Abstract
본 발명은, 부타디엔 고무를 포함하는 지지체 기재와 상부층을 포함하며, 상기 지지체 기재가 연화점이 60℃ 내지 160℃인 지방족 탄화수소 소지와 수소 첨가된 폴리시클로디엔 수지로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 하나이사의 수지를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 테이프에 관한 것이다.
Description
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 기재층(11)상의 접착제층(15)과 상부층(12)으로 구성된 미리성형된 표지 테이프(10)의 단면도이고; 층(12)에는 투명한 미소구(13) 및 미그럼 방지 입자(14)가 있다.
제2도는 장전된 볼트(4)에 의해 함께 조여져 견보(5)을 유지시키는 2개 금속판(2)으로 제조된 조임쇠와, 강제 게이지(제시되지 않음)에 연결된 삽입체(6)로 구성된 압축 테스트를 위한 장치의 단면을 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (19)
- 지지체 기재와 상부층을 포함하고, 상기 지지체 기재는 부티디엔 고무를 포함하는 표지 테이프에 있어서, 상기 지지체 기재가 연화점이 60℃ 내지 160℃인지방족 탄화수소 수지와 수소첨가된 폴리시클로디엔 수지로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 수지를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지의 연화점이 80℃ 내지 130℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수소첨가된 폴리시클로디엔 수지의 연화점이 80℃내지 130℃이고 그 수평균 분자량은 400 내지 1000인 것을 특징으로 한느 표지 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기지방족 탄화수소의 연화점이 80℃ 내지 130℃이고 그 수평균 분자량은 800 내지 1600인 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체 기재의 염소가 거의 함유되지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체 기재가 90:10 내지 70:30의 중량비의 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 고무와 스티렌-부타디엔 고무의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 고무와(메트)아크릴산의 아연염이 결합된 상당히 포화된 아크릴로니트릴 고무의 90:10 내지 30:70 비율의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 테이프.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가, 수지 대 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트의 중량비가 2:1 내지 10:1인 상태로 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 중합체를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체 기재가 스티렌 부타디엔 고부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 테이프.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 지지체 기재가 1:1 내지 5:1의 고무 대 탄성중합체 중량비로 폴리알킬렌 탄성중합체를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지가 10:1 내지 10:5의 고무 대 수지 중량비로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체 기재의 인장강도가 35kg/㎤이상이고 파괴시의 신자율은 30% 내지 110%인 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체 기재의 항복 몰둘러스가 35kg/㎤이상이고 항복 신자율은 50% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체 기재가 60% 이상의 영구 변형율을 보이는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체 기재의 유리전이점이 -10℃이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체 기재의 두께가 0.3 내지 0.7mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부층이 그 안에 부분 삽입된 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 테이프.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 입자의 일부 이상이 역반사입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 테이프.
