Abstract
본 발명은 포화물로 포화된 하나 이상의 지지체 물질, 장벽 피복층, 메이크 피복층, 사이즈 피복층 또는 이의 조합물을 보유하는 연마재에 관한 것이며, 이때 상기 포화물 및 층은 하나 이상의 비닐 에테르 단량체 및/또는 올리고머로 주로 구성된다.

Claims (20)
- 하나 이상의 비닐 에테르 단량체 및/또는 올리고머로 이루어진 100% 고체인 조사-경화된 방수성 수지로 주로 구성되는 포화물로 처리한 지지체 물질, 메이크 피복물, 다수의 연마 그레인 및 사이즈 피복물을 상기 순서로 포함하는 연마재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지체 물질이 다공성 페이퍼인 연마재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지체 물질이 하기 방정식을 이용하여 결정되는 포화율(%)이 10∼60%인 비닐 에테르 수지로 포화된 연마재 ;[상기 식에서, %SPU는 지지체 물질의 포화물 선택율(%)이고, PD는 포화된 지지체 물질의 건조 중량이고, PBW는 지지체 물질의 기본 중량이다. 기본 중량은 단위 면적당 페이퍼 지지체 물질의 건조 중량이다].
- 제1항에 있어서, 비닐 에테르 단량체 및/또는 올리고머가 다비닐 에테르인 연마재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 디비닐 에테르가 폴리에테르 또는 폴리에스테르 디올의 디비닐 에테르이거나 우레탄 또는 디이소시아네이트의 디비닐 에테르인 연마재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 장벽 피복층을 추가로 포함하는 연마재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 장벽 피복층, 메이크 피복층, 사이즈 피복층 또는 이의 배합물이 하나 이상의 비닐 에테르 단량체 및/또는 올리고머로 이루어진 100% 고체인 조사-경화된 수지로 주로 구성되는 연마재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지체 물질이 페이퍼이고, 비닐 에테르 수지가 (a) 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올 디비닐 에테르, (b) 트리에틸렌 글리콜의 디비닐 에테르, (c) 디비닐 에테르 작용성을 보유하는 액체 지방족 에스테르 수지, (d) 1,4-히드록시부틸 비닐 에테르와 톨릴렌 디이소시아네이트의 반응 생성물 및 (e) 조사원에 노출하는 경우, 양이온성으로 중합가능한 성분(a), (b) 및 (c)를 중합하는 양이온성 촉매 유효량의 트리아릴 설포늄염 광촉매의 반응 생성물인 연마재.
- 방수 지지체 물질, 하나 이상의 비닐 에테르 단량체 및/또는 올리고머로 이루어진 100% 고체인 조사 경화성 수지로 주로 구성되는 장벽 피복층, 메이크 피복물, 다수의 연마 그레인 및 사이즈 피복물을 포함하는 연마재.
- 제9항에 있어서, 장벽 피복층의 건조 피복 중량이 전형적으로 5 내지 25g/㎡인 연마재.
- 제9항에 있어서, 비닐 에테르 수지가 디비닐 에테르인 연마재.
- 제11항에 있어서, 디비닐 에테르가 폴리에테르 또는 폴리에스테르 디올의 디비닐 에테르이거나 우레탄 또는 디이소시아네이트의 디비닐 에테르인 연마제.
- 제9항에 있어서, 메이크 피복층, 사이즈 피복층 또는 상기 층 둘 다가 하나 이상의 비닐 에테르 단량체 및/또는 올리고머로 이루어진 100% 고체인 조사-경화된 수지로 주로 구성되는 연마재.
- 지지체 물질, 하나 이상의 비닐 에테르 단량체 및/또는 올리고머로 이루어진 100% 고체인 조사 경화성 수지로 주로 구성되는 메이크 피복물, 다수의 연마그레인 및 사이즈 피복물을 포함하는 연마재.
- 제14항에 있어서, 비닐 에테르 단량체 및/또는 올리고머가 디비닐 에테르인 연마재.
- 제14항에 있어서, 디비닐 에테르가 폴리에테르 또는 폴리에스테르 디올의 디비닐 에테르이거나 우레탄 또는 디이소시아네이트의 디비닐 에테르인 연마재.
- 지지체 물질, 메이크 피복물, 다수의 연마 그레인 및 하나 이상의 비닐 에테르 단량체 및/또는 올리고머로 이루어진 100% 고체인 조사 경화성 수지로 주로 구성되는 사이즈 피복물을 포함하는 연마재.
- 제17항에 있어서, 비닐 에테르 단량체 및/또는 올리고머가 디비닐 에테르인 연마재.
- 제18항에 있어서, 디비닐 에테르가 폴리에테르 또는 폴리에스테르 디올의 디비닐 에테르이거나 우레탄 또는 디이소시아네이트의 디비닐 에테르인 연마재.
- 제18항에 있어서, 메이크 피복물이 하나 이상의 비닐 에테르 단량체 및/또는 올리고머로 이루어지며 100% 고체인 조사-경화된 수지로 구성되는 연마재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
