Claims (34)

  1. 비용해성 폴리우레탄 반응생성물에 반응하는 지방족 이소시아네이트 말단성분과 히드록실 말단 성분을 포함하는 중합성 필름에 의해 제공된 표지시이트 물질의 상단면에 있어서, 히드록실등 가물의 최소한 10%는 1분자당 최소한 3개의 히드록실기를 갖는 히드록실 말단화 성분으로 제공되며, 히드록실 말단화 성분은 평균 분자량수가 1200 또는 그 이하이며, 필름은 충분한 유연성을 지니고 있기때문에 실온에서 파열됨이 없이 2㎝직경의 축 주위를 둘러쌀 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차도용 표지시이트 물질.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 히드록실 말단화 성분은 폴리카프록락톤, 폴리카보네이트, 또는 폴리에테르 중합성 분체로 구성되어 있으며, 최소한 25%의 히드록실 등가물은 1분자당 최소한 3개의 히드록실기로 이루어진 히드록실 말단화 성분으로 제공되며, 히드록실 말단화 성분은 평균 자량수가 1,000 또는 그 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트물질.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 중합성 필름은 최소한 1/3㎜의 두께를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트물질.
  4. 제1항내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투명 미소구는 중합성필름에 부분적으로적재돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트물질.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 부가의 미소구가 중합성 필름내에 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트물질.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 항에 있어서, 미끄럼방지 입자는 중합성 필름내에 부분적으로 적재돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트물질.
  7. 제6항에 있어서 부가의 미끄럼방지 입자가 중합성필름에서 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트물질.
  8. 제1항내지 7항중 어느 항에 있어서, 중합성 필름의 반응생성물은 삼차아민을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트물질.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 삼차 아민은 히드록시 말단화디올 각 등가물당 최소한 0.5히드록시 등가물과 동일한 양으로 존재하는 N-(t-부틸)디에탄올 아민을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트물질.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 항에 있어서 상단층은 1,000g의 중량과 1,000 사이클을 갖는 H-22 마모기휠을 사용했을때 0.5g의 Taber 마모손실을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트물질.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 항에 있어서, 침입(針入) 크리프-회수 테스트시에 최소한 0.05㎜의 침입도를 지니며 2분 후 침입된 깊이의 65%의 회복되는 상단층 밑부분에 위치하는 중합성 하단층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트물질.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 하단층은 최소한 0.25㎜의 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트물질.

  33. 중합성 상단층과 중합성 하단층을 포함하는 시이트물질에 있어서 상단층은 최소한 5KN/m의 인열저항도와, 최소한 2주울의 충격저항도를 지니며, 또한 충분한 유연성을 지니므로 실온에서 파열됨이 없이 2㎝ 직경의 축주위를 둘러싸고 있으며; 투명 미소구와 미끄럼방지 입자에서 선택된 입자물질은 상단층에 부분적으로 적재돌출되어 있으며; 하단층은 침입 크리프-회복 테스트시에 최소한 0.05㎜의 침입도를 지미며 2분후에 침입된 길이의 65% 이하가 회복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차도용 표지시이트물질.
  34. 제1항 내지 27항중의 어느 항의 시이트물질을 포장된 면에 부착함으로서 포장면을 제조하는 방법.
