技术领域
本发明涉及一种篮球革。
背景技术
近年来合成革的应用领域不断开拓，然而要生产理想的篮球革，则要求其必须丰满有弹性，并且机械强度、耐化学性能、吸湿排汗性、重量均一性、止滑性等都能达到要求，这对形成篮球革的弹性体有很高的要求。作为篮球革，尤其是要求其具有湿涩的触感，这样制成的篮球易于抓握，即使运动员因为剧烈运动而产生大量的手汗，也能抓住篮球。
现有技术中篮球革，主要是在合成革表面压纹、造粒，从而提高合成革的触感，然而在运动员出汗后，仅仅通过表面压纹、造粒得到的合成革，其涩感、止滑性能降低。《篮球革用增涩整饰剂》中采用亲水性PU树脂、聚丙烯微粉、丝肽粉等作为皮革增涩整饰剂，然而与篮球革的贴合性、吸湿性仍然不够理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种篮球革，其表面涩感增强，防滑性能增强。
一种篮球革，其特征在于：包括超细纤维基布层、粘结层、水性聚氨酯弹性体发泡层以及聚氨酯面层，面层上设有止滑增涩膜层。
所述超细纤维基布层是采用尼龙6和聚乙烯形成的海岛纤维经开纤后在在网状输送机上形成的织物网，然后，将织物网经过加热至100℃的上下一对的轧纹辊进行热粘接，然后通过针刺法进行交织处理之后，浸渍于水中，用轧机轻轧后用打击式揉搓机进行剥离分割处理，得到了单位面积重量为210g/m2的极细纤维无纺布，然后在70℃的温水中使该无纺布收缩，得到了面积为收缩前面积的60％的超细纤维基布，其单位面积重量为350g/m2，厚度为1.0mm，纤度是0.15dtex。
进一步，所述水性聚氨酯弹性体发泡层的重量配比为：
水性聚氨酯树脂100份
二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)60-150份
粒径小于10μm的颜料3-8份
微晶纤维素5-10份
表面活性剂S-800.4-4份
聚丙烯微粉1-10份
Al(OH)31-10份。
进一步，所述聚氨酯面层的重量配比为：
水性聚氨酯树脂100份
二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)50-70份
粒径小于10μm的颜料3-8份
抗老化剂3-5份
阴离子表面活性剂OT-700.2-1份
发泡剂0.5-1.5份
Al(OH)30.5-3份
防污处理剂10-12份。
进一步，所述止滑增涩膜层的重量配比为：
水性聚氨酯树脂100份
二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)30-50份
粒径小于10μm的颜料0.5-15份
二氧化钛0.2-1份
聚丙烯酸酯0.5-1.5份
有机硅弹性体3-5份
Al(OH)30.5-3份。
本发明的有益效果：本发明采用超细纤维无纺布作为基层，赋予篮球革很好的柔韧性；发泡层、面层都采用了水性聚氨酯，并且发泡层赋予篮球革丰满弹性，尤其是经过长期大量试验，研制出了新型的止滑增涩膜层，提高了篮球革表面的涩感，并且与篮球革的面层有很好的相容性和贴合性。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种篮球革，包括基布层，其特征在于：包括超细纤维基布层、粘结层、水性聚氨酯弹性体发泡层以及聚氨酯面层，面层上设有止滑增涩膜层。所述超细纤维基布层是采用尼龙6和聚乙烯形成的海岛纤维经开纤后在在网状输送机上形成的织物网，然后，将织物网经过加热至100℃的上下一对的轧纹辊进行热粘接，然后通过针刺法进行交织处理之后，浸渍于水中，用轧机轻轧后用打击式揉搓机进行剥离分割处理，得到了单位面积重量为210g/m2的极细纤维无纺布，然后在70℃的温水中使该无纺布收缩，得到了面积为收缩前面积的60％的超细纤维基布，其单位面积重量为350g/m2，厚度为1.0mm，纤度是0.15dtex。
