Abstract

本发明提供了一种热转印套印套压壁纸,所述的热转印套印套压壁纸为层状结构,即由底层壁纸基层、PVC中间印刷层和顶层热转印套印套压层组成。其制备方法,即首先将PVC中间印刷层通过涂布印刷涂布到壁纸基层上,经过烘箱在180‑240℃烘干;再将3D转金匀浆通过凹版印刷轮或者圆网印刷轮涂布于PVC中间印刷层上,然后通过速度为50M/min的壁纸印刷流水线将其送入烘箱,并控制温度为80‑200℃进行烘干后即得一种能够满足个性化需要并具有艺术化热转印套印套压壁纸。

一种热转印套印套压壁纸及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于造纸领域,涉及一种壁纸,具体来说是一种热转印套印套压壁纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济的高速发展,人们的物质文化生活质量也在不断提升,墙壁所使用的装饰材料上也有着不断的追求——从白灰、涂料到壁纸,然后又发展的墙漆。上述在不同时代所使用过的各种墙壁装饰材料都有其优点,但又同时都存在着个性化和艺术性差的缺陷,即不能够满足每一个人的需求,只能是市场上有什么品种就使用什么样的品种。
随着国内居住条件不断改善,人们对于内墙装饰的要求也日渐提高,在追求美观的同时,也希望内墙壁纸材料能体现一定的功能和个性化追求,热转印套印套压壁纸则既可以用于内墙装饰,也可直接通过一体化机一次性生产出立体感超强、颜色多样化的壁纸,可将艺术化、个性化和实用性融为一体,得到越来越多的人的亲睐。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种热转印套印套压壁纸及其制备方法,所述的这种热转印套印套压壁纸及其制备方法要解决现有技术中的壁纸颜色和线条柔和性不佳的技术问题。
本发明提供了一种热转印套印套压壁纸,为层状结构,包括底层壁纸基层、PVC中间印刷层,PVC中间印刷层涂布于底层壁纸基层上,还包括顶层热转印套印套压层;
所述的顶层热转印套印套压层为由3D转金匀浆通过凹版印刷轮或者圆网印刷轮涂布于PVC中间印刷层上并烘干而成;
所述的底层壁纸基层为原纸、无纺纸或者纯纸。
进一步的,所述的顶层热转印套印套压层由3D转金浆料组成,按质量比计算,3D转金浆料由20-25%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,0.6-1%的钾锌高效安定剂,1-3%的钛白粉,1-2%的SP401发泡剂,0.6-1%的BF210,20-25%的P457,15-20%的68EX树脂粉,30-40%的滑石粉组成。
进一步的,所述的顶层热转印套印套压层由3D转金浆料组成, 按质量比计算,3D转金浆料由22-24%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,0.7-0.9%的钾锌高效安定剂,2-3%的钛白粉,1-1.5%的SP401发泡剂,0.6-0.8%的BF210,22-24%的P457,17-19%的68EX树脂粉,34-38%的滑石粉组成。
进一步的,底层壁纸基层压层为90—160g/M2,PVC中间印刷层和顶层热转印套印套压层均为10—50g/M2
进一步的,底层壁纸基层压层为90~130g/M2,PVC中间印刷层和顶层热转印套印套压层均为40g/M2
本发明还提供了上述的一种热转印套印套压壁纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、首先将PVC中间印刷层通过涂布印刷到壁纸基层上,控制温度为180-240℃进行烘干;
(2)、3D转金浆料通过凹版印刷轮或者圆网印刷轮,涂布于PVC中间印刷层上,然后通过速度为50M/min的壁纸印刷流水线将其送入烘箱,并控制温度为80~200℃进行烘干,烘干后即得一种热转印套印套压壁纸。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述的将3D转金匀浆涂布于PVC中间印刷层上,然后通过速度为50M/min的壁纸印刷流水线将其送入烘箱,并控制温度为120~150℃进行烘干。
本发明的一种热转印套印套压壁纸,由于热转印套印套压层中采用了具有发泡效果很好的发泡剂,使生产出的热转印套印套压壁纸生产后曲线柔和,立体感超强等特点。解决了壁纸在生产中采用热转印套印套压的方法一次性生产出多种颜色及线条柔和的壁纸。
本发明和已有技术相比,其技术进步是显著的。本发明的一种热转印套印套压壁纸具有满足个性化需要并具有很好的实用性。

下面通过实施例并结合附图,对本发明的作进一步详细描述,但并不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种热转印套印套压壁纸,为层状结构,其结构示意图如图1所示,由底层壁纸基层1和PVC中间印刷层2和顶层热转印套印套压层3组成,PVC中间印刷层2涂布于底层壁纸基层1上,底层壁纸基层1压层为90~100g/M2的原纸,PVC中间印刷层2和顶层热转印套印套压层3均为40g/M2
所述的顶层热转印套印套压层3,按质量比计算,按质量百分比由20-25%邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,0.6-1%钾锌高效安定剂,1-3%钛白粉,1-2%SP401发泡剂,0.6-1%BF210,20-25%P457,15-20%68EX树脂粉,30-40%滑石粉组成;
上述的一种热转印套印套压壁纸的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)、首先将PVC中间印刷层通过涂布印刷涂布到壁纸基层上,控制温度为180-240℃进行烘干;
(2)、将3D转金浆料通过凹版印刷轮或者圆网印刷轮涂布于PVC中间印刷层上,然后通过速度为50M/min的壁纸印刷流水线将其送入烘箱,并控制温度为80~200℃进行烘干,优选为120~150℃,烘干后即得一种热转印套印套压壁纸。
上述的热转印套印套压壁纸立体感强,色彩鲜艳,能适应个性化需要。

1.一种热转印套印套压壁纸,为层状结构,包括底层壁纸基层、PVC中间印刷层,PVC中间印刷层涂布于底层壁纸基层上,其特征在于:还包括顶层热转印套印套压层;
所述的顶层热转印套印套压层为由3D转金匀浆通过凹版印刷轮或者圆网印刷轮涂布于PVC中间印刷层上并烘干而成;
所述的底层壁纸基层为原纸、无纺纸或者纯纸。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种热转印套印套压壁纸,其特征在于:所述的顶层热转印套印套压层由3D转金浆料组成,按质量比计算,3D转金浆料由20-25%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,0.6-1%的钾锌高效安定剂,1-3%的钛白粉,1-2%的SP401发泡剂,0.6-1%的BF210,20-25%的P457,15-20%的68EX树脂粉,30-40%的滑石粉组成。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种热转印套印套压壁纸,其特征在于:所述的顶层热转印套印套压层由3D转金浆料组成, 按质量比计算,3D转金浆料由22-24%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,0.7-0.9%的钾锌高效安定剂,2-3%的钛白粉,1-1.5%的SP401发泡剂,0.6-0.8%的BF210,22-24%的P457,17-19%的68EX树脂粉,34-38%的滑石粉组成。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种热转印套印套压壁纸,其特征在于:底层壁纸基层压层为90—160g/M2,PVC中间印刷层和顶层热转印套印套压层均为10—50g/M2
5.如权利要求4所述的一种热转印套印套压壁纸,其特征在于:底层壁纸基层压层为90~130g/M2,PVC中间印刷层和顶层热转印套印套压层均为40g/M2
6.权利要求1所述的一种热转印套印套压壁纸的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)、首先将PVC中间印刷层通过涂布印刷到壁纸基层上,控制温度为180-240℃进行烘干;
(2)、3D转金浆料通过凹版印刷轮或者圆网印刷轮,涂布于PVC中间印刷层上,然后通过速度为50M/min的壁纸印刷流水线将其送入烘箱,并控制温度为80-200℃进行烘干,烘干后即得一种热转印套印套压壁纸。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种热转印套印套压壁纸的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的将3D转金匀浆涂布于PVC中间印刷层上,然后通过速度为50M/min的壁纸印刷流水线将其送入烘箱,并控制温度为120-150℃进行烘干。
