技术领域
本发明涉及机械领域,特别涉及一种涂布机。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们对装饰美观的要求越来越高,目前对各类木器、板材类的涂装需求越来越多。涂布机是这些板材类涂布工艺的关键设备,目前市场上主要有辊式涂布机和刮刀式涂布机,辊式涂布机是用涂布辊向版面施以涂料,涂布量可通过计量辊间压力进行调节,压力加强,涂料的通过量减少,涂布量也就减少。缺点是涂布厚度不一致,也不能有很好的平滑度和光泽度。刮刀涂布机虽然使涂布面非常平整,但是杂物混入涂料时,易卡在刀口,在板面上留下长长的条痕,并且,根据不同的涂布产品需要选用不同材质的刀片,增大了成本,而且涂层也不能太厚。而且生产过程中,涂剂容易溢出污染生产空间,输送装置也有可能不平稳,造成废品。
因此,确有必要提供一种可有效解决上述技术问题的新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种可有效解决上述技术问题的全精度双滚涂布机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种全精度双滚涂布机包括机架、第一涂布装置、第二涂布装置、输送装置、传动电机组、涂料输送系统,所述第一涂布装置与所述第二涂布装置,并列位于所述机架上方,所述第一涂布装置或第二涂布装置包括涂布机上座、上座防护盖(图中未显示)、刮刀装置、均布轮、涂布轮,所述上座防护盖覆盖于所述涂布机上座顶部,所述均布轮和涂布轮均通过转轴与所述涂布机上座相连接,传动电机组位于所述涂布机上座外侧,包括四个传动电机,分别与所述第一涂布装置和第二涂布装置中的两个均布轮和涂布轮的转轴相连接,所述刮刀装置位于所述涂布轮上方,沿所述涂布轮转轴轴向方向与涂布机上座相连接,所述均布轮和涂布轮相接触形成V型槽,所述刮刀装置包括刮刀,所述刮刀与所述涂布轮的圆周形成一定的角度,位于所述V型槽一侧,并与所述涂布轮的圆周外表面留有一定的空隙,所述涂料输送系统包括两个带计量阀的出油管,所述涂布机上座设置有通孔,所述两个出油管穿过所述通孔,伸入所述第一涂布装置和第二涂布装置内,并位于所述V型槽上方,所述输送装置包括输送电机、输送主动轮、输送从动轮、输送皮带,所述输送电机与输送主动轮传动连接,所述输送主动轮和输送从动轮位于所述机架两端,所述输送皮带套装在所述输送主动轮和输送从动轮上。
所述刮刀装置为两个,相对放置,所述刮刀装置的另一个位于所述均布轮上方,其刀片与所述均布轮的圆周形成一定的角度,位于所述V型槽一侧,并与所述均布轮的圆周外表面留有一定的空隙。
所述刮刀装置还包括带有刀槽的刮刀架、刮刀调整螺杆和手摇轮,所述刮刀位于刮刀架的刀槽内,所述刮刀架与所述刮刀调整螺杆相连接,所述刮刀调整螺杆穿过所述涂布上座,所述刮刀调整螺杆顶部与所述手摇轮相连接。
所述涂料输送系统还包括回流槽、泵浦(图中未显示)、油桶和挡油板,所述挡油板设置在所述均布轮和涂布轮的两端。
所述输送装置还包括输送底轮,所述输送底轮设置在所述输送皮带下方,且设置在所述输送主动轮和输送从动轮中间靠所述输送主动轮一侧。
所述涂布上座侧面还设有水平调整装置,所述水平调整装置包括前进后退手摇轮、水平滑槽,所述前进后退手摇轮和水平滑槽分别位于所述涂布上座外、内侧面,所述均布轮的转轴的两端放置在所述水平滑槽中。
所述涂布上座还包括螺旋升降装置,所述螺旋升降装置包括升降手摇轮和涡轮蜗杆装置,所述升降手摇轮设置于所述机架外侧,所述涡轮蜗杆装置连接所述涂布上座和升降手摇轮。
所述机架内还设置有输送带防偏装置,所述输送带防偏装置包括气缸控制器和位移感知器。
第一涂布装置的涂布机上座前端设置有进料安全挡板,所述第二涂布装置的涂布机上座后端设置有出料安全挡板。
所述涂布上座外侧面还设有控制面板。
与现有技术相比,本发明全精度双滚轮涂布机有如下有益效果:涂面光滑平整、涂膜厚度均匀,刮刀片单一,涂料也实现了循环利用,提高了效率,节约了成本,同时也达到了环保效果。

如图1和图3所示,本发明全精度双滚涂布机包括机架1、第一涂布装置2、第二涂布装置3、输送装置4、传动电机组5、涂料输送系统8,所述第一涂布装置2与所述第二涂布装置3,并列位于所述机架1上方。所述第一涂布装置2或第二涂布装置3包括涂布机上座21、上座防护盖(图中未显示)、刮刀装置22、均布轮23、涂布轮24。所述上座防护盖覆盖于所述涂布机上座21顶部,所述均布轮23和涂布轮24均通过转轴与所述涂布机上座21相连接。传动电机组5位于所述涂布机上座21外侧,包括四个传动电机,分别与所述第一涂布装置2和第二涂布装置3中的两个均布轮23和涂布轮24的转轴相连接,所述两个均布轮23和涂布轮24均分别独立传动。所述刮刀装置22位于所述涂布轮24上方,沿所述涂布轮24转轴轴向方向与涂布机上座21相连接。如图2所示,所述均布轮23和涂布轮24相接触形成V型槽25,所述刮刀装置22包括刮刀221,所述刮刀221与所述涂布轮24的圆周形成一定的角度,位于所述V型槽25一侧,并与所述涂布轮24的圆周外表面留有一定的空隙。所述涂料输送系统8包括两个带计量阀的出油管82,所述涂布机上座21设置有通孔85,所述两个出油管82穿过所述通孔85,伸入所述第一涂布装置2和第二涂布装置3内,并位于所述V型槽25上方。所述输送装置4包括输送电机41、输送主动轮42、输送从动轮43、输送皮带44。所述输送电机41与输送主动轮42传动连接,所述输送主动轮42和输送从动轮43位于所述机架1两端,所述输送皮带44套装在所述输送主动轮42和输送从动轮43上。
如图3所示,所述刮刀装置22为两个,相对放置,所述刮刀装置22的另一个位于所述均布轮23上方,其刀片221与所述均布轮24的圆周形成一定的角度,位于所述V型槽25一侧,并与所述均布轮24的圆周外表面留有一定的空隙。
如图2和3所示,所述刮刀装置22还包括带有刀槽的刮刀架222、刮刀调整螺杆223和手摇轮224,所述刮刀221位于刮刀架222的刀槽内,所述刮刀架222与所述所述刮刀调整螺杆223相连接,所述刮刀调整螺杆223穿过所述涂布上座21,所述刮刀调整螺杆223顶部与所述手摇轮224相连接,通过所述手摇轮224调整所述刮刀221的角度。
如图1和2所示,所述涂料输送系统8还包括回流槽81、泵浦(图中未显示)、油桶84、挡油板83,所述挡油板83设置在所述均布轮23和涂布轮24的两端,通过所述泵浦和所述带阀门的出油管82将涂料从所述油桶84抽送入所述V型槽25,剩余的涂料通过所述挡油板83的缺口回流所述回流槽81,再流入所述油桶。
如图3所示,所述输送装置4还包括输送底轮45,所述输送底轮45设置在所述输送皮带44下方,且设置在所述输送主动轮42和输送从动轮43中间靠所述输送主动轮42一侧,更好地保证了所述输送带的平稳运行。
如图1所示,所述涂布上座21侧面还设有水平调整装置6,所述水平调整装置6包括前进后退手摇轮61、水平滑槽62,所述前进后退手摇轮61和水平滑槽62分别位于所述涂布上座21外、内侧面,所述均布轮23的转轴的两端放置在所述水平滑槽62中,通过所述前进后退手摇轮61来控制所述均布轮水平滑动。
如图1、图2和图3所示,所述涂布上座21还包括螺旋升降装置7,所述螺旋升降装置7包括升降手摇轮71和涡轮蜗杆装置72,所述升降手摇轮71设置于所述机架1外侧,所述涡轮蜗杆装置72连接所述涂布上座21和升降手摇轮71,通过所述手摇轮71旋转来带动所述涡轮蜗杆装置72运动,从而控制所述涂布上座21上升下降。
如图3所示,所述机架1内还设置有输送带防偏装置9,所述输送带防偏装置9包括气缸控制器91和位移感知器92,通过位移感知器92来感知所述输送皮带44的位置是否在中心位置,当所述输送带44跑向单边时,所述气缸控制器91会推动防偏轮93,把所述输送带44往反方向拉回,达到自动调整。
如图1所示,所述第一涂布装置2的涂布机上座21前端设置有进料安全挡板26,所述第二涂布装置的涂布机上座21后端设置有出料安全挡板27,以防止所述均布轮23和涂布轮24受到碰撞。
如图1所示,所述涂布上座21外侧面还设有控制面板10,所述控制面板10可以控制所述输送装置4、传动电机组5、涂料输送系统8、水平调整装置6和螺旋升降装置7这些设备的开启和关闭。
如图2所示,本发明全精密双滚涂布机的工作原理为:按照工艺要求,先调好所述刮刀221与所述均布轮23和涂布轮24的间隙,将待加工工件放入所述输送皮带44上,根据待加工工件的高度调整所述涂布上座21与所述输送皮带44的距离,启动所述涂料输送系统8,当涂料形成循环时,启动所述均布轮23,运动方向为所述输送皮带输送方向,再启动所述涂布轮24。所述输送系统4通过所述输送电机41带动所述输送主动轮42转动,所述输送主动轮42带动所述输送从动轮43沿如图所示方向转动,此方向为正转方向。所述均布轮23可以正反逆转,所述涂布轮24只能逆转,所述涂布轮24上的刮刀片221用来刮去多余的涂料,确保涂布轮每圈涂膜的一致性,当所述均布轮23逆转时,所述均布轮23上的刮刀片221防止涂料溢出,而影响涂布轮上的涂料均匀度。所述均布轮23的刮刀装置22可以自动摆动,速度则随着均布轮而快慢增减。有两个因素会影响涂层厚度,如下:所述均布轮23对所述涂布轮24和所述涂布轮24对所待加工工件行成的工作压力,涂层的厚度将随着压力的上升而下降;所述均布轮23和所述涂布轮24之间的速度差:所述均布轮23正转时,所述均布轮相对所述涂布轮24而言,速度差异越小涂层越厚,速度差异越大涂层越薄;所述均布轮23逆转时,这种情况下刚好相反,所述均布轮23相对所述涂布轮24速度差异越小,涂层越薄,速度差异越大涂层越厚。所述待加工工件经过所述涂布轮24后,被涂上一定厚度的漆膜。由于所述刮刀片221不与所述待加工件接触,可以一直选用同一种刀片。

6.如上任一权利要求所述的全精度双滚涂布机,其特征在于:所述涂布上座(21)侧面还设有水平调整装置(6),所述水平调整装置(6)包括前进后退手摇轮(61)、水平滑槽(62),所述前进后退手摇轮(61)和水平滑槽(62)分别位于所述涂布上座(21)外、内侧面,所述均布轮(23)的转轴的两端放置在所述水平滑槽(62)中。
7.如权利要求6所述的全精度双滚涂布机,其特征在于:所述涂布上座(21)还包括螺旋升降装置(7),所述螺旋升降装置(7)包括升降手摇轮(71)和涡轮蜗杆装置(72),所述升降手摇轮(71)设置于所述机架(1)外侧,所述涡轮蜗杆装置(72)连接所述涂布上座(21)和升降手摇轮(71)。
8.如权利要求7所述的全精度双滚涂布机,其特征在于:所述机架(1)内还设置有输送带防偏装置(9),所述输送带防偏装置(9)包括气缸控制器(91)和位移感知器(92)。
9.如权利要求8所述的全精度双滚涂布机,其特征在于:第一涂布装置(2)的涂布机上座(21)前端设置有进料安全挡板(26),所述第二涂布装置的涂布机上座(21)后端设置有出料安全挡板(27)。
10.如权利要求9所述的全精度双滚涂布机,其特征在于:所述涂布上座(21)外侧面还设有控制面板(10)。
