Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合弹力腰衬及其生产工艺,包括复合弹力腰衬基布层和涂层,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层的上下两面均涂有涂层,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层上设有弹性腰衬缓冲区,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层是由磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维混合热轧粘合而成的,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层各组分的重量份数比为:磁性纤维50‑60份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维62‑70份、ES粘合纤维5‑8份,本发明通过在弹力腰衬上设置了菱形孔弹性腰衬缓冲区,从而在改变弹力腰衬透气性的同时,又减少了弹力腰衬给人体带来的束缚感,进而避免了弹力腰衬在使用过程中,给人的腰部带来的勒痕;本发明还通过采用磁性纤维制作弹力腰衬,因此又给现有的弹力腰衬增加了按摩腰椎的效果。

一种复合弹力腰衬及其生产工艺
【技术领域】
本发明涉及腰衬的技术领域,特别是一种复合弹力腰衬及其生产工艺的技术领域。
【背景技术】
当前服装行业内大多数裤子和女裙的腰部部分都会使用腰衬,以起到定型的作用,弹力腰衬是腰衬中常见的一种,现有的弹力腰衬一般不设有弹性腰衬缓冲区,因此在使用过程中会在人的腰部勒出一道很深的勒痕,从而给人带来不适,现有的弹力腰衬一般不含有磁性纤维,因此不带有按摩腰椎的作用。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种复合弹力腰衬及其生产工艺,本发明通过在弹力腰衬上设置了菱形孔弹性腰衬缓冲区,从而在改变弹力腰衬透气性的同时,又减少了弹力腰衬给人体带来的束缚感,进而避免了弹力腰衬在使用过程中,给人的腰部带来的勒痕;本发明还通过采用磁性纤维制作弹力腰衬,因此又给现有的弹力腰衬增加了按摩腰椎的效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种复合弹力腰衬,包括复合弹力腰衬基布层和涂层,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层的上下两面均涂有涂层,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层上设有弹性腰衬缓冲区,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层是由磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维混合热轧粘合而成的,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层各组分的重量份数比为:磁性纤维50-60份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维62-70份、ES粘合纤维5-8份。
作为优选,所述弹性腰衬缓冲区上整齐的排列着若干个孔,且相邻两个孔之间的间距相等,所述弹性腰衬缓冲区上孔的形状为菱形。
作为优选,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层各组分的重量份数比均为:磁性纤维52-58份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维65-68份、ES粘合纤维6-7份。
作为优选,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层各组分的重量份数比均为:磁性纤维56.3份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维65.8份、ES粘合纤维6.2份。
作为优选,所述一种复合弹力腰衬的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a)拉伸:将磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维,按权利要求1中复合弹力腰衬基布层的各组分重量份数进行配料,然后对配好的磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维分别进行拉伸处理;
b)铺网:将步骤a拉伸好的磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维进行铺网;
c)热轧粘合:对步骤b铺好的纤维网进行热轧粘合,从而得到复合弹力腰衬基布层;
d)涂布:将步骤c)得到的复合弹力腰衬基布层放到涂布机上进行双面涂布;
e)分切:将步骤d涂布过的复合弹力腰衬基布层,分切成腰衬基布条;
f)加工弹性腰衬缓冲区:对步骤e)分切后的腰衬基布条进行菱形孔的加工;
g)卷绕:将步骤f)加工好的腰衬条卷绕成卷。
作为优选,所述步骤c)在进行热轧粘合时,热轧辊的温度为120℃至135℃,热轧辊的压力为0.5~1.0kg/cm2
作为优选,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层每隔50mm-120mm就设有一个弹性腰衬缓冲区,且相邻的两个弹性腰衬缓冲区的距离相等。

参阅图1-2,本发明一种复合弹力腰衬,包括复合弹力腰衬基布层1和涂层2,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层1的上下两面均涂有涂层2,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层1上设有弹性腰衬缓冲区12,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层1是由磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维混合热轧粘合而成的,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层1各组分的重量份数比为:磁性纤维50-60份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维62-70份、ES粘合纤维5-8份,所述弹性腰衬缓冲区12上整齐的排列着若干个孔,且相邻两个孔之间的间距相等,所述弹性腰衬缓冲区12上孔的形状为菱形,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层1各组分的重量份数比均为:磁性纤维52-58份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维65-68份、ES粘合纤维6-7份,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层1各组分的重量份数比均为:磁性纤维56.3份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维65.8份、ES粘合纤维6.2份,所述一种复合弹力腰衬的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:a)拉伸:将磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维,按权利要求1中复合弹力腰衬基布层1的各组分重量份数进行配料,然后对配好的磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维分别进行拉伸处理;b)铺网:将步骤a拉伸好的磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维进行铺网;c)热轧粘合:对步骤b铺好的纤维网进行热轧粘合,从而得到复合弹力腰衬基布层1;d)涂布:将步骤c)得到的复合弹力腰衬基布层1放到涂布机上进行双面涂布;e)分切:将步骤d涂布过的复合弹力腰衬基布层,分切成腰衬基布条;f)加工弹性腰衬缓冲区:对步骤e分切后的腰衬基布条进行菱形孔的加工;g)卷绕:将步骤f)加工好的腰衬条卷绕成卷,所述步骤c在进行热轧粘合时,热轧辊的温度为120℃至135℃,热轧辊的压力为0.5~1.0kg/cm2,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层1每隔50mm-120mm就设有 一个弹性腰衬缓冲区12,且相邻的两个弹性腰衬缓冲区12的距离相等。
本发明通过在弹力腰衬上设置了菱形孔弹性腰衬缓冲区,从而在改变弹力腰衬透气性的同时,又减少了弹力腰衬给人体带来的束缚感,进而避免了弹力腰衬在使用过程中,给人的腰部带来的勒痕;本发明还通过采用磁性纤维制作弹力腰衬,因此又给现有的弹力腰衬增加了按摩腰椎的效果。

1.一种复合弹力腰衬,其特征在于:包括复合弹力腰衬基布层(1)和涂层(2),所述复合弹力腰衬基布层(1)的上下两面均涂有涂层(2),所述复合弹力腰衬基布层(1)上设有弹性腰衬缓冲区(12),所述复合弹力腰衬基布层(1)是由磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维混合热轧粘合而成的,所述复合弹力腰衬基布层(1)各组分的重量份数比为:磁性纤维50-60份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维62-70份、ES粘合纤维5-8份。
2.如权利要求1所述一种复合弹力腰衬,其特征在于:所述弹性腰衬缓冲区(12)上整齐的排列着若干个孔,且相邻两个孔之间的间距相等,所述弹性腰衬缓冲区(12)上孔的形状为菱形。
3.如权利要求1所述一种复合弹力腰衬,其特征在于:所述复合弹力腰衬基布层(1)各组分的重量份数比均为:磁性纤维52-58份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维65-68份、ES粘合纤维6-7份。
4.如权利要求1所述一种复合弹力腰衬,其特征在于:所述复合弹力腰衬基布层(1)各组分的重量份数比均为:磁性纤维56.3份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维65.8份、ES粘合纤维6.2份。
5.如权利要求1所述一种复合弹力腰衬的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a)拉伸:将磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维,按权利要求1中复合弹力腰衬基布层(1)的各组分重量份数进行配料,然后对配好的磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维分别进行拉伸处理;
b)铺网:将步骤a)拉伸好的磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维进行铺网;
c)热轧粘合:对步骤b)铺好的纤维网进行热轧粘合,从而得到复合弹力腰衬基布层(1);
d)涂布:将步骤c)得到的复合弹力腰衬基布层(1)放到涂布机上进行双面 涂布;
e)分切:将步骤d)涂布过的复合弹力腰衬基布层,分切成腰衬基布条;
f)加工弹性腰衬缓冲区:对步骤e)分切后的腰衬基布条进行菱形孔的加工;
g)卷绕:将步骤f)加工好的腰衬条卷绕成卷。
6.如权利要求5所述一种复合弹力腰衬的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤c)在进行热轧粘合时,热轧辊的温度为120℃至135℃,热轧辊的压力为0.5~1.0kg/cm2
7.如权利要求1所述一种复合弹力腰衬,其特征在于:所述复合弹力腰衬基布层(1)每隔50mm-120mm就设有一个弹性腰衬缓冲区(12),且相邻的两个弹性腰衬缓冲区(12)的距离相等。
