Abstract
本发明公开了一种仿磨砂发泡墙纸制备工艺,属装饰材料领域。该工艺采用微球发泡工艺,采用水性微球发泡粉及水性丙烯酸乳液为连接料配制成水性介质,经凹版印刷在涂布皮上,再根据设计需要或常规印刷或印刷抑制发泡墨,经高温烘烤后,使用具有轻微绒面和亚光的效果,从而使生产的产品表面细腻,手感舒适,有强烈磨砂质感,而抑制发泡墨的使用则使其表面凹凸的感觉,更贴近壁纸本身层次丰富的需求,提高了壁纸的质量,丰富了壁纸的种类,很好地满足消费者需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种仿磨砂发泡墙纸制备工艺,属装饰材料领域。
背景技术
壁纸是现在装饰中最为流行的一种软体装饰,因为它的简单、方便给家居生活带来更舒适,更自然的生活氛围。壁纸种类繁多,有木纤维壁纸、纯纸壁纸、无纺布壁纸、PVC壁纸等。PVC壁纸防水防潮性好,且施工方便,表面污染后,可用干净的海绵或毛巾擦拭,经久耐用、容易维护保养。这类壁纸是目前最常用、用途最广的壁纸,可以广泛应用于所有的家居和商业场所。深受消费者欢迎。但传统的PVC墙纸,发泡软化后,一般采用压花辊压制冷却成型,生产出的产品质硬,塑料质感强烈,不能满足各层次人群的消费需求。在装饰盛行、要求较高的环境下,目前急需对PVC墙纸制备工艺进行改进,满足消费者需求。
发明内容
针对目前技术现状,本发明目的在于提供一种具有仿磨砂效果的PVC发泡墙纸制备新工艺。
为实现本发明目的,技术方案如下:该仿磨砂PVC发泡墙纸制备新工艺,通过如下方式实现。
1.涂布段生产工艺:
A、配制糊料:先投入增塑剂,环氧大豆油,钾锌稳定剂,降粘剂用量的二分之一,放入搅拌机低速搅拌,然后连续依次加入AC发泡剂,PVC糊树脂,钛白粉,碳酸钙。加料完毕,搅拌均匀,最后加入降粘剂用量的二分之一调整粘度至3000CPS,过滤。
糊料各组分组成如下,以重量份计,
增塑剂60~65
环氧大豆油10~12
AC发泡剂5~5.5
钾锌稳定剂5~5.5
降粘剂15~20
PVC糊树脂100~120
钛白粉10~15
碳酸钙70~80。
所述的增塑剂为DOP(邻苯二甲酸二辛脂);AC发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺;所述的降粘剂为低硫芳烃类溶剂(D60)。
B、涂布:
采用无纺纸做底材,主机速度60-65米/分进行涂布,进入烘箱,烘箱阶梯温度设定为160℃,165℃,170℃,175℃,170℃。
2、印刷生产工艺:
C、配制磨砂水性亚光介质:称取水性亚光介质二分之一量,搅拌中加入水性微球膨胀剂,然后再加入另一半水性亚光介质,搅拌均匀。磨砂亚光介质组成如下:以重量份计,
水性亚光介质20
水性微球膨胀剂1。
所述的水性亚光介质为水性丙烯酸乳液。
D、配制抑制发泡墨:先投入MEK,二价酸脂,搅拌中加入丙烯酸树脂,氯醋树脂,搅拌至溶解,然后加入苯并三氮唑,搅拌均匀后过滤入桶待用。
抑制发泡墨组成如下:以重量份计,
MEK10
二价酸脂(尼龙酸甲酯)2
丙烯酸树脂1
氯醋树脂1
苯并三氮唑6
所述MEK为丁酮;
采用磨砂亚光介质通过网纹辊印刷第一版面,水墨印刷第二版至第N版,最后一版根据客户需要采用抑制发泡墨印刷,版间温度在160℃~180℃,烘箱温度190℃~200℃。
本发明优点:本发明采用微球发泡工艺,采用水性微球发泡粉,及水性丙烯酸乳液为连接料配制成水性介质,经凹版印刷在涂布皮上,再根据设计需要或常规印刷或印刷抑制发泡墨,经高温烘烤后,使用具有轻微绒面和亚光的效果,从而使生产的产品表面细腻,手感舒适,有强烈磨砂质感,而抑制发泡墨的使用则使其表面凹凸的感觉,更贴近壁纸本身层次丰富的需求,提高了壁纸的质量,丰富了壁纸的种类,很好地满足消费者需求。

具体实施方式
为对本发明进行更好地说明,举实施例如下:
实施例1
该仿磨砂PVC发泡墙纸制备新工艺,通过如下方式实现:
1、涂布段生产工艺:
A配制糊料:先投入增塑剂,环氧大豆油,钾锌稳定剂,降粘剂用量的二分之一,放入搅拌机低速搅拌5分钟,然后连续依次加入AC发泡剂,PVC糊树脂,钛白粉,碳酸钙。加料完毕,搅拌均匀,最后加入降粘剂用量的二分之一调整粘度至3000CPS,过滤。
糊料各组分组成如下,以重量份计,
增塑剂60
环氧大豆油12
AC发泡剂5
钾锌稳定剂5
降粘剂20
PVC糊树脂100
钛白粉15
碳酸钙70。
所述的增塑剂为DOP(邻苯二甲酸二辛脂);AC发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺;所述的降粘剂为低硫低芳烃类溶剂(D60)。
B.涂布:
采用无纺纸做底材,主机速度64米/分进行涂布,进入烘箱,烘箱阶梯温度设定为160℃,165℃,170℃,175℃,170℃。
印刷生产工艺:
C、配制磨砂水性亚光介质:称取水性亚光介质二分之一量,搅拌中加入水性微球膨胀剂,然后再加入另一半水性亚光介质,搅拌均匀。磨砂亚光介质组成如下:以重量份计,

所述的水性亚光介质为水性丙烯酸乳液。
D、配制抑制发泡墨:先投入MEK,二价酸脂,搅拌中加入丙烯酸树脂,氯醋树脂,搅拌至溶解,然后加入苯并三氮唑,搅拌均匀后过滤入桶待用。
抑制发泡墨组成如下:以重量份计,

Claims (1)
1.一种仿磨砂PVC发泡墙纸制备工艺,其特征在于,通过如下方式实现:
(1)涂布段生产工艺:
A、配制糊料:先投入增塑剂,环氧大豆油,钾锌稳定剂,降粘剂用量的二分之一,放入搅拌机低速搅拌,然后连续依次加入AC发泡剂,PVC糊树脂,钛白粉,碳酸钙;加料完毕,搅拌均匀,最后加入降粘剂用量的二分之一调整粘度至3000CPS,过滤;
糊料各组分组成如下,以重量份计,
增塑剂60~65
环氧大豆油10~12
AC发泡剂5~5.5
钾锌稳定剂5~5.5
降粘剂15~20
PVC糊树脂100~120
钛白粉10~15
碳酸钙70~80;
所述的增塑剂为二甲酸二辛脂;AC发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺;所述的降粘剂为低硫低芳烃类溶剂;
B、涂布:
采用无纺纸做底材,主机速度60-65米/分进行涂布,进入烘箱,烘箱阶梯温度设定为160℃,165℃,170℃,175℃,170℃;
(2)印刷生产工艺:
C、配制磨砂水性亚光介质:称取水性亚光介质二分之一量,搅拌中加入水性微球膨胀剂,然后再加入另一半水性亚光介质,搅拌均匀;磨砂亚光介质组成如下:以重量份计,

所述的水性亚光介质为水性丙烯酸乳液;
D、配制抑制发泡墨:先投入MEK,二价酸脂,搅拌中加入丙烯酸树脂,氯醋树脂,搅拌至溶解,然后加入苯并三氮唑,搅拌均匀后过滤入桶待用;
抑制发泡墨组成如下:以重量份计,
MEK10
二价酸脂2
丙烯酸树脂1
氯醋树脂1
苯并三氮唑6
所述MEK为丁酮;
采用磨砂亚光介质通过网纹辊印刷第一版面,水墨印刷第二版至第N版,最后一版根据客户需要采用抑制发泡墨印刷,版间温度在160℃~180℃,烘箱温度190℃~200℃。
