Claims (14)
- 유리판과 투명소성재료층으로 구성된 판유리에 있어서, 투명소성재료층이 에너지흡수 특성과 에리쉬젠 유형 413장치로 측정한 20g이상의 긁힘저항 및 유럽규격 R43에 의한 담화도차이가 약 4%이하인 마멸저항으로 표시되는 내부보호특성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소성재료층이 두께가 약 0.5mm미만일 때, -20℃에서 3daN/㎟이하의 한계유출량(δy)에 대한 억제력, +20℃에서 2daN/㎟이상의 파열(δR)억제력, +20℃에서 250 내지 500%의 파열신장(εR), +20℃에서 9daN/㎟이상의 단접인열(Ra)에 대한 저항력을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 소성재료 층이 주로 이소시안산염 성분과 폴리올성분의 반응성 혼합물을 수평면지지물위에 연속적으로 반응분출시켜서 수득한 폴리우레탄으로 형성되고 이소시안산염성분이 적어도 하나의 지방족 또는 시클로 지방족디이소시안산염이나 디이소시안산 영비중합체로 구성되고, 40℃에서 측정한 이 성분의 점도는 약 5000센티포이스 미만이고, 폴리올성분이 적어도 하나의 분자량 500내지 4000인 이 작용성의 롱폴리올과 연쇄신장제로서의 적어도 하나의 쇼트디올로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 이소시안산염 성분에 요소가 함유되어 있고, 요소의 함량이 이소시안산염성분 총량의 10중량%, 바람직하게는 5 내지 7중량%임을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 이소시안산염 성분이 [3-이소시아나토메틸-3,5,5-트리메틸시클로헥실이소시안산염으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 내 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 이소시안산염 성분과 폴리올성분이 히드록실 당량그룹에 대한 이소시안산염그룹의 당량비가 1이 되는 양으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 여러 폴리올 사이의 비율을 쇼트디올에 대한 히드록실당량 그룹의 수가 히드록실그룹 총량의 20 내지 70%로 되도록 선택함을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느한항에 있어서, 이소시안산염성분이 주로 요소그룹을 갖고 있는 3-이소시아나토메틸-3,5,5-트리메틸렌시클로헥실 이소시안산염으로 형성되고, 폴리올성분이 주로 폴리테트라메틸렌글리콜 및 부탄디올-1,4로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴리올성분이 또한 적어도 하나의 2 작용성 이상의 폴리올을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제9항에 있어서, 2작용성 이상의 폴리올이 폴리카프로락톤트리올임을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 총 히드록 1실당량에 대하여, 롱폴리올이 0.30 내지 0.45당량이고, 쇼트디올이 0.2 내지 0.7당량이고, 2작용성이상의 폴리올이 0 내지 0.35당량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 에너지 흡수 및 내부보호특성을 갖는 폴리우레탄층이 촉매, 유착제(spreding agent) 및 안정화제와 같은 첨가물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투명소성재료층을 80℃이상의 중합반응온도를 이용하여 반응분출시킴으로써 수득함을 특징으로 하는 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 이소시안산염성분이 또한 적어도 하나의 트리이소시안산염을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 판유리.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
