Abstract
本发明涉及一种发泡无纺壁纸制备新工艺,属装饰材料领域。其以无纺壁纸为基材,采用激光雕刻凹版印刷三层发泡浆料,经高温软化,再用手工雕刻压花辊精准套压,冷却成型。与传统无纺发泡墙纸相比,该工艺制备的发泡无纺壁纸发泡80丝以上,凹凸感强烈。且发泡表面平整,压纹清晰,纹理细腻,不易脱落。产品透气性好,不易霉变,绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发泡无纺壁纸制备工艺,属装饰材料领域。
背景技术
壁纸是现在装饰中最为流行的一种软体装饰,因为它的简单、方便给家居生活带来更舒适,更自然的生活氛围。壁纸种类繁多,有木纤维壁纸、纯纸壁纸、无纺布壁纸、PVC壁纸等。无纺布壁纸是受广大消费者喜爱的产品,它是采用纯天然植物纤维制作而成,方便透气,无甲醛,防水防潮,能有效调节室内空气湿度,具有隔音降噪、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、可循环再用,手感亲和自然等优点,但不容易清洗。改进后的发泡壁纸以纸、无纺布或PVC做基材,涂有含发泡剂的PVC糊状树脂,经印花后再加热发泡,制成不同基材的发泡壁纸,有凹凸感,手感柔软。通常分为高发泡印花、低发泡印花和发泡印花压花等品种。相比PVC做基材的发泡无纺壁纸,以无妨布为基材的发泡壁纸,具有更优越的环保优势。但传统无纺发泡墙纸,因未采用压花辊精压成型,其发泡孔表面粗糙,易脱落,发泡高度一般为40~50丝左右,立体感差。在装饰盛行、要求较高的环境下,目前急需对发泡无纺壁纸制备工艺进行改进,满足消费者需求。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种发泡无纺壁纸制备新工艺,提高发泡无纺壁纸质量,使得发泡无纺壁纸立体感强、表面平整,压纹清晰,纹理细腻,不易脱落。
为实现本发明目的,技术方案如下。
该发泡无纺壁纸制备新工艺,以无纺壁纸为基材,采用如下工艺制备。
1.制备发泡浆料A:先称取增塑剂、稳定剂、降粘剂入桶,低速搅拌后再加入糊树脂、碳酸钙、钛白粉,中速搅拌,再加入微球粉,低速后,慢慢提至高速搅拌,测试桶温为35-40℃时应停止搅拌。制备发泡浆料B:先称取增塑剂、稳定剂、降粘剂入桶,低速搅拌后再加入糊树脂、碳酸钙、钛白粉,中速搅拌,再加入AC粉,低速搅拌后,慢慢提至高速搅拌,测试桶温为35-40℃时应停止搅拌。
2.印刷生产:
(1).将表面平整,短纤无纺纸采用网纹版辊水墨打底印刷,版间温度180℃;
(2).然后涂覆发泡浆料A,采用激光雕刻凹版印刷第一层发泡浆料,版间温度200℃,烘干,不发泡;
(3).涂覆发泡浆料B,采用激光雕刻凹版印刷第二层发泡浆料,版间温度200℃,烘干,不发泡;
(4).再涂覆发泡浆料B,采用激光雕刻凹版印刷第三层发泡浆料,版间温度200℃,烘干,不发泡;
(5).在发泡浆料上套印各种水墨,版间温度180-190℃,烘干;
(6).以35米/分的车速进入烘箱200℃—210℃阶梯加热发泡;
(7).精准压花,冷却、分裁、包装。

所述增塑剂选DOP(邻苯二甲酸二辛脂);所述降粘剂选低硫低芳烃类溶剂(D60);AC为偶氮二甲酰胺;稳定剂选钾锌复合稳定剂。
本发明原理在于:增塑剂有液化的作用,能增加壁纸的柔软性;聚氯乙烯糊树脂能增加壁纸附着力;AC具有发泡作用;微球粉能使壁纸膨胀形成微球;稳定剂能防止PVC在加热中过度分解和促进发泡;钛白粉能增加壁纸的白度和遮盖力;碳酸钙作为填充料,降低制品成本;降粘剂能调整制品粘度,便于印刷。
与传统壁纸相比,本发明激光雕刻凹版印刷三层发泡浆料,具有如下优点。
1.发泡高:传统无纺发泡墙纸,发泡高度一般为40~50丝左右,而本工艺生产的产品一般为80丝以上,凹凸感强烈。
2.发泡表面平整,传统无纺发泡墙纸,因未采用压花辊精压成型,所以其发泡孔形成表面粗糙,易脱落,而本工艺生产的产品因采用压花辊精压成型,其表面平整,压纹清晰,纹理细腻,不易脱落。产品透气性好,不易霉变,绿色环保。

实施例1
该新型发泡无纺壁纸发泡浆料的配比:以重量份计,
浆料A:增塑剂100
聚氯乙烯糊树脂160

以无纺壁纸为基材,制备工艺如下。
1.制备发泡浆料A:按上述配比称取增塑剂、稳定剂、降粘剂入桶,低速搅拌5分钟后再加入糊树脂、碳酸钙、钛白粉,中速搅拌30分钟,再加入微球粉,低速搅拌5分钟后,慢慢提至高速搅拌,测试桶温为35-40℃时应停止搅拌。制备发泡浆料B:先称取增塑剂、稳定剂、降粘剂入桶,低速搅拌后再加入糊树脂、碳酸钙、钛白粉,中速搅拌,再加入AC粉,低速后,慢慢提至高速搅拌,测试桶温为40℃时应停止搅拌。
2.印刷生产:
(1).将表面平整,短纤无纺纸(120G~150G/㎡)采用网纹版辊水墨打底印刷,版间温度180℃,确保水墨无脱落,无粘导辊;
(2).然后涂覆发泡浆料A,采用激光雕刻凹版印刷第一层发泡浆料,版间温度200℃,烘干,不发泡;
(3).涂覆发泡浆料B,采用激光雕刻凹版印刷第二层发泡浆料,版间温度200℃,烘干,不发泡;
(4).再涂覆发泡浆料B,采用激光雕刻凹版印刷第三层发泡浆料,版间温度200℃,烘干,不发泡;
(5).在发泡浆料上套印各种水墨,版间温度180-190℃,烘干;
(6).以35米/分的车速进入烘箱200℃—210℃阶梯加热发泡;
(7).精准压花,冷却、分裁、包装。

1.一种发泡无纺壁纸制备工艺,其特征在于,以无纺壁纸为基材,制备工艺如下:
1.制备发泡浆料A:先称取增塑剂、稳定剂、降粘剂入桶,低速搅拌后再加入糊树脂、碳酸钙、钛白粉,中速搅拌,再加入微球粉,低速后,慢慢提至高速搅拌,测试桶温为35-40℃时应停止搅拌;制备发泡浆料B:先称取增塑剂、稳定剂、降粘剂入桶,低速搅拌后再加入糊树脂、碳酸钙、钛白粉,中速搅拌,再加入AC粉,低速搅拌后,慢慢提至高速搅拌,测试桶温为35-40℃时应停止搅拌;
2.印刷生产:
(1).将表面平整,短纤无纺纸采用网纹版辊水墨打底印刷,版间温度180℃;
(2).然后涂覆发泡浆料A,采用激光雕刻凹版印刷第一层发泡浆料,版间温度200℃,烘干,不发泡;
