Abstract

本发明公开了一种含蜡粉的浆料及其制作工艺和在壁纸中的应用。本发明公开一种光油浆料,由下列组分按质量百分比含量配制而成:主体树脂88-95%,增稠剂0-1%,分散剂1-3%,流平剂0-1%,消泡剂1-2%,蜡粉1-2%;所述主体树脂为水性光油或油性光油。本发明还公开了一种应用上述光油浆料的爽滑壁纸,包括纸基层、预涂液浆料层、金葱浆料层和光油浆料层,其表面极为爽滑,抗刮,防粘性强。

Description

含蜡粉的浆料及其制作工艺和在壁纸中的应用
技术领域
本发明涉及壁纸浆料技术领域,特别涉及一种含蜡粉的光油浆料及其制作工艺和在壁纸中的应用。
背景技术
壁纸,也成称为墙纸,是一种应用相当广泛的室内装修材料。因为壁纸具有色彩多样,图案丰富,豪华气派、安全环保、施工方便、价格适宜等多种其它室内装饰材料所无法比拟的特点,故在欧美、日本等发达国家和地区得到相当程度的普及。壁纸分为很多类,如覆膜壁纸、涂布壁纸、压花壁纸等。通常用漂白化学木浆生产原纸,再经不同工序的加工处理,如涂布、印刷、压纹或表面覆塑,最后经裁切、包装后出厂。因为具有一定的强度、韧度、美观的外表和良好的抗水性能,广泛用于住宅、办公室、宾馆、酒店的室内装修等。
具有特殊纹理的壁纸深受大众所喜爱,而目前的壁纸产品在纹理上虽然能够满足要求,但是纹理导致壁纸表面不够爽滑,壁纸易粘在一起,不仅影响其包装运输,还降低了其触感。
有鉴于此,本发明人特别研制了一种含蜡粉的光油浆料,并将此该浆料应用于壁纸生产中,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种光油浆料,其在干燥后蜡粉使浆料表层更爽滑,避免壁纸间粘接。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种壁纸,其表面极为爽滑,抗刮,防粘性强。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种光油浆料,由下列组分按质量百分比含量配制而成:
主体树脂88-95%
增稠剂0-1%
分散剂1-3%
流平剂0-1%
消泡剂1-2%
蜡粉1-2%;
所述主体树脂为水性光油或油性光油。
所述增稠剂为聚氨酯型增稠剂,分散剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷类分散剂,流平剂为纤维素醚类流平剂,消泡剂为聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷类消泡剂,蜡粉为科莱恩蜡粉。
一种光油浆料的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:按配方备原料:主体树脂,增稠剂,分散剂,流平剂,消泡剂,蜡粉;
S2:先称取主体树脂,放入搅拌机以500-600r/min的转速搅拌,接着加入分散剂和流平剂,搅拌均匀后,然后加入蜡粉,以800-1000r/min的转速搅拌10-15分钟,最后加入增稠剂和消泡剂,以400-600r/min的转速搅拌均匀,冷却出料获得光油浆料。
一种爽滑壁纸,包括纸基层、预涂液浆料层、金葱浆料层和光油浆料层;纸基层上辊涂上述预涂液浆料形成预涂液浆料层,预涂液浆料层上辊涂金葱浆料形成金葱浆料层,金葱浆料层辊涂上述光油浆料形成光油浆料层。
所述纸基层为原纸、无纺纸或无纺布。
所述爽滑壁纸的制备工艺如下:
步骤1:纸基层表面辊涂上一层预涂液浆料,进入温度为130~150℃的烘箱及在压力为1.5~3.0×105Pa的条件下烘干;
步骤2:预涂液浆料层表面辊涂一层金葱浆料,进入温度为140~180℃的烘箱及在压力为1.5~3.0×105Pa的条件下烘干;
步骤3:金葱浆料层表面辊涂一层上述含有蜡粉的光油浆料,在光油浆料承印图案之后,进入温度为140~180℃的烘箱及在压力为1.5~3.0×105Pa的条件下进行表面干燥;
步骤4:收卷,熟化24h以上,得到爽滑壁纸。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明的光油浆料采用适量的蜡粉成分,在干燥后光油浆料表面极为爽滑,不易粘接其他物体,抗刮性能好。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
本发明揭示的一种光油浆料,由下列组分按质量百分比含量配制而成:主体树脂95%,增稠剂0.6%,分散剂1.2%,流平剂0.4%,消泡剂1.5%,蜡粉1.3%;主体树脂可以为水性光油或油性光油,本实施例的主体树脂为水性光油,增稠剂采用聚氨酯型增稠剂,分散剂采用聚醚改性硅氧烷类分散剂,流平剂采用纤维素醚类流平剂,消泡剂采用聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷类消泡剂,蜡粉为科莱恩蜡粉,科莱恩蜡粉是微晶化,无色无味、高密度的聚乙烯蜡,平均颗粒尺寸约为8.5μm,由于聚乙烯的韧性及适宜的颗粒大小分布,可以是糊状及液体油墨具有极好的抗磨性和防结块性。
一种光油浆料的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:按配方备原料:主体树脂,增稠剂,分散剂,流平剂,消泡剂,蜡粉;
S2:先称取主体树脂,放入搅拌机以500r/min的转速搅拌,接着加入分散剂和流平剂,搅拌均匀后,然后加入蜡粉,以1000r/min的转速搅拌15分钟,最后加入增稠剂和消泡剂,以400r/min的转速搅拌均匀,冷却出料获得光油浆料。
含有蜡粉的光油浆料涂布在壁纸表面后,可以增加表面的抗刮、防粘性能,提高表面的滑爽性,避免在印刷过程中纸张磨损浆料表面而影响印刷效果,减少纸张与纸张之间摩擦而导致静电的产生。
如图1所示的一种爽滑壁纸,包括纸基层1、预涂液浆料层2、金葱浆料层3和光油浆料层4,纸基层1可采用原纸、无纺纸或无纺布;纸基层1上辊涂上述预涂液浆料形成预涂液浆料层2,预涂液浆料层2上辊涂金葱浆料形成金葱浆料层3,金葱浆料层3辊涂上述光油浆料形成光油浆料层4。
上述爽滑壁纸的制备工艺如下:
步骤1:纸基层1表面辊涂上一层预涂液浆料,进入温度为135℃的烘箱及在压力为1.6×105Pa的条件下烘干;
步骤2:预涂液浆料层2表面辊涂一层金葱浆料,进入温度为180℃的烘箱及在压力为2.0×105Pa的条件下烘干;
步骤3:金葱浆料层3表面辊涂一层上述含有蜡粉的光油浆料,在光油浆料承印图案之后,进入温度为180℃的烘箱及在压力为2.0×105Pa的条件下进行表面干燥;
步骤4:收卷,熟化24h以上,得到爽滑壁纸。
本实施例的壁纸产品中,含有蜡粉的光油浆料采用相对较多的增稠剂(0.6%)和流平剂(0.4%),使得浆料粘度较大,适于圆网印刷,分散剂促进蜡粉的分散、溶解均匀,蜡粉的存在使壁纸表层的光油浆料抗刮,和防粘性提高。
实施例二:
一种光油浆料,由下列组分按质量百分比含量配制而成:主体树脂93%,增稠剂0.3%,分散剂3%,流平剂0.1%,消泡剂1.6%,蜡粉2%;同实施例一,本实施例的主体树脂为水性光油,增稠剂采用聚氨酯型增稠剂,分散剂采用聚醚改性硅氧烷类分散剂,流平剂采用纤维素醚类流平剂,消泡剂采用聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷类消泡剂,蜡粉为科莱恩蜡粉。
本实施例光油浆料的制作工艺步骤如下:
一种光油浆料的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:按配方备原料:主体树脂,增稠剂,分散剂,流平剂,消泡剂,蜡粉;
S2:先称取主体树脂,放入搅拌机以600r/min的转速搅拌,接着加入分散剂和流平剂,搅拌均匀后,然后加入蜡粉,以1000r/min的转速搅拌12分钟,最后加入增稠剂和消泡剂,以500r/min的转速搅拌均匀,冷却出料获得光油浆料。
如图1所示,本实施例的光油浆料应用的爽滑壁纸,包括纸基层1及依次复合在纸基层1上的预涂液浆料层2、金葱浆料层3和光油浆料层4,由于光油采用更多的蜡粉,而增稠剂和流平剂用量相对较少,适于凹版印刷,应用于壁纸时,壁纸表层爽滑度更高,耐磨性也更好。
爽滑壁纸的制作工艺包括如下步骤:
步骤1:纸基层1表面辊涂上一层预涂液浆料,进入温度为130℃的烘箱及在压力为2.0×105Pa的条件下烘干;
步骤2:预涂液浆料层2表面辊涂一层金葱浆料,进入温度为160℃的烘箱及在压力为2.5×105Pa的条件下烘干;
步骤3:金葱浆料层3表面辊涂一层上述含有蜡粉的光油浆料,在光油浆料承印图案之后,进入温度为180℃的烘箱及在压力为2.5×105Pa的条件下进行表面干燥;
步骤4:收卷,熟化24h以上,得到爽滑壁纸。

Claims (6)

1.一种光油浆料,其特征在于:由下列组分按质量百分比含量配制而成:
主体树脂88-95%
增稠剂0-1%
分散剂1-3%
流平剂0-1%
消泡剂1-2%
蜡粉1-2%;
所述主体树脂为水性光油或油性光油。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种光油浆料,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为聚氨酯型增稠剂,分散剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷类分散剂,流平剂为纤维素醚类流平剂,消泡剂为聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷类消泡剂,蜡粉为科莱恩蜡粉。
3.一种光油浆料的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1:按配方备原料:主体树脂,增稠剂,分散剂,流平剂,消泡剂,蜡粉;
S2:先称取主体树脂,放入搅拌机以500-600r/min的转速搅拌,接着加入分散剂和流平剂,搅拌均匀后,然后加入蜡粉,以800-1000r/min的转速搅拌10-15分钟,最后加入增稠剂和消泡剂,以400-600r/min的转速搅拌均匀,冷却出料获得光油浆料。
4.一种爽滑壁纸,其特征在于:包括纸基层、预涂液浆料层、金葱浆料层和光油浆料层;纸基层上辊涂上述预涂液浆料形成预涂液浆料层,预涂液浆料层上辊涂金葱浆料形成金葱浆料层,金葱浆料层辊涂如权利要求1所述的光油浆料形成光油浆料层。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种爽滑壁纸,其特征在于:所述纸基层为原纸、无纺纸或无纺布。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种爽滑壁纸,其特征在于:其制备工艺如下:
步骤1:纸基层表面辊涂上一层预涂液浆料,进入温度为130~150℃的烘箱及在压力为1.5~3.0×105Pa的条件下烘干;
步骤2:预涂液浆料层表面辊涂一层金葱浆料,进入温度为140~180℃的烘箱及在压力为1.5~3.0×105Pa的条件下烘干;
步骤3:金葱浆料层表面辊涂一层上述含有蜡粉的光油浆料,在光油浆料承印图案之后,进入温度为140~180℃的烘箱及在压力为1.5~3.0×105Pa的条件下进行表面干燥;
步骤4:收卷,熟化24h以上,得到爽滑壁纸。
