本发明涉及用于公路表面的路面标志带以提供交通管理线和/或其它交通信息。更具体地说本发明涉及新的改进的标志带,它有改进的贴合性和物理性能,低温挠曲性和低的环境污染。
路面标志是公知的良好的交通管理。标记一最普通的交通线条一能够涂在路面上或通过在路面涂液态或熔融材料来形成或通过在路面涂敷或牢固粘接制成的标志带来形成。形成的或涂成的交通线条或其它标志随后成为路面的一部分并因此经受过往交通的磨损和破坏作用。
寻求经济的产品并以此形成较普通使用的涂漆线条有更长使用寿命的交通控制线条是路面标志工业的永恒的目标。
一种产品含基于环氧树脂的涂料。这些环氧树脂较其它涂料有更长的寿命,但只少量使用,大概因为有些环氧树脂固化慢,且要求繁琐和昂贵的施敷方法。涂成的线条也常常剥落和散裂,表现出较小的耐冲击和老化脱色。
尽管更厚的涂层如在液态或熔融条件下挤出或喷涂热塑性聚合物的更厚涂层,由于待磨损的材料量较大而提高了一些寿命,但是增加的材料量也提高了标记成本,并且为涂它们要求昂贵的设备和不便的方法。这些标志物的高位断面也干扰交通,且特别容易被扫雪机铲刀刮掉。这样的标志也易于剥落,特别当涂到水泥上时,这显然是因为硬质厚标志物和水泥间热膨胀特性不匹配。
由预制带或线条组成的路面标志在本领域是公知的且较上述常规的交通标志好。预制标记带通常由一种复合构件形成,该构件包括橡胶化合物的底基(一种自粘接底层)和并入防滑材料和光回反射组分的顶涂层。这样的复合物件公开在许多专利中,如美国专利3,782,843;3,935,365;3,399,607;4,020,211;4,117,192和4,990,0244。
然而这类标志带寿命仍不高。含有未硫化弹性的底层和具有较高变形能力,高永久变定和低的回弹性的聚氨酯顶层的标志带在本领域作为制备高寿命的适宜材料已有公开。这些标志带容易变形成与不规则路面致密接触,吸收在轮冲击能量而不散裂并避免回弹强度作用,这种作用可弄松路面上的标志带。这种标志带的典型例子可在美国专利4,117,192和4,990,024中发现。这类变形标志带的不利方面在于其低的机械性能,特别是低的抗拉强度,低的10%模量和太高的伸度长量。此处的术语“10%模量”意味着施加到标志带上的负荷(用kg/cm2表示)使其较初始长度有10%的伸长。
美国再颁专利31,669公开了使用置于底层和聚氨酯顶涂层之间的无纺材料以获得刚性,不易变形和更低的温敏标志带。但这样的结构有较高的回弹力,这种弹力在交通车辆的作用下促进了标志带与路面的脱离。
意大利专利申请MI0032213/91A公开了使用含用(甲基)丙烯酸锌盐接枝的饱和丙烯腈丁二烯弹性体的底层以改进其机械性能。
因此,尽管预制标志带领域作了许多工作,但仍然需要改进的标志带,它应有高的永久变定,中等伸长度,高机械性能和低的温敏性。仍然需要改进的标志带,它在任何天气和交通条件下都有长的寿命。
本发明涉及一种标志带,它含有底基和顶层,其中所述底基含丁二烯橡胶,还含至少一种选自下列的软化温度为60-160℃的树脂:如氢聚环二烯树脂和脂肪烃树脂。
惊奇地发现,加氢聚环二烯树脂或脂肪烃树脂改进了底基的永久变定值,因而也改进了标志带与路面的贴合性和其机械性能。
图1示出预成型标志带10的剖面图,带中包括处于底基11上的粘合剂层15和顶层12,而顶层中又有透明微球13和防滑颗粒14。

本发明预成型路面标志带例子示于图1,带部分放大剖面图示为10,其中包括底基11,粘结到底基11一面上的顶层12以及部分埋在层12中,而部分暴露在标志带表面上的粒状材料。图示方案中粒状材料包括作为回射成分的透明微球13以及形状不规则的防滑粒子14,其中常用粘合剂将标志带粘结到路面上并且在本发明标志带中可包含压敏胶或其它粘合剂层15。
底基11常为未硫化橡胶复合物压光带,尤其是贴合性和物理性能良好的以丁腈橡胶(NBR)为基础的未硫化复合物带,这些复合物例子已知,如Nippon zeon Co.制造的BREONTM(商名)或Bayer公司制造的PERBUNANTM(商名),而可与上述NBR并用的其它材料例子可举出丁苯橡胶和(甲基)丙烯酸锌盐接枝的高饱和丙烯腈橡胶(HSN),后者见于意大利(IT)专利申请No.M1003213/A91,市售品例子可举出Enichem制造的EUROPRENETM Sol T161和Nippon Zeon Co.制造的ZSCTM2295,这些并用材料相对于丁腈橡胶主成分的重量比为90∶10至70∶30,而且高弹体母体成分优选达到橡胶组合物的至少50wt%。
本专业已知用改性剂提高天然或合成高弹体的机械和/或物理性能,以前已知的合适改性剂的例子可举出氯代链烷或烃树脂,如见于美国专利No.4117192,此处“烃树脂”指一组高分子物质,其组成常不严格限定,其中主要包括煤或石油制成的不饱和烃(尤其是苯并呋喃茚树脂),萜烯树脂以及芳烃与甲醛的缩合产物的混合物。这样大量的物质具有许多应用,尤其是用在粘合剂和橡胶领域,在其中作增粘剂并可提高刚性,抗拉强度以及耐撕裂和耐磨性,这方面可参见Encyclopedia of Polymer Scicnce and Technology中的“Hydro-carbon Resins”条目。上述某些烃树脂如苯并呋喃一茚树脂,萜烯树脂,芳烃树脂以及不饱和脂肪族树脂已作为路面标志带底基改性进行了试验,其中许多种呈现出缺点如色彩保持性差(泛黄)或与丁腈橡胶的相容性低或难于加工,尤其是在高负荷下如此。在作标志带底基的未硫化橡胶组合物中常以氯化链烯作改性剂来提高和/或改进基础橡胶组合物的机械和物理性能,从而使其适于制成路面标志带。可用这些化合物提高机械性能和贴合性,但因存在氯化物而会带来一些环境污染问题。
为代替这些氯化链烷烃衍生物,已试验不同化学组成的各种树脂,如改性酚醛树脂,聚酰胺树脂,蜜胺树脂,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,聚己内酯,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯树脂和松酯等,其中一些看来极有利于提高物理性能,但不能改进其它性能,如色彩保持性,贴合性,加工性或与丁腈橡胶的相容性。
现已惊人地发现,将特殊的一类合成烃树脂以过去未知的形式与丁二烯橡胶并用可得机械性能优异,而不会影响永久变定和低温下弯曲耐龟裂性的材料,而且可得基本上无氯的标志带,其中“基本上无氯”意指其底基中未加氯代链烷烃并且氯含量低于底基的0.1wt%,优选低于0.01wt%。
本发明所用加氢聚环二烯树脂软化点60-160℃,优选80-130℃,数均分子量400-1000,优选450-800,更优选500-650,其中软化点按ASTME28方法测定,在此分子量范围外的树脂势必具有太低或太高的软化点,而60℃以下的软化点尤其是在树脂用于交通拥挤或高温(如夏季)路面时底基的磨损,因为其过量软化。另一方面,高于160℃的软化点又会引起树脂与尤其是底基中的丁腈橡胶的相容性问题,而且难于加工。丁苯橡胶似乎比丁腈橡胶更易掺混,可将石油衍生物裂化产品分馏所得不饱和环单体聚合后加氢而得这些树脂,其中用石油衍生物,如环戊烯衍生物,环戊二烯衍生物,环己烯衍生物和环己二烯衍生物等可得许多不饱和环单体。本发明可用的加氢聚环二烯树脂例子已知,可举出Exxon Chemicals公司制造的ESCOREZTM5120,ESCOREZTM5380,ESCOREZTM5300和ESCOREZTM53209(均为商名)。
本发明所用脂肪烃树脂软化点60-160℃,优选80-130℃,数均分子量800-1600,优选500-1500,更优选1000-1400,其中软化点按ASTME28方法测定,在此分子量范围外的树脂势必具有太低或太高的软化点,而60℃以下的软化点尤其是在树脂用于交通拥挤或高温(如夏季)路面时底基磨损,因为其过量软化。另一方面,高于160℃的软化点又会引起树脂与尤其是底基中的丁腈橡胶的相容性问题,而且难于加工。可将石油衍生物裂化产品分馏所得不饱和单体聚合而得这些树脂,其中用石油衍生物,如乙烯衍生物,丙烯衍生物,丁二烯衍生物,异戊二烯衍生物,戊烯,己烯和庚烯等可得许多不饱和单体。本发明可用的脂肪烃树脂例子已知,可举出Exxon Chemicals公司制造的ESCOREZTM1304,ESCOREZTM1310和ESCOREZTM1315(均为商名)。
加氢聚环二烯树旨和脂肪烃树脂与橡胶的重量比为10∶1至10∶6,优选10∶2至10∶5。
将本发明加氢聚环二烯树脂或脂肪烃树脂与丁腈橡胶并用可得性能优异的底基,其中抗拉强度高(至少35kg/cm2,优选至少40kg/cm2),断裂伸长率好(30-110%),屈服模量高(35kg/cm2以上,优选40kg/cm2以上)且屈服伸长率低(50%以下,优选30%以下),贴合性极高(永久变定大于60%,优选大于70%)且玻璃化温度低于-10℃,即在低温下弯曲耐龟裂性好。
因本发明底基机械性能和贴合性高,所以可降低功能层厚度,同时又不会影响其应用性能,但路面标志带费用又可明显降低。可用更薄的底基意味着路面标志带更易于变形而与路面密切接触并且由车辆带走的可能性减小。底基11的优选厚度为0.1-1mm,更优选0.3-0.7mm。
为进一步提高包括上述加氯聚环二烯和脂肪烃树脂的底基的机械性能和抗老化性,可加入少量乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯聚合物(EVA),树脂与EVA之比2∶1至10∶1,优选3∶1至7∶1。
另一方面,丁腈橡胶可完全用丁苯橡胶(SBR)代替。SBR与本发明树脂的相容性常更好并可达到更高的抗老化性,同时又无需加上述EVA聚合物,而可用的丁苯橡胶例子为Bayer AG制造的KRYLENERM1509和Emichem S.P.A.制造的EURO-PRENETM1509。
可以向用苯乙烯一丁二烯橡胶获得的底基中加入特殊的亚烷基弹性体,以进一步改进物理性能,尤其是抗拉强度。可用于本发明的亚烷基弹性体例子有:乙烯-丙烯共聚物如VISAFLEXTM911-214(Exxon Co.),乙烯-丙烯-二烯三聚物如EPDMTM227(BayerAG)和DUNTRALTMER4033(Enichem S.P.A.),以及苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌断共聚物如EUROPRENETM SOL161(Enichem S.P.A)和CARIFLEXTMTR1101(Shell ChemicalCo.)。可以以1∶1至5∶1,优选以2∶1至4∶1的橡胶对弹性体的重量比,将弹性体加到橡胶中。上述弹性体的存在可以进一步地改进公路标志材料的抗扯强度,而这一点在临时标志带应用方面尤为重要,较高的抗扯强度能够减小在临时标志带消逝过程中破裂的可能性。
如果需要,可以向底基11中加入其他添加剂如矿物填料和颜料。
顶层12包括一种组合物,该组合物包括一种或多种具有高的分子内聚力的聚合粘结剂。所述聚合粘合剂的例子有聚酰胺树脂,聚乙烯基衍生物,聚酯树脂如聚对苯二甲酸亚乙酯,和聚氨酯树脂。已经发现,由于在高速公路环境下韧性,抗磨乙烯基聚合物(即包括至少50%(重量)的乙烯基单体的聚合物)是尤其有用的材料。基于乙烯基聚合物的底基膜进行曲型的塑化以提供理想的柔韧性。合适的柔韧性聚合物例如有,丙烯腈-丁二烯聚合物,和丁二烯聚合物。由于聚氨酯树脂具有高的抗拉和抗扯强度以及优异的抗磨强度,因此已使用多年。术语聚氨酯树脂并非只是指只含有氨基甲酸酯基团的聚合物,在本领域中也应理解为所有那些含有大量氨基甲酸酯基团的聚合物,其中不考虑分子中其余基团可能是什么基团。一般情况下,聚氨酯化合物是通过多异氰酸酯与具有至少两个活性氢原子的有机化合物反应而获得的,所述有机化合物通常为多羟基化合物,例如聚醚,聚酯,蓖麻油或甘醇。也可以使用含有氨基和羧基的化合物。因此,。典型的聚氨酯化合物除了含有氨基甲酸酯基团外,还含有脂族和芳族烃基,酯基,醚基,酰胺基和脲基等。氨基甲酸酯基团具有下述特征结构:聚氨酯化合物具有大量的上述基团,当然不必要求这些基团以有规次序重复。制备聚氨酯化合物的最常用方法是使二或多官能羟基化合物如羟基封端的聚酯或聚醚,与多官能异氰酸酯反应。适宜的二异氰酸酯的例子由下式代表:
O=C=N-R-N=C=O式中R代表取代的或未取代的亚烷基,亚环烷基,亚芳基,亚烷基-双亚芳基,亚芳基双亚烷基。符合上述结构的二异氰酸酯的例子有:2,4-亚甲苯基二异氰酸酯,2,6-亚甲苯基二异氰酸酯,4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,二茴香胺二异氰酸酯,甲苯胺二异氰酸酯,萘二异氰酸酯,亚己基二异氰酸酯,亚间二甲苯基二异氰酸酯,芘二异氰酸酯,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,亚乙基二异氰酸酯,亚丙基二异氰酸酯,亚十八烷基二异氰酸酯和亚甲基一双(4-环已基异氰酸酯)等等。
二-或多官能羟基化合物的例子有分子量为约200-20,000,优选为约300-10,000的聚醚或聚酯,用以制备聚氨酯的大多数聚醚由多元醇和/或其聚(氧化烯)衍生物衍生。适宜的多元醇例如包括:(1)二元醇,例如含有2-10碳原子的烷二醇,芳二醇如氢醌,和聚醚二醇〔HO(RO)nH〕,其中R为亚烷基,(2)三元醇,例如甘油,三羟甲基丙烷,1,2,6-己三醇,(3)四元醇如季戊四醇,(4)更高的多元醇如山梨糖醇,甘露糖醇等。用于制备聚氨酯的聚酯例子包括具有端羟基,低酸值和水含量的饱和聚酯,由已二酸,邻苯二甲酸酐,乙二醇,丙二醇,1,3-丁二醇,1,4-丁二醇,二甘醇,1,6-己二醇,1,2,6-己三醇,三羟甲基丙烷,三羟甲基乙烷,新戊二醇等衍生。其他理想的多元醇包括蓖麻油(甘油和脂肪酸的酯混合物,大多为蓖麻油酸),含有端羟基的内酯(例如聚己内酯),以及环氧丙烷和/或环氧乙烷与乙二胺共聚的嵌断共聚物。
具有良好贴合性,延伸和低回弹性的本发明公路标志带用聚氨酯树脂具体例子见诸于US4,248,932,EP162,229和意大利专利申请号MI003213/91A。US4,248,932公开了含有由贴合性底基和柔韧性聚氨酯顶层衍生的组合物制成的贴合性标志带;EP162,229公开了一种通过向聚合物引入某些特殊的分子结构而获得贴合性聚氨酯顶涂层的方法;意大利专利申请号MI003213/91A公开了一种改进上述欧洲专利的方法。除了上述聚合物外,或者代替上述聚合物,在顶层中还可含其他聚合物或树脂。例如US4,248,932公开的环氧树脂,或US3,436,359公开的聚乙二胺。在一优先方案中,选用了物理性能和贴合性与本发明底基相等的顶层。
尽管本发明公路标志带中的顶层可以通过将各组分液体混合物直接涂在底基上而形成,但也可以单独形成顶层,然后在一层压操作中将其粘结在底基上(可直接层压到一起或在顶层和底基之间加粘合剂层后层压到一起)。顶层厚度为0.025-0.15mm,优选0.05-0.1mm。顶层可以直接涂在底基上,或者在两层之间插入一中间薄层,该中间薄层包括必要时被合成橡胶组合物浸渍的高抗拉强度聚合树脂。例如,如US4,146,635所述。
通常为玻璃微球,陶瓷珠或其他耐久无机颗粒材料的回反射组分可典型地以散漫或随意方式部分嵌入顶层中。散漫安置少量回反射组分,可以为路面标志带提供预期的回反射水平并且比稠密积层更抗滑。在顶层组分混合物涂在载体网上并部分干燥后,通过将回反射组分联在载体网上,可将一层玻璃微球,陶瓷珠和其他颗粒添加剂在顶层形成过程中部分嵌入顶层中。在一不太优选的实施方案中,回反射组分可以借助粘合剂或粘合材料涂层粘合在顶层上。
玻璃微球的折射率一般约为1.5-2,优选至少为1.7,以在干燥的条件下提供良好的反射。如果标志带主要是在湿润条件下使用,那么部分或所有微球的折射率应约为2.2或更高。微球的尺寸一般为直径约150微米(μm)至约800微米范围,其他颗粒材料的一般具有类似的尺寸。微球分布的方法和类型可参见下述文献:US4,279,534;4,322,177;4,369,001;4,607,978;4,652,172和4,681,480。
在本发明的标志带中,与微球一起,通常还可包含有规则的或有棱角的无机抗滑颗粒例如如陶瓷,砂子,石英,刚玉,铍,碳化硅或其他抗磨颗粒,并且在某些不需回反射的特殊用途中,也可以只含有抗滑颗粒。推荐的是,抗滑颗粒的Moll硬度至少为6°,优选至少为7°。在给定体积的顶层中抗滑组分的数量借助简单实验来测定,从而使得覆盖的表面积不超过20%,最好不超过10%。组分密度是所述组分物理特性的函数(其硬度和锐度与它们向车轮胎提供贴合力的大小有关),并且是在待标记公路上平均交通量的函数。各颗粒的平均尺寸在0.1-1mm范围,优选在0.5-0.8mm,更优选为约0.7mm。当本发明标志带的粘合系数相对目前的轮胎车而言平均达400时,就可定义本发明的带材是“抗滑的”,该值是以与水平线所成角度而言的,在该角度下,施加一相当于轮胎所承受负荷的力,使所述车轮沿待测表面滑动。关于抗滑颗粒还可参见US3,935,365;3,782,843和4,020,211。
微球或其他在顶层部分嵌入的颗粒最好用粘合剂处理,以改进它们与顶层之间的粘着力。必要时,粘合剂可掺到顶层中,使其埋地顶层中并与嵌入该层的微球或其他颗粒接触。另一种作法是,在引入到顶层材料之前,用粘合剂处理颗粒。该粘合剂分子通常具有无机部分与微球或颗粒连接,并具有有机部分与顶层的有机组分连接或反应。粘合剂最好选自聚酯树脂,丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸树脂,聚乙烯缩丁醛,最有利的是选自环氧树脂。也可使用无机粘合剂例如加在氯化橡胶基质上的硅酸盐粘合剂。硅烷和钛酸盐偶合剂也是有用的。
顶层中可包括颜料或其他着色剂,用量要足以使用作交通线的标志带着色。一般使用二氧化钛获得白色,铬酸铅获得黄色。红色和橙色也是标准的交通控制色,也可采用其他颜色用于特殊用途的标志。可以采用不含重金属的着色剂(例如不含铬酸铅的颜料),以增加本发明标志带在环保方面的有益贡献。
实施例
为了帮助理解本发明,下面叙述几个组分配方的说明性例子。
实施例1
制备5个厚度为0.5mm的底基以及表1组合物。各含量均以重量份数表示。组合物1是比较例,组合物2-5是本发明实施例。
BreonTM 3325是Nippon Zeon Co.生产的丙烯腈一丁二烯橡胶的商品名,BreonTM3380是Nippon Zeon Co.生产的另一种丙烯腈一丁二烯橡胶的商品名,ZSCTM2295是Nippon Zeon Co.生产的高度饱和的接枝有甲基丙烯酸的锌盐的丙烯腈一丁二烯橡胶的商品名,EuropreneTMSOLT161是Enichem生产的苯乙烯一丁二烯橡胶的商品名,ChloparinTM70和68是由Hoechst Caffaro S.P.A.生产的分别含有70和65mol%氯的氯链烷烃的商品名,EscorezT-1310是Exxon Chemicals生产的脂族烃树脂的商品名,Es-corezTM5300是Exxon Chemicals生产的加氢聚环二烯树脂的商品名,UulcasilTm是Bayer生产的无定形二氧化硅的商品名,Mistron SuperfrostTM是Cyprus Industrial Mineral生产的滑石(95%)与绿泥石(5%)的混合物的商品名,SantowhiteTM Powder是Monsanto生产的二烷基酚抗氧化剂的商品名,SantovarTM A是Monsanto生产的烷基化多羟基酚抗氧化剂的商品名,DynapolTM206是Huls生产的聚酯树脂的商品名。
下表2列出由表1配方获得的橡胶底基的机械性能。在约22℃下以约10厘米/分钟的拉伸速率进行屈服和拉伸试验。
术语“屈服模量”意指在橡胶底基上施加负载直至屈服点的负荷值。永久变定40%的取值按下式计算:式中Li是试样的初始长度,L是伸长率为40%后试样的长度,Le伸长结束后5分钟测量的试样长度。断裂永久变定按下式计算:式中Li是试样的初始长度,L是断裂当时试样的长度,Le是断裂后5分钟测量的试样长度。
弯曲试验包括下列步骤:
(1)准备两份组成相同的样品,(2)在0℃用第一份试样进行第一组三次弯曲试验,(3)在-10℃用第二份试样进行第二组三次弯曲试验。在第一和第二份试样上同时既未断裂,又无龟裂时,性能好。术语压缩变定意指经压缩试验之后永久变形的百分比。由图2的设备进行压缩试验。试样夹具1由两块金属平板2和3以4根螺纹栓固定在一起制成的压板构成,以将试样5压平,一点也不移动。平板3有一深度为S的盲孔。压头6由一上端与测力计(图中未示出)相连的立轴构成,其下端为直径0.5英寸(1.2厘米)的圆钢头。该测试包括以固定外力或固定变形作用后变形结束回复1分钟后,测量永久变形的深度。
表2数据清楚地表明了本发明的改进意义。尤其是永久变定和压缩变定值高,从而能够获得高稳定性的与道路表面一致性的道路标志带。它意味着其与路面粘合更好和脱落倾向更小。另一方面,屈服模量和抗拉强度值高,以及屈服伸长率低,使此路面标志带更能经受交通车辆磨损和破坏作用。0℃以下温度下耐弯曲性能使其具有更广泛的应用范围。实施例2:
制务一组5个组成如下表3的厚度为0.5毫米的底基。各量以重量份表示。
ElvaxTM410是杜邦公司生产的乙烯一醋酸乙烯酯树脂的商品名,ElvaciteTM是杜邦公司生产的甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂的商品名,CellobondTM J 1005H是BP Chemical生产的改性酚醛树脂的商品名,CAPATM6001是Interox Chemical Ltd.生产的聚己内酯树脂的商品名,VersamidTM是Schering AG生产的聚酰胺树脂的商品名。
下表4列出了按表3配方制取的橡胶底基的机械性能。
对比表4和表2的数据清楚地表明,本发明相对于添加其它已知树脂而言,具有明显的改进。表中未列出样品7的数据,因为添加ElvaciteTM2041与本发明的橡胶组合物之间可比性有限。样品8中添加CellobondTM J 1005H加速了底基显著泛黄,而形成深色。另一样品与样品8组成相同但使用了30重量份CellobondTM J 1005H,则表现出刚度高和耐弯曲性能差的缺点。样品6、9和10则是一致性和机械性能差。实施例3:
制备组成如下表5的厚度为0.5毫米的底基。各量以重量份表示。
KryleneTM1509是Bayer制造的苯乙烯一丁二烯橡胶的商品名,EPDMTM227是Bayer制造的乙烯一丙烯一二烯三元聚合物的商品名,Yellow83TM是Hoechst制造的黄色颜料的商品名,ANOXTTM是Bozzetto S.P.A.(IT)制造的酚改性抗氧化剂的商品名。
在下面表6中列出了按表5配方制取的橡胶底基的机械性能。评价之前将样品在烘箱中于78℃下保持15天进行老化处理。
表6数据表明SBR底基永久变定值的进一步改进。它意味着其在与路面一致性的稳定性方面的进一步改进,即对路面的粘合性更好,脱落的倾向更小。

Claims (17)
1.一种标志带,它包括底基和顶层,其中所述底基包括丁二烯橡胶,其特征在于所述底基还含至少一种选自下列的软化温度为60-160℃的树脂:数均分子量为400-1000的加氢聚环二烯树脂和数均分子量为800-1600的脂肪烃树脂。
2.按照权利要求1的标志带,其特征在于所述的树脂软化温度为80-130℃。
3.按照权利要求1的标志带,其特征在于所述的基底基本上无氯。
4.按照权利要求1的标志带,其特征在于所述的丁二烯橡胶含重量比为90∶10到70∶30的丙烯腈丁二烯橡胶和苯乙烯丁二烯橡胶的混合物。
5.按照权利要求1的标志带,其特征在于所述的丁二烯橡胶含重量比为90∶10到30∶70的丙烯腈丁二烯橡胶和高度饱和的用(甲基)丙烯酸的锌盐接枝的丙烯腈橡胶的混合物。
6.按照权利要求4或5的标志带,其特征在于所述的底基还含有一种乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯聚合物,树脂与乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯重量比为2∶1至10∶1。
7.按照权利要求1的标志带,其特征在于所述的丁二烯橡胶含苯乙烯丁二烯橡胶。
8.按照权利要求7的标志带,其特征在于所述的底基还含聚烯烃弹性体,橡胶与弹性体重量比为1∶1至5∶1。
9.按照权利要求1的标志带,其特征在于所述的树脂以橡胶与树脂为10∶1至10∶5的重量比使用。
10.按照权利要求1的标志带,其特征在于所述的底基的抗拉强度至少为35kg/cm2,断裂伸度为30%至100%。
11.按照权利要求1的标志带,其特征在于所述的底基的屈服模量大于35kg/cm2和屈服伸度小于50%。
12.按照权利要求1的标志带,其特征在于所述的底基的永久变定大于60%。
13.按照权利要求1的标志带,其特征在于所述底基玻璃转化温度小于-10℃。
14.按照权利要求1的标志带,其特征在于所述底基厚度为0.3至0.7mm。
15.按照权利要求1的标志带,其特征在于所述顶层含部分嵌入其中的颗粒。
16.按照权利要求15的标志带,其特征在于所述颗粒至少有一些是回后反射颗粒。
17.按照权利要求15的标志带,其特征在于所述颗粒至少有一些是防滑颗粒。
