本发明公开了一种新型吸汗排湿弹力腰衬,包括复合基布层和涂层,所述复合基布层的上下两面均涂有涂层,所述复合基布层上设有弹性腰衬缓冲区,所述复合基布层包括磁疗基布层和吸汗基布层,本发明通过在弹力腰衬上设置了菱形孔弹性腰衬缓冲区,从而在改变弹力腰衬透气性的同时,又减少了弹力腰衬给人体带来的束缚感,进而避免了弹力腰衬在使用过程中,给人的腰部带来的勒痕;本发明通过采用磁性纤维制作弹力腰衬,因此又给现有的弹力腰衬增加了按摩腰椎的效果;本发明还通过采用竹纤维制作弹力腰衬,因此大大提高了现有弹力腰衬的吸汗排湿效果。

Description

一种新型吸汗排湿弹力腰衬及生产工艺
【技术领域】
本发明涉及腰衬的技术领域,特别是一种新型吸汗排湿弹力腰衬及生产工艺的技术领域。
【背景技术】
当前服装行业内大多数裤子和女裙的腰部部分都会使用腰衬,以起到定型的作用,弹力腰衬是腰衬中常见的一种,现有的弹力腰衬一般不设有弹性腰衬缓冲区,因此在使用过程中会在人的腰部勒出一道很深的勒痕,从而给人带来不适,现有的弹力腰衬一般不含有磁性纤维,因此不带有按摩腰椎的作用;现有的弹力腰衬一般的吸汗排湿一般很差,因此现有的弹力腰衬人体舒适度有待提高。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种新型吸汗排湿弹力腰衬及生产工艺,本发明通过在弹力腰衬上设置了菱形孔弹性腰衬缓冲区,从而在改变弹力腰衬透气性的同时,又减少了弹力腰衬给人体带来的束缚感,进而避免了弹力腰衬在使用过程中,给人的腰部带来的勒痕;本发明通过采用磁性纤维制作弹力腰衬,因此又给现有的弹力腰衬增加了按摩腰椎的效果;本发明还通过采用竹纤维制作弹力腰衬,因此大大提高了现有弹力腰衬的吸汗排湿效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种新型吸汗排湿弹力腰衬,包括复合基布层和涂层,所述复合基布层的上下两面均涂有涂层,所述复合基布层上设有弹性腰衬缓冲区,所述复合基布层包括磁疗基布层和吸汗基布层,所述磁疗基布层各组分的重量份数比为:磁性纤维50-60份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维50-65份、ES粘合纤维5-8份,所述吸汗基布层各组分的重量份数比为:竹纤维40-55份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维65-80份、ES粘合纤维5-8份,所述弹性腰衬缓冲区上整齐的排列着若干个孔,且相邻两个孔之间的间距相等,所述弹性腰衬缓冲区上孔的形状为菱形。
作为优选,所述磁疗基布层各组分的重量份数比均为:磁性纤维53-58份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维55-62份、ES粘合纤维6-7份。
作为优选,所述吸汗基布层各组分的重量份数比均为:竹纤维45-52份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维68-75份、ES粘合纤维6-7份。
作为优选,所述一种新型吸汗排湿弹力腰衬的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a)拉伸:将竹纤维、磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维,分别进行拉伸处理;
b)磁疗基布层的配料:将步骤a)拉伸好的磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维按权利要求1中的磁疗基布层各组分重量份数进行配料;
c)吸汗基布层的配料:将步骤a)拉伸好的竹纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维按权利要求1中的吸汗基布层各组分重量份数进行配料;
d)磁疗基布层的铺网:将步骤b)配好的磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维,进行铺网;
e)吸汗基布层的铺网:将步骤c)配好的竹纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维,进行铺网;
f)热轧粘合:对步骤d)铺好的纤维网和步骤e)铺好的纤维网,进行热轧粘合,从而得到复合基布层,热轧辊的温度为120℃至135℃,热轧辊的压力为0.5~1.0kg/cm2
g)涂布:将步骤f)得到的复合基布层放到涂布机上进行双面涂布;
h)分切:将步骤g)涂布过的复合基布层,分切成腰衬基布条;
i)加工弹性腰衬缓冲区:对步骤h)分切后的腰衬基布条进行菱形孔的加工;
j)卷绕:将步骤i)加工好的腰衬条卷绕成卷。
作为优选,所述复合基布层每隔50mm-120mm就设有一个弹性腰衬缓冲区,且相邻的两个弹性腰衬缓冲区的距离相等。

本发明通过在弹力腰衬上设置了菱形孔弹性腰衬缓冲区,从而在改变弹力腰衬透气性的同时,又减少了弹力腰衬给人体带来的束缚感,进而避免了弹力腰衬在使用过程中,给人的腰部带来的勒痕;本发明通过采用磁性纤维制作弹力腰衬,因此又给现有的弹力腰衬增加了按摩腰椎的效果;本发明还通过采用竹纤维制作弹力腰衬,因此大大提高了现有弹力腰衬的吸汗排湿效果。

1.一种新型吸汗排湿弹力腰衬,其特征在于:包括复合基布层(1)和涂层(2),所述复合基布层(1)的上下两面均涂有涂层(2),所述复合基布层(1)上设有弹性腰衬缓冲区(10),所述复合基布层(1)包括磁疗基布层(11)和吸汗基布层(12),所述磁疗基布层(11)各组分的重量份数比为:磁性纤维50-60份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维50-65份、ES粘合纤维5-8份,所述吸汗基布层(12)各组分的重量份数比为:竹纤维40-55份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维65-80份、ES粘合纤维5-8份,所述弹性腰衬缓冲区(10)上整齐的排列着若干个孔,且相邻两个孔之间的间距相等,所述弹性腰衬缓冲区(10)上孔的形状为菱形。
2.如权利要求1所述一种新型吸汗排湿弹力腰衬,其特征在于:所述磁疗基布层(11)各组分的重量份数比均为:磁性纤维53-58份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维55-62份、ES粘合纤维6-7份。
3.如权利要求1所述一种新型吸汗排湿弹力腰衬,其特征在于:所述吸汗基布层(12)各组分的重量份数比均为:竹纤维45-52份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维68-75份、ES粘合纤维6-7份。
4.如权利要求1所述一种新型吸汗排湿弹力腰衬的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a)拉伸:将竹纤维、磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维,分别进行拉伸处理;
b)磁疗基布层的配料:将步骤a)拉伸好的磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维按权利要求1中的磁疗基布层(11)各组分重量份数进行配料;
c)吸汗基布层的配料:将步骤a)拉伸好的竹纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维按权利要求1中的吸汗基布层(12)各组分重量份数进行配料;
d)磁疗基布层的铺网:将步骤b)配好的磁性纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维,进行铺网;
e)吸汗基布层的铺网:将步骤c)配好的竹纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和ES粘合纤维,进行铺网;
f)热轧粘合:对步骤d)铺好的纤维网和步骤e)铺好的纤维网,进行热轧粘合,从而得到复合基布层(1),热轧辊的温度为120℃至135℃,热轧辊的压力为0.5~1.0kg/cm2
g)涂布:将步骤f)得到的复合基布层(1)放到涂布机上进行双面涂布;
h)分切:将步骤g)涂布过的复合基布层(1),分切成腰衬基布条;
i)加工弹性腰衬缓冲区:对步骤h)分切后的腰衬基布条进行菱形孔的加工;
j)卷绕:将步骤i)加工好的腰衬条卷绕成卷。
5.如权利要求1所述一种新型吸汗排湿弹力腰衬,其特征在于:所述复合基布层(1)每隔50mm-120mm就设有一个弹性腰衬缓冲区(10),且相邻的两个弹性腰衬缓冲区(10)的距离相等。
