本发明涉及铝箔表面涂层制作技术领域,特别涉及一种空调铝箔表面涂层制作设备及涂层制作方法。
背景技术
空调铝箔是制造空调器用热交换器翅片的专用资料,早期运用的空调箔是素箔,为了改善素箔外表性能,在成形前涂以防腐的无机涂层和亲水的有机涂层,形成亲水箔,冷凝水在亲水铝箔上会迅速散开,不会凝结成水珠,增大热交换面积,加快制冷制热速度,还有效避免冷凝水阻碍空气流动而产生的噪音。
但在空调铝箔表面涂层制作过程中可能会遇到以下问题:
1、传统的空调箔生产涂覆防腐的无机涂层和亲水的有机涂层时,防腐的无机涂层和亲水的有机涂层的涂覆厚度是固定的,从而导致生产需要不同厚度的防腐的无机涂层和亲水的有机涂层是还需要后期进行再次涂覆,多次的涂覆导致工序较为繁琐;
2、传统的涂覆之后的亲水箔是通过长时间的裸露在传送将其表面的涂覆层进行风干的,这样使得传送过程中易因空中漂浮的杂质粘附,导致生产出的亲水箔质量无法得到保证。
发明内容
(一)技术方案
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种空调铝箔表面涂层制作设备及涂层制作方法。
本发明所要解决其技术问题所采用以下技术方案来实现:一种空调铝箔表面涂层制作设备,包括支撑架、传送机构、涂覆机构和风干机构,所述的支撑架前后对称排布,支撑架之间设置有传送机构,支撑架之间从左向右依次设置有涂覆机构与风干机构;
所述的传送机构包括转动轴、传送辊、导向辊、转动齿轮、链条、电动机、支撑板、卷绕轴、限位盘和皮带,所述的支撑架之间转动连接有转动轴,四个转动轴呈矩阵排布,转动轴上均固定套设有传送辊,支撑架之间转动连接有导向辊,导向辊位于右侧传送辊的后侧,转动轴的后端贯穿支撑架后,上下两个转动轴的后端均固定套设有相啮合的转动齿轮,位于上侧的转动轴上均固定套设有一号链轮,一号链轮之间通过链条传动连接,支撑架的后端面通过机架安装有电动机,电动机的输出轴与其中一个转动轴的后端相连接,前后两个支撑架的上端面靠近右端处设置有支撑板,支撑板的相对面均转动连接有卷绕轴,卷绕轴上固定套设有限位盘,位于后侧的卷绕轴的后端贯穿支撑板,位于后侧的卷绕轴的后端与右侧上方的转动轴后端均固定套设有带轮,带轮之间通过皮带传动连接,限位盘为成型筒的位置进行限制,避免成型筒前后进行移动导致卷绕的空调铝箔不规则。
所述的涂覆机构包括肋板、料箱、端盖、进料管、调节通槽、辊轴、涂覆辊和带动齿轮,所述的支撑架的相对面通过肋板上下对称安装有料箱,料箱为前端开口的矩形结构,料箱的前端面安装有端盖,料箱的后端面设置有进料管,进料管与料箱的内壁相连通,上下两个料箱的相对面开设有调节通槽,调节通槽的内壁右端面为弧形结构,调节通槽的内壁左端面为斜面结构,位于下方的料箱的进料管靠近调节通槽,位于上方的料箱上的进料管远离调节通槽,调节通槽的内壁后端面有端盖之间转动连接有辊轴,辊轴上固定套设有涂覆辊,涂覆辊与调节通槽、端盖相贴紧,辊轴的后端贯穿料箱与支撑架后套设有相啮合的带动齿轮,其中一个辊轴的后端套设有二号链轮,二号链轮与链条啮合传动,上下两个涂覆辊转动分别将粘附的防腐的无机涂液与粘附的亲水的有机涂液涂覆在铝箔的上下两个端面上,从而形成亲水箔,避免冷凝水阻碍空气流动而产生的噪音。
其中,所述的风干机构包括风干箱、顶盖、移动通槽、风槽、风机和出风孔,所述的支撑架的相对面通过固定连接安装有风干箱,风干箱为开口向上的矩形结构,风干箱的上端面安装有顶盖,风干箱的左右两端面开设有移动通槽,风干箱的前后两个上端面与顶盖上开设有相连通的风槽,顶盖上通过机座安装有风机,风机的出风口通过风管与风槽连通,风干箱的内壁前后两端面均开设有与风槽连通的出风孔,出风孔呈矩阵排布,使得吹入的风从经过涂覆形成的亲水箔侧面进行吹风风干,避免风从上下两侧进行吹干时由于风力较大使其破裂的现象。
其中,位于前侧所述的支撑架前端面靠近上端处安装有固定板,固定板上开设有阶梯凹槽,阶梯凹槽开设有支撑架上,位于前侧支撑架上的支撑板的下端面安装有限位条,限位条与阶梯凹槽之间滑动连接,位于前侧的支撑板前端面安装有匚型拉板,位于前侧的支撑板前端面铰接有卡杆,卡杆的下端位于阶梯凹槽内,且卡杆位于匚型拉板的下方,使得卷绕成卷的空调铝箔取下较为方便,同时在空调铝箔卷绕的过程中不是一端为悬空状态,避免了卷绕时一端悬空造成空调铝箔卷绕不均匀的现象。
其中,所述的调节通槽的内壁左端面开设有阶梯槽,阶梯槽内通过电动推杆安装有调节板,调节板的右端贯穿阶梯槽的右侧后安装有阻料辊,进而可以使得上下两个涂覆辊36上粘附的防腐的无机涂液与亲水的有机涂液厚度得到调整,避免铝箔上的防腐的无机涂层与亲水的有机涂液厚度不足需要再次进行涂覆的现象。

其中,所述的阶梯槽靠近涂覆辊的上下两个端面均安装有密封垫,密封垫与调节板相贴紧,密封垫避免防腐的无机涂液与亲水的有机涂液进入到阶梯槽内对电动推杆造成影响。
其中,所述的风干箱的外壁右端面上下对称安装有限位板,限位板位于移动通槽的上下两侧,限位板对铝箔移动进行限位,避免铝箔进行风干时上下移动过大。
其中,所述的支撑架之间上下对称共同安装有安装板,安装板的相对面均安装有海绵刷,海绵刷位于料箱的左侧,海绵刷在铝箔移动的过程中将铝箔表面的杂质进行清理,避免影响到铝箔的涂覆效果。

S4、风干:铝箔从风干箱的左侧移动通槽进入,然后从右侧的移动通槽拉出进行缠绕,之后通过风机对风槽进行送风,风槽内的风从出风孔进入到风干箱内,出风孔位于铝箔的侧边处,使得吹入的风从经过涂覆形成的亲水箔侧面进行吹风风干;
S5、卷绕:在转动轴转动的同时通过皮带的传动连接从而使得卷绕轴同步进行转动,卷绕轴27转动将制作的空调铝箔卷绕在成型筒上。
(二)有益效果
1、本发明所述的一种空调铝箔表面涂层制作设备及涂层制作方法,本发明采用的涂覆机构中的涂覆辊上粘附的防腐的无机涂层和亲水的有机涂层厚度是可以通过阻料辊进行调节的,从而避免不同涂层厚度的亲水箔还需要后期进行再次涂覆的繁琐工序,进而提高了亲水箔的生产效率,采用风干机构可以直接将涂覆之后形成的亲水箔直接进行风干,避免了亲水箔长时间裸露传送粘附杂质,导致生产出的亲水箔质量无法得到保证的现象;

3、本发明所述的风机对风槽进行送风,风槽内的风从出风孔进入到风干箱内,出风孔位于铝箔的侧边处,使得吹入的风从经过涂覆形成的亲水箔侧面进行吹风风干,避免风从上下两侧进行吹干时由于风力较大使其破裂的现象。

位于前侧所述的支撑架1前端面靠近上端处安装有固定板10,固定板10上开设有阶梯凹槽11,阶梯凹槽11开设有支撑架1上,位于前侧支撑架1上的支撑板26的下端面安装有限位条12,限位条12与阶梯凹槽11之间滑动连接,位于前侧的支撑板26前端面安装有匚型拉板13,位于前侧的支撑板26前端面铰接有卡杆14,卡杆14的下端位于阶梯凹槽11内,且卡杆14位于匚型拉板13的下方,工作时,将空调铝箔的成型筒套设在后侧的卷绕轴27上之后,将前侧位于阶梯凹槽11内的支撑板26向后进行移动,使得位于前侧的支撑板26上的卷绕轴27插入成型筒内,使得成型筒抵紧在两个限位盘28之间,然后转动卡杆14,将卡杆14的下端抵紧在阶梯凹槽11内,使得其对支撑板26进行支撑,当成型筒上的空调铝箔卷绕完成之后,将卡杆14转动不再与阶梯凹槽11进行卡紧,然后将前侧的支撑板26向前进行拉动,使得前侧的卷绕轴27脱离成型筒,然后再将卷绕有空调铝箔的成型筒向前移动一下后将其从后侧的卷绕轴27上取下,从而使得卷绕成卷的空调铝箔取下较为方便,同时在空调铝箔卷绕的过程中不是一端为悬空状态,避免了卷绕时一端悬空造成空调铝箔卷绕不均匀的现象。
所述的支撑架1之间上下对称共同安装有安装板15,安装板15的相对面均安装有海绵刷16,海绵刷16位于料箱31的左侧,海绵刷16在铝箔移动的过程中将铝箔表面的杂质进行清理,避免影响到铝箔的涂覆效果。
所述的涂覆机构3包括肋板30、料箱31、端盖32、进料管33、调节通槽34、辊轴35、涂覆辊36和带动齿轮37,所述的支撑架1的相对面通过肋板30上下对称安装有料箱31,料箱31为前端开口的矩形结构,料箱31的前端面安装有端盖32,料箱31的后端面设置有进料管33,进料管33与料箱31的内壁相连通,上下两个料箱31的相对面开设有调节通槽34,调节通槽34的内壁右端面为弧形结构,调节通槽34的内壁左端面为斜面结构,位于下方的料箱31的进料管33靠近调节通槽34,位于上方的料箱31上的进料管33远离调节通槽34,调节通槽34的内壁后端面有端盖32之间转动连接有辊轴35,辊轴35上固定套设有涂覆辊36,涂覆辊36与调节通槽34、端盖32相贴紧,辊轴35的后端贯穿料箱31与支撑架1后套设有相啮合的带动齿轮37,其中一个辊轴35的后端套设有二号链轮,二号链轮与链条24啮合传动,工作时,将防腐的无机涂液与亲水的有机涂液分别通过上下两个进料管33送入到上下两个料箱31内,将料箱31填充满,然后在转动轴20转动的同时通过链条24与二号链轮的啮合带动辊轴35进行转动,辊轴35转动带动涂覆辊36进行转动,位于上侧的涂覆辊36转动的同时将位于上侧的料箱31内的防腐的无机涂液粘附在涂覆辊36上,位于下侧的涂覆辊36同时将位于下侧的料箱31内的亲水的有机涂液粘附在涂覆辊36上,上下两个涂覆辊36转动分别将粘附的防腐的无机涂液与粘附的亲水的有机涂液涂覆在铝箔的上下两个端面上,从而形成亲水箔,避免冷凝水阻碍空气流动而产生的噪音。
所述的调节通槽34的内壁左端面开设有阶梯槽340,阶梯槽340内通过电动推杆341安装有调节板342,调节板342的右端贯穿阶梯槽340的右侧后安装有阻料辊343,通过电动推杆341推动调节板342带动阻料辊343进行移动,从而使得阻料辊343与与涂覆辊36之间的间距得到调节,进而可以使得上下两个涂覆辊36上粘附的防腐的无机涂液与亲水的有机涂液厚度得到调整,避免铝箔上的防腐的无机涂层与亲水的有机涂层厚度不足需要再次进行涂覆的现象,当涂覆辊36不再对铝箔进行涂覆时,可以通过电动推杆341推动调节板342使得阻料辊343与涂覆辊36进行贴合,从而使得位于上侧料箱31内的防腐的无机涂液无法向下进行流淌,避免了防腐的无机涂液的浪费。
位于上侧所述的料箱31的内壁下端面开设有矩形凹槽310,矩形凹槽310内铰接有弧形挡板311,弧形挡板311与矩形凹槽310之间安装有扭簧,弧形挡板311位于涂覆辊36的外壁且与其相贴紧,弧形挡板311避免防腐的无机涂液从调节通槽34的右侧侧壁流出造成浪费。
所述的阶梯槽340靠近涂覆辊36的上下两个端面均安装有密封垫344,密封垫344与调节板342相贴紧,密封垫344避免防腐的无机涂液与亲水的有机涂液进入到阶梯槽340内对电动推杆341造成影响。
所述的风干机构4包括风干箱40、顶盖41、移动通槽42、风槽43、风机44和出风孔45,所述的支撑架1的相对面通过固定连接安装有风干箱40,风干箱40为开口向上的矩形结构,风干箱40的上端面安装有顶盖41,风干箱40的左右两端面开设有移动通槽42,风干箱40的前后两个上端面与顶盖41上开设有相连通的风槽43,顶盖41上通过机座安装有风机44,风机44的出风口通过风管与风槽43连通,风干箱40的内壁前后两端面均开设有与风槽43连通的出风孔45,出风孔45呈矩阵排布,工作时,铝箔从风干箱40的左侧移动通槽42进入,然后从右侧的移动通槽42拉出进行缠绕,之后通过风机44对风槽43进行送风,风槽43内的风从出风孔45进入到风干箱40内,出风孔45位于铝箔的侧边处,使得吹入的风从经过涂覆形成的亲水箔侧面进行吹风风干,避免风从上下两侧进行吹干时由于风力较大使其破裂的现象。
所述的风干箱40的外壁右端面上下对称安装有限位板401,限位板401位于移动通槽42的上下两侧,限位板401对铝箔移动进行限位,避免铝箔进行风干时上下移动过大。
此外,本发明还提供了一种空调铝箔表面涂层制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、固定:空调铝箔的成型筒套设在后侧的卷绕轴27上之后,将前侧位于阶梯凹槽11内的支撑板26向后进行移动,使得位于前侧的支撑板26上的卷绕轴27插入成型筒内,使得成型筒抵紧在两个限位盘28之间,然后转动卡杆14,将卡杆14的下端抵紧在阶梯凹槽11内,使得其对支撑板26进行支撑;
S2、涂覆:将压延成薄片铝箔从左侧的传送辊21之间送入,穿过左侧的传送辊21、涂覆机构3与风干机构4之后,从右侧的传送辊21与导向辊22缠绕到套在卷绕轴27上的成型筒上,然后启动电动机25,电动机25带动转动轴20进行转动,转动轴20通过转动齿轮23之间的啮合传动带动传送辊21之间的铝箔进行移动,同时将防腐的无机涂液与亲水的有机涂液分别通过上下两个进料管33送入到上下两个料箱31内,将料箱31填充满,然后在转动轴20转动的同时通过链条24与二号链轮的啮合带动辊轴35进行转动,辊轴35转动带动涂覆辊36进行转动,位于上侧的涂覆辊36转动的同时将位于上侧的料箱31内的防腐的无机涂液粘附在涂覆辊36上,位于下侧的涂覆辊36同时将位于下侧的料箱31内的亲水的有机涂液粘附在涂覆辊36上,上下两个涂覆辊36转动分别将粘附的防腐的无机涂液与粘附的亲水的有机涂液涂覆在铝箔的上下两个端面上,从而形成亲水箔;
S3、调节:通过电动推杆341推动调节板342带动阻料辊343进行移动,从而使得阻料辊343与涂覆辊36之间的间距得到调节,进而可以使得上下两个涂覆辊36上粘附的防腐的无机涂液与亲水的有机涂液厚度得到调整;
S4、风干:铝箔从风干箱40的左侧移动通槽42进入,然后从右侧的移动通槽42拉出进行缠绕,之后通过风机44对风槽43进行送风,风槽43内的风从出风孔45进入到风干箱40内,出风孔45位于铝箔的侧边处,使得吹入的风从经过涂覆形成的亲水箔侧面进行吹风风干;
S5、卷绕:在转动轴20转动的同时通过皮带29的传动连接从而使得卷绕轴27同步进行转动,卷绕轴27转动将制作的空调铝箔卷绕在成型筒上。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (7)

1.一种空调铝箔表面涂层制作设备,包括支撑架(1)、传送机构(2)、涂覆机构(3)和风干机构(4),其特征在于:所述的支撑架(1)前后对称排布,支撑架(1)之间设置有传送机构(2),支撑架(1)之间从左向右依次设置有涂覆机构(3)与风干机构(4);
所述的传送机构(2)包括转动轴(20)、传送辊(21)、导向辊(22)、转动齿轮(23)、链条(24)、电动机(25)、支撑板(26)、卷绕轴(27)、限位盘(28)和皮带(29),所述的支撑架(1)之间转动连接有转动轴(20),四个转动轴(20)呈矩阵排布,转动轴(20)上均固定套设有传送辊(21),支撑架(1)之间转动连接有导向辊(22),导向辊(22)位于右侧传送辊(21)的后侧,转动轴(20)的后端贯穿支撑架(1)后,上下两个转动轴(20)的后端均固定套设有相啮合的转动齿轮(23),位于上侧的转动轴(20)上均固定套设有一号链轮,一号链轮之间通过链条(24)传动连接,支撑架(1)的后端面通过机架安装有电动机(25),电动机(25)的输出轴与其中一个转动轴(20)的后端相连接,前后两个支撑架(1)的上端面靠近右端处设置有支撑板(26),支撑板(26)的相对面均转动连接有卷绕轴(27),卷绕轴(27)上固定套设有限位盘(28),位于后侧的卷绕轴(27)的后端贯穿支撑板(26),位于后侧的卷绕轴(27)的后端与右侧上方的转动轴(20)后端均固定套设有带轮,带轮之间通过皮带(29)传动连接;
所述的涂覆机构(3)包括肋板(30)、料箱(31)、端盖(32)、进料管(33)、调节通槽(34)、辊轴(35)、涂覆辊(36)和带动齿轮(37),所述的支撑架(1)的相对面通过肋板(30)上下对称安装有料箱(31),料箱(31)为前端开口的矩形结构,料箱(31)的前端面安装有端盖(32),料箱(31)的后端面设置有进料管(33),进料管(33)与料箱(31)的内壁相连通,上下两个料箱(31)的相对面开设有调节通槽(34),调节通槽(34)的内壁右端面为弧形结构,调节通槽(34)的内壁左端面为斜面结构,位于下方的料箱(31)的进料管(33)靠近调节通槽(34),位于上方的料箱(31)上的进料管(33)远离调节通槽(34),调节通槽(34)的内壁后端面有端盖(32)之间转动连接有辊轴(35),辊轴(35)上固定套设有涂覆辊(36),涂覆辊(36)与调节通槽(34)、端盖(32)相贴紧,辊轴(35)的后端贯穿料箱(31)与支撑架(1)后套设有相啮合的带动齿轮(37),其中一个辊轴(35)的后端套设有二号链轮,二号链轮与链条(24)啮合传动;
所述的调节通槽(34)的内壁左端面开设有阶梯槽(340),阶梯槽(340)内通过电动推杆(341)安装有调节板(342),调节板(342)的右端贯穿阶梯槽(340)的右侧后安装有阻料辊(343)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空调铝箔表面涂层制作设备,其特征在于:所述的风干机构(4)包括风干箱(40)、顶盖(41)、移动通槽(42)、风槽(43)、风机(44)和出风孔(45),所述的支撑架(1)的相对面通过固定连接安装有风干箱(40),风干箱(40)为开口向上的矩形结构,风干箱(40)的上端面安装有顶盖(41),风干箱(40)的左右两端面开设有移动通槽(42),风干箱(40)的前后两个上端面与顶盖(41)上开设有相连通的风槽(43),顶盖(41)上通过机座安装有风机(44),风机(44)的出风口通过风管与风槽(43)连通,风干箱(40)的内壁前后两端面均开设有与风槽(43)连通的出风孔(45),出风孔(45)呈矩阵排布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种空调铝箔表面涂层制作设备,其特征在于:位于前侧所述的支撑架(1)前端面靠近上端处安装有固定板(10),固定板(10)上开设有阶梯凹槽(11),阶梯凹槽(11)开设有支撑架(1)上,位于前侧支撑架(1)上的支撑板(26)的下端面安装有限位条(12),限位条(12)与阶梯凹槽(11)之间滑动连接,位于前侧的支撑板(26)前端面安装有匚型拉板(13),位于前侧的支撑板(26)前端面铰接有卡杆(14),卡杆(14)的下端位于阶梯凹槽(11)内,且卡杆(14)位于匚型拉板(13)的下方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种空调铝箔表面涂层制作设备,其特征在于:位于上侧所述的料箱(31)的内壁下端面开设有矩形凹槽(310),矩形凹槽(310)内铰接有弧形挡板(311),弧形挡板(311)与矩形凹槽(310)之间安装有扭簧,弧形挡板(311)位于涂覆辊(36)的外壁且与其相贴紧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种空调铝箔表面涂层制作设备,其特征在于:所述的阶梯槽(340)靠近涂覆辊(36)的上下两个端面均安装有密封垫(344),密封垫(344)与调节板(342)相贴紧。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种空调铝箔表面涂层制作设备,其特征在于:所述的风干箱(40)的外壁右端面上下对称安装有限位板(401),限位板(401)位于移动通槽(42)的上下两侧。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种空调铝箔表面涂层制作设备,其特征在于:所述的支撑架(1)之间上下对称共同安装有安装板(15),安装板(15)的相对面均安装有海绵刷(16),海绵刷(16)位于料箱(31)的左侧。
