背景技术
目前,市场上大多数运动器材握把都采用天然橡胶、合成物质橡胶、橡塑海绵或化合物材料,根据型号和表面的抓紧特性制作而成。天然橡胶具有一定的舒适性,但产量有限。橡塑海绵手感柔软,但长时间使用会导致性能降低,且容易脏污;合成橡胶是由不吸水的材质构成,当使用者的手部出汗或手上有水渍时,会造成握把湿滑,虽有部分握把设有小孔以供水分子渗入,但在实际长时间使用过程时,手心温度提高,出汗加剧,仍会造成握把湿滑,影响人们使用。
如何能让握把具有长时间抗汗滑或湿滑的效果,这也是目前市面绝大部分运动器材握把制品所面临的问题。因此,提供一种具有能随手心温度变化调节抗湿滑汗滑效果的环保、超强吸水透气性的运动器材握把制品成为了人们的追求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种工艺简单、易于实施的随温度变化调节抗湿滑性能的运动器材握把革的制备方法。

⑴配制水性干法握把革贝斯浆料:
按重量份计,在200~300份固含量为30%~50%的水性聚氨酯树脂中依次加入3~7份分散剂、1~3份交联剂、15~25份自来水、60~130份填充粉体、3~7份发泡剂、3~7份泡沫稳定剂、0.5~1份水性色浆、1~3份增稠剂,并以800~1000r/min的转速搅拌0.5~1h,即得粘度为10000~20000cps的水性干法握把革贝斯浆料;
⑵配制印刷浆料:
按重量份计,在100~200份固含量为30%~50%的树脂中依次加入30~60份自来水、0.5~1.5份消泡剂、0.5~1.5份流平剂、0.5~1.5份增稠剂,并以300~500r/min的转速搅拌0.1~0.5h,即得粘度为1000~5000cps的印刷浆料;
⑶将所述水性干法握把革贝斯浆料通入发泡机,同时,在所述发泡机内部注入空气进行物理发泡,即得具有空气微泡的水性干法握把革贝斯发泡浆料;
⑷将所述水性干法握把革贝斯发泡浆料均匀涂覆在50D或75D弹力针织布上,然后通过烘箱在100~140℃的范围内按分节梯度升温方式进行烘干,即得水性干法握把革贝斯,收卷备用;
⑸将所述印刷浆料通过印刷目数为60~150目的三版印刷机的印刷辊,将其印刷到所述水性干法握把革贝斯上,然后通过烘箱在100~140℃的范围内按分节梯度升温方式进行烘干,即得随温度变化调节抗湿滑性能的运动器材握把革。

本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、本发明印刷浆料的主要成分树脂在烘干成膜后,常温情况下表面不会发生变化,但随着外界温度升高表面会逐渐发粘。利用这一特性,通过将其固含量降低,控制其发粘程度在人体能接受的范围之内以及不会迁移到手上,再印刷到水性握把革贝斯表面,制得的运动器材握把革常温情况下表面不会发粘,当人体运动后,手心会发热,随之手心温度升高,会促使握把表面轻微发粘,这样就会使手部更加牢固的握住运动器材,不会滑落。
2、针对市面上绝大部分合成革类握把器材,本发明采用干法发泡工艺,加入填充粉体,制得具有均匀分布微泡孔的水性干法握把革贝斯,随后直接通过印刷工艺在贝斯表面印刷制得成品,其过程中省去了传统工艺中贝斯表面的面层、中间层以及粘结层,不仅大大降低制造成本,而且没有了传统工艺中贝斯表面的面层、中间层以及粘结层的阻碍,更能充分发挥握把的透气性和吸水性。
3、本发明中水性干法握把革贝斯浆料发泡后体积会发生膨胀,从而质地会变得更加柔软,所涂覆的基布采用比市面上常见的涤纶基布要更加柔软和有弹性的75D或50D针织弹力布,使得所制得水性干法握把革贝斯较同类型的产品更加柔软以及更加富有质感,让人在使用过程中感到更加舒适。
4、本发明中所采用的原料均为环保产品,完全无毒无害,对身体和环境不会造成任何不良影响。
5、本发明工艺简单、易于实施。
具体实施方式

⑴配制水性干法握把革贝斯浆料:
按重量份(kg)计,在256份固含量为41%的水性聚氨酯树脂KT702(合肥市科天化工有限公司)中依次加入3.5份分散剂1790(上海深竹化工科技有限公司)、1.2份交联剂UN-7038(上海尤恩化工有限公司)、19份自来水、82份填充粉体滑石粉、5.2份发泡剂K12(济南硕昌化工有限公司)、5.3份泡沫稳定剂207(青岛中宝化工有限公司)、0.7份水性色浆TSE-LR07(苏州世名科技股份有限公司)、1.2份增稠剂210(福州邦联化工有限公司),并以900r/min的转速搅拌0.5h,即得粘度为12000cps的水性干法握把革贝斯浆料。
⑵配制印刷浆料:
按重量份(kg)计,在121份固含量为38%的水性聚氨酯树脂KT632(合肥市科天化工有限公司)中依次加入38份自来水、0.5份消泡剂SN-6750(上海深竹化工科技有限公司)、0.6份流平剂Silok350(广州市斯洛柯化学有限公司)、0.5份增稠剂RHEOLATE-1(福州邦联化工有限公司),并以350r/min的转速搅拌0.1h,即得粘度为2000cps的印刷浆料。
⑶将水性干法握把革贝斯浆料通入发泡机,同时,在发泡机内部注入空气进行物理发泡,即得具有空气微泡的水性干法握把革贝斯发泡浆料。
⑷将水性干法握把革贝斯发泡浆料均匀涂覆在50D弹力针织布上,然后通过烘箱在100~140℃的范围内按分节梯度升温方式进行烘干,即得水性干法握把革贝斯,收卷备用。

实施例3 随温度变化调节抗湿滑性能的运动器材握把革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴配制水性干法握把革贝斯浆料:
按重量份(kg)计,在300份固含量为50%的水性聚氨酯树脂KT702(合肥市科天化工有限公司)中依次加入7份分散剂Silok778(广州市斯洛柯化学有限公司)、3份交联剂PZBI-25(广州市坚毅化工进出口有限公司)、25份自来水、130份填充粉体木质粉、7份发泡剂K12(济南硕昌化工有限公司)、7份泡沫稳定剂207(青岛中宝化工有限公司)、1份水性色浆TSE-LR07(苏州世名科技股份有限公司)、3份环保增稠剂210(福州邦联化工有限公司),并以1000r/min的转速搅拌0.5h,即得粘度为20000cps的水性干法握把革贝斯浆料。
⑵配制印刷浆料:
按重量份(kg)计,在200份固含量为50%的丙烯酸树脂RS-998A(巴德富实业有限公司)中依次加入60份自来水、1.5份消泡剂AP7010(德谦(上海)化学有限公司)、1.5份流平剂352(优美特(北京)环境材料科技股份公司)、1.5份增稠剂RHEOLATE-1(福州邦联化工有限公司),并以500r/min的转速搅拌0.1h,即得粘度为5000cps的印刷浆料。
⑶将水性干法握把革贝斯浆料通入发泡机,同时,在发泡机内部注入空气进行物理发泡,即得具有空气微泡的水性干法握把革贝斯发泡浆料。
⑷将水性干法握把革贝斯发泡浆料均匀涂覆在50D弹力针织布上,然后通过烘箱在100~140℃的范围内按分节梯度升温方式进行烘干,即得水性干法握把革贝斯,收卷备用。
⑸将印刷浆料通过印刷目数为70目的三版印刷机的印刷辊,将其印刷到水性干法握把革贝斯上,然后通过烘箱在100~140℃的范围内按分节梯度升温方式进行烘干,即得随温度变化调节抗湿滑性能的运动器材握把革。

Claims (11)

1.随温度变化调节抗湿滑性能的运动器材握把革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴配制水性干法握把革贝斯浆料:
按重量份计,在200~300份固含量为30%~50%的水性聚氨酯树脂中依次加入3~7份分散剂、1~3份交联剂、15~25份自来水、60~130份填充粉体、3~7份发泡剂、3~7份泡沫稳定剂、0.5~1份水性色浆、1~3份增稠剂,并以800~1000r/min的转速搅拌0.5~1h,即得粘度为10000~20000cps的水性干法握把革贝斯浆料;
⑵配制印刷浆料:
按重量份计,在100~200份固含量为30%~50%的树脂中依次加入30~60份自来水、0.5~1.5份消泡剂、0.5~1.5份流平剂、0.5~1.5份增稠剂,并以300~500r/min的转速搅拌0.1~0.5h,即得粘度为1000~5000cps的印刷浆料;所述树脂为在常温下不发粘、但可以随手心温度升高而发粘的脂肪族异氰酸酯型水性聚氨酯树脂或丙烯酸树脂;
⑶将所述水性干法握把革贝斯浆料通入发泡机,同时,在所述发泡机内部注入空气进行物理发泡,即得具有空气微泡的水性干法握把革贝斯发泡浆料;
⑷将所述水性干法握把革贝斯发泡浆料均匀涂覆在50D或75D弹力针织布上,然后通过烘箱在100~140℃的范围内按分节梯度升温方式进行烘干,即得水性干法握把革贝斯,收卷备用;
⑸将所述印刷浆料通过印刷目数为60~150目的三版印刷机的印刷辊,将其印刷到所述水性干法握把革贝斯上,然后通过烘箱在100~140℃的范围内按分节梯度升温方式进行烘干,即得随温度变化调节抗湿滑性能的运动器材握把革。
2.如权利要求1所述的随温度变化调节抗湿滑性能的运动器材握把革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中填充粉体为木质粉、滑石粉、重钙、轻钙中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述的随温度变化调节抗湿滑性能的运动器材握把革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中水性聚氨酯树脂为芳香族异氰酸酯型水性聚氨酯树脂。
4.如权利要求1所述的随温度变化调节抗湿滑性能的运动器材握把革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中分散剂为含颜料亲和基团的高分子型分散剂。
5.如权利要求1所述的随温度变化调节抗湿滑性能的运动器材握把革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中发泡剂为阴离子表面活性剂类发泡剂。
6.如权利要求1所述的随温度变化调节抗湿滑性能的运动器材握把革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中泡沫稳定剂为硅树脂聚醚乳液类稳泡剂。
7.如权利要求1所述的随温度变化调节抗湿滑性能的运动器材握把革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中交联剂为封闭型异氰酸酯类交联剂。
8.如权利要求1所述的随温度变化调节抗湿滑性能的运动器材握把革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中增稠剂为非离子缔合式增稠剂。
9.如权利要求1所述的随温度变化调节抗湿滑性能的运动器材握把革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑵中消泡剂为改性有机硅类或矿物油类消泡剂。
10.如权利要求1所述的随温度变化调节抗湿滑性能的运动器材握把革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑵中流平剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷共聚物流平剂。
11.如权利要求1所述的随温度变化调节抗湿滑性能的运动器材握把革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑵中增稠剂为碱溶胀 型水性增稠剂。
