一种新型冰感棉型凉席面料,采用超高分子量聚乙烯粘胶混纺纱与汉麻纱为原料交织而成,所述超高分子量聚乙烯粘胶混纺纱中超高分子量聚乙烯与粘胶的混纺比为50/50,35/65,10/90中的一种或几种,混合后的经密为120-140根/10cm,纬密为100-125根/10cm。
一种新型冰感棉型凉席面料的生产方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将按配比选用的超高分子量聚乙烯粘胶混纺纱与汉麻纱络筒;(2)整经;(3)穿经;(4)织造;(5)冷堆;(6)液氨整理;(7)冰感整理;其中,浆纱工艺配方采用混合浆液:PVA-1799:20-25份、PVA-0588:25-30份、羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na):1-5份、CLH-98T多元共聚丙烯酸浆料:1-5份、LJJ-JSPHJ高效平滑剂:1-5份、浆纱水溶性蜡片:1-3份、5%纳米ZnO溶液:0.3-1份、浆液Ph值7;上浆采用双浸双压,压力1.7-2.0N/cm,车速2.2-2.7m/min,烘燥温度60℃。

2、本发明中的采用混合浆液:PVA-1799:20-25份、PVA-0588:25-30份、羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na):1-5份、CLH-98T多元共聚丙烯酸浆料:1-5份,提高浆纱质量、降低二次毛羽、增加渗透性好的特性,为有利于后道织造。LJJ-JSPHJ高效平滑剂:1-5份、浆纱水溶性蜡片:1-3份,提高纤维耐磨性降低浆纱表面摩擦因数,提高浆纱的平滑性,提高浆膜的柔韧性和弹性、降低织造断头。纳米ZnO添加,起到贴顺毛羽,润滑的作用减,少织造过程经纱断头。

一种新型冰感棉型凉席面料的生产方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将按配比选用的超高分子量聚乙烯粘胶混纺纱与汉麻纱络筒;(2)整经;(3)穿经;(4)织造;(5)冷堆;(6)液氨整理;(7)冰感整理;其中,浆纱工艺配方采用混合浆液:PVA-1799:20份、PVA-0588:25份、羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na):1份、CLH-98T多元共聚丙烯酸浆料:1份、LJJ-JSPHJ高效平滑剂:1份、浆纱水溶性蜡片:1份、5%纳米ZnO溶液:0.3份、浆液Ph值7。能够提高浆纱质量、降低二次毛羽、增加渗透性好的特性,为有利于后道织造;提高纤维耐磨性降低浆纱表面摩擦因数,提高浆纱的平滑性,提高浆膜的柔韧性和弹性、降低织造断头;纳米ZnO添加,起到贴顺毛羽,润滑的作用减,少织造过程经纱断头。上浆采用双浸双压,压力1.7N/cm,车速2.2m/min,烘燥温度60℃。
超高分子量聚乙烯粘胶混纺纱络筒工艺参数如下:机型ORION-M,车速600m/min,气圈限位器高度28mm,张力垫圈质量4g,能够提高生产效率。
汉麻纱络筒工艺参数如下:机型ORION-M,车速400m/min,张力垫圈的重量为6g,气圈限位器高度28mm,接头采用空气捻接器。采用低车速、低张力,减少纱线磨损,降低竹节毛羽,防止产生静电。
汉麻纱整经工艺参数如下:机型GA269C分批整经机,滚筒速度500r/min,压力0.4MPa;采用分段分区进行张力控制,整经张力垫圈配置:上层,前排3.2g,中排2.5g,后排2.1g;中层,前排3.5g,中排3.2g,后排2.6g;下层,前排3.1g,中排2.4g,后排2.2g;经轴采用胶带封头,以免下道工序产生浆斑。采用GA269C分批整经机低速度和较小的张力配置,可以保持原纱的物理机械性能纱线降低纱线强力和毛羽变化,采用分段分区进行张力控制达到片纱张力均匀一致。
穿经工序为:穿经采用六页综顺穿,每筘4入,公制筘号:110,筘幅170cm,纬织缩率7.30%,停经片穿法为六列顺穿。
织造采用喷气织机,生产中注意工艺参数小张力、中开口,车间温度范围:25℃,相对湿度65%,车速500r/min,主喷气压3.3kg/cm2,辅喷气压为3.2kg/cm2,上机张力为2000N。
染整加工采用冷轧堆、汽蒸、水洗、烘干、液氨整理工艺,冷堆采用碱氧一浴打卷堆置24h,后经过轻煮、漂、水洗、烘干工艺;液氨整理工艺参数为液氨含氨量6%,车压力为0.08MPa三浸三轧,车速8m/min时调节延时辊张力,反应室温度50℃,蒸化室温度102℃。液氨整理改善麻织物的粗糙、不柔滑、易皱、缩水率大的弱点,并充分发挥其优点,以满足客户要求。从麻纤维内部结晶解取向,释放内应力。增加了弹性、强度;改善了手感和尺寸稳定性。
冰感整理采用如下整理剂:冰感硅油5份,乳化剂1份,交联剂2份;工艺配置,一浸一轧,轧余率100%,烘干90℃,150℃定型。
具体实施例二:
一种新型冰感棉型凉席面料,采用超高分子量聚乙烯粘胶混纺纱与汉麻纱为原料交织而成,所述超高分子量聚乙烯粘胶混纺纱中超高分子量聚乙烯与粘胶的混纺比为50/50,35/65,10/90,经密为140根/10cm,纬密为125根/10cm。所述超高分子量聚乙烯粘胶混纺纱/汉麻交织冰感棉型凉席具有超轻、耐磨、吸湿透气、舒爽、防霉抗菌,弯曲刚性优、防紫外线、贴肤即凉的特点,该凉席具备快速凉感提升性能。在与人体肌肤接触后,能够瞬间将凉感感降低3℃,天然的亚麻纤维具有天然抗菌抑螨效果使人们真正拥有绿色贴肤即凉的超级触感体验且不钩丝不挂线。

染整加工采用冷轧堆、汽蒸、水洗、烘干、液氨整理工艺,冷堆采用碱氧一浴打卷堆置24h,后经过轻煮、漂、水洗、烘干工艺;液氨整理工艺参数为液氨含氨量8%,车压力为0.1MPa三浸三轧,车速12m/min时调节延时辊张力,反应室温度60℃,蒸化室温度102℃。液氨整理改善麻织物的粗糙、不柔滑、易皱、缩水率大的弱点,并充分发挥其优点,以满足客户要求。从麻纤维内部结晶解取向,释放内应力。增加了弹性、强度;改善了手感和尺寸稳定性。

汉麻纱整经工艺参数如下:机型GA269C分批整经机,滚筒速度530r/min,压力0.5MPa;采用分段分区进行张力控制,整经张力垫圈配置:上层,前排3.3g,中排2.6g,后排2.2g;中层,前排3.6g,中排3.3g,后排2.6g;下层,前排3.2g,中排2.5g,后排2.3g;经轴采用胶带封头,以免下道工序产生浆斑。采用GA269C分批整经机低速度和较小的张力配置,可以保持原纱的物理机械性能纱线降低纱线强力和毛羽变化,采用分段分区进行张力控制达到片纱张力均匀一致。

染整加工采用冷轧堆、汽蒸、水洗、烘干、液氨整理工艺,冷堆采用碱氧一浴打卷堆置24h,后经过轻煮、漂、水洗、烘干工艺;液氨整理工艺参数为液氨含氨量7%,车压力为0.09MPa三浸三轧,车速11m/min时调节延时辊张力,反应室温度54℃,蒸化室温度102℃。液氨整理改善麻织物的粗糙、不柔滑、易皱、缩水率大的弱点,并充分发挥其优点,以满足客户要求。从麻纤维内部结晶解取向,释放内应力。增加了弹性、强度;改善了手感和尺寸稳定性。
冰感整理采用如下整理剂:冰感硅油7份,乳化剂1.5份,交联剂2.3份;工艺配置,一浸一轧,轧余率110%,烘干96℃,154℃定型。

Claims (1)

1.一种新型冰感棉型凉席面料,其特征在于:采用超高分子量聚乙烯粘胶混纺纱与汉麻纱为原料交织而成,所述超高分子量聚乙烯粘胶混纺纱中超高分子量聚乙烯与粘胶的混纺比为50/50,35/65,10/90中的一种或几种,混合后的经密为120-140根/10cm,纬密为100-125根/10cm;
所述的新型冰感棉型凉席面料的生产方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将按配比选用的超高分子量聚乙烯粘胶混纺纱与汉麻纱络筒;(2)整经;(3)穿经;(4)织造;(5)冷堆;(6)液氨整理;(7)冰感整理;还包括浆纱,浆纱工艺配方采用混合浆液:PVA-1799:20-25份、PVA-0588:25-30份、羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na):1-5份、CLH-98T多元共聚丙烯酸浆料:1-5份、LJJ-JSPHJ高效平滑剂:1-5份、浆纱水溶性蜡片:1-3份、5%纳米ZnO溶液:0.3-1份、浆液Ph值7;上浆采用双浸双压,压力1.7-2.0N/cm,车速2.2-2.7m/min,烘燥温度60℃;
超高分子量聚乙烯粘胶混纺纱络筒工艺参数如下:机型ORION-M,车速600-780m/min,气圈限位器高度28-32mm,张力垫圈质量4-6g;汉麻纱络筒工艺参数如下:机型ORION-M,车速400-600m/min,张力垫圈的重量为6-10g,气圈限位器高度28-32mm,接头采用空气捻接器;
汉麻纱整经工艺参数如下:机型GA269C分批整经机,滚筒速度500-550r/min,压力0.4-0.6MPa;采用分段分区进行张力控制,整经张力垫圈配置:上层,前排3.3g,中排2.6g,后排2.2g;中层,前排3.6g,中排3.3g,后排2.6g;下层,前排3.2g,中排2.5g,后排2.3g;经轴采用胶带封头,以免下道工序产生浆斑;
