料的活性印花工艺,属于织物印染技术领域。
背景技术
活性印花属于直接印花工艺的一种,是织物最常用的印花工艺。其采用活性染料渗透进面料并与纤维分子结合,从而形成各种印花图案。活性印花的面料色彩亮丽,色牢度好,手感绵软,不易褪色,久用如新。
目前,织物的活性印花工艺存在操作复杂,不易控制,印花颜色萎暗不鲜艳,在生产过程中易产生断纱、小破洞多等问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提出一种机印亚麻漂白面料的活性印花工艺。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案得以实现:
一种机印亚麻漂白面料的活性印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)前处理煮漂:将机印亚麻漂白面料放入常温染缸中,加入0.25g/L的枧油TC,0.5g/L的浴中宝WAC和1g/L的软水剂CT,处理4分钟,然后用80℃的溢流水洗8分钟,再依次加入2g/L的双氧水处理4分钟,1g/L的PN粉处理4分钟,0.41g/L的荧光增白剂4BK处理4分钟,然后升温至90℃,保温60分钟剪办,降温放水;加水升温至50℃保温10分钟,加入0.2g/L的冰醋酸处理4分钟,降温放水;加水升温至55℃保温10分钟,最后放水、出缸;
2)配色浆:在水中依次加入防染色盐S、六偏磷酸钠和海藻酸钠充分溶解,高速搅匀15-20分钟,存放至少12小时,制备得到底浆;染料和尿素用适量水混匀后加入所述底浆中,最后加入小苏打充分搅拌得到色浆;
3)印花:印花机采用平网刀或圆网刀;
4)蒸化:放入蒸化机进行蒸化,蒸化温度为100℃-104℃,蒸化时间为10-12分钟;
5)皂洗:在车速65-70m/min下,依次通过常温的平洗槽和小轧槽,然后经过高温的松洗槽,最后常温下出布;所述松洗槽内的温度依次为55℃-75℃-90℃-75℃-55℃。
进一步的,所述步骤1)的浴比为1:8。
进一步的,所述步骤2)中,以质量百分比计,防染色盐S为1.5%、六偏磷酸钠为2%,海藻酸钠为4%,余量为水。
进一步的,所述步骤2)中,以质量百分比计,尿素为5%-10%,小苏打为1%-3.5%,余量为染料和底浆。
进一步的,所述步骤3)中,印花机采用平网刀,刀口为0.3mm/1.5cm,刀硬度为55°-60°,刀压为2N,刀速为3m/S,刀角为40°,浆厚薄为8500厘泊,烘房温度为120℃。
进一步的,所述步骤3)中,印花机采用圆网刀,磁棒为20mm,磁力为60N,浆厚薄为7000厘泊,烘房温度为125℃。
进一步的,所述步骤4)中蒸化机的布容量为250m。
进一步的,所述步骤5)中包括3000L的底槽和250L的补充槽,所述底槽中加入有3-5kg的白底防沾剂和3-5kg的洗涤剂,所述补充槽中加入有1-4kg的白底防沾剂和1-4kg的洗涤剂,所述补充槽流量为1kg/min。
本发明的突出效果为:本发明的一种机印亚麻漂白面料的活性印花工艺,操作简单、快捷、方便,提高了生产效益,解决了在前处理煮漂、皂洗等过程中容易产生破洞的问题,以及印花颜色萎暗不鲜艳等问题。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和有益效果有更加清楚的理解,现对本发明的技术方案进行以下详细说明,但不能理解为对本发明的可实施范围的限定。下述实施例中所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;所述试剂和材料,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径获得。
实施例
本实施例提供一种机印亚麻漂白面料的活性印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)前处理煮漂:将机印亚麻漂白面料放入常温染缸中,浴比为1:8,加入0.25g/L的枧油TC,0.5g/L的浴中宝WAC和1g/L的软水剂CT,处理4分钟,然后用80℃的溢流水洗8分钟,再依次加入2g/L的双氧水处理4分钟,1g/L的PN粉处理4分钟,0.41g/L的荧光增白剂4BK处理4分钟,然后升温至90℃,保温60分钟剪办,降温放水;加水升温至50℃保温10分钟,加入0.2g/L的冰醋酸处理4分钟,降温放水;加水升温至55℃保温10分钟,最后放水、出缸;
2)配色浆:在水中依次加入防染色盐S、六偏磷酸钠和海藻酸钠充分溶解,高速搅匀15-20分钟,存放至少12小时,制备得到底浆;染料和尿素用适量水混匀后加入底浆中,最后加入小苏打充分搅拌得到色浆;
以质量百分比计,防染色盐S为1.5%、六偏磷酸钠为2%,海藻酸钠为4%,余量为水;以质量百分比计,尿素为5%-10%,小苏打为1%-3.5%,余量为染料和底浆,染料的添加量根据实际印染的需要添加。
3)印花:印花机采用平网刀或圆网刀;印花机采用平网刀,刀口为0.3mm/1.5cm,刀硬度为55°-60°,刀压为2N,刀速为3m/S,刀角为40°,浆厚薄为8500厘泊,烘房温度为120℃。或者,印花机采用圆网刀,磁棒为20mm,磁力为60N,浆厚薄为7000厘泊,烘房温度为125℃。
4)蒸化:放入蒸化机进行蒸化,蒸化机的布容量为250m,蒸化温度为100℃-104℃,蒸化时间为10分钟,有翠兰拼色时蒸化时间为12分钟;
5)皂洗:在车速65-70m/min下,依次通过常温的平洗槽和小轧槽,然后经过高温的松洗槽,最后常温下出布;松洗槽内的温度依次为55℃-75℃-90℃-75℃-55℃。步骤5)中包括3000L的底槽和250L的补充槽,底槽中加入有3-5kg的白底防沾剂和3-5kg的洗涤剂,补充槽中加入有1-4kg的白底防沾剂和1-4kg的洗涤剂,补充槽流量为1kg/min。针对印花的颜色深、中、浅,其用量见下表:

Claims (8)

1.一种机印亚麻漂白面料的活性印花工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)前处理煮漂:将机印亚麻漂白面料放入常温染缸中,加入0.25g/L的枧油TC,0.5g/L的浴中宝WAC和1g/L的软水剂CT,处理4分钟,然后用80℃的溢流水洗8分钟,再依次加入2g/L的双氧水处理4分钟,1g/L的PN粉处理4分钟,0.41g/L的荧光增白剂4BK处理4分钟,然后升温至90℃,保温60分钟剪办,降温放水;加水升温至50℃保温10分钟,加入0.2g/L的冰醋酸处理4分钟,降温放水;加水升温至55℃保温10分钟,最后放水、出缸;
2)配色浆:在水中依次加入防染色盐S、六偏磷酸钠和海藻酸钠充分溶解,高速搅匀15-20分钟,存放至少12小时,制备得到底浆;染料和尿素用适量水混匀后加入所述底浆中,最后加入小苏打充分搅拌得到色浆;
3)印花:印花机采用平网刀或圆网刀;
4)蒸化:放入蒸化机进行蒸化,蒸化温度为100℃-104℃,蒸化时间为10-12分钟;
5)皂洗:在车速65-70m/min下,依次通过常温的平洗槽和小轧槽,然后经过高温的松洗槽,最后常温下出布;所述松洗槽内的温度依次为55℃-75℃-90℃-75℃-55℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机印亚麻漂白面料的活性印花工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤1)的浴比为1:8。
3.根据权利要求1所述的机印亚麻漂白面料的活性印花工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中,以质量百分比计,防染色盐S为1.5%、六偏磷酸钠为2%,海藻酸钠为4%,余量为水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的机印亚麻漂白面料的活性印花工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中,以质量百分比计,尿素为5%-10%,小苏打为1%-3.5%,余量为染料和底浆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的机印亚麻漂白面料的活性印花工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中,印花机采用平网刀,刀口为0.3mm/1.5cm,刀硬度为55°-60°,刀压为2N,刀速为3m/S,刀角为40°,浆厚薄为8500厘泊,烘房温度为120℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的机印亚麻漂白面料的活性印花工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中,印花机采用圆网刀,磁棒为20mm,磁力为60N,浆厚薄为7000厘泊,烘房温度为125℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的机印亚麻漂白面料的活性印花工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤4)中蒸化机的布容量为250m。
8.根据权利要求1所述的机印亚麻漂白面料的活性印花工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤5)中包括3000L的底槽和250L的补充槽,所述底槽中加入有3-5kg的白底防沾剂和3-5kg的洗涤剂,所述补充槽中加入有1-4kg的白底防沾剂和1-4kg的洗涤剂,所述补充槽流量为1kg/min。
