本发明涉及一种轴承,具体的说是一种应用于高速电主轴承和高速机床主轴承领域的双层密封配对轴承,属于轴承技术领域。其包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、轴承滚珠、滚珠保持架、内密封圈和外密封圈,轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间设有内密封圈和外密封圈,轴承外圈内侧设有内密封圈安装槽,内密封圈安装槽内固定内密封圈,内密封圈与轴承内圈之间留有间隙;轴承内圈外侧设有外密封圈安装槽,外密封圈安装槽内固定外密封圈,外密封圈与轴承外圈之间留有间隙,内密封圈和外密封圈之间留有间隙。本发明既解决了轴承密封问题,又解决了温升问题,避免密封圈高温烧坏;外密封圈的凸条产生气流,与C形结构的唇边共同作用,能够产生气封的效果。

双层密封配对轴承
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承,具体的说是一种应用于高速电主轴承和高速机床主轴承领域的双层密封配对轴承,属于轴承技术领域。
背景技术
目前,高速轴承以Dn值达到100万以上为高速运转,这样的高速运转的密封结构一般都设计成非接触式。如果设计成接触式时,密封圈唇边与内圈的外径会有接触,瞬间高温可达几百度,不但密封圈会烧坏,连轴承也会被烧坏。但做成非接触式时,轴承的防尘及防水效果又差,轴承的密封问题是机械行业高速领域存在的通病。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种双层密封配对轴承,既解决了轴承密封问题,又解决了温升问题,避免密封圈高温烧坏。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,双层密封配对轴承包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、轴承滚珠、滚珠保持架、内密封圈和外密封圈,轴承内圈外表面设有内滚道,轴承外圈内表面设有外滚道,内滚道和外滚道连接形成完整的轴承滚珠滚道,在轴承滚珠滚道内设有轴承滚珠,轴承滚珠外圈设有滚珠保持架,其特征是:轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间设有内密封圈和外密封圈,轴承外圈内侧设有内密封圈安装槽,内密封圈安装槽内固定内密封圈,内密封圈与轴承内圈之间留有间隙;轴承内圈外侧设有外密封圈安装槽,外密封圈安装槽内固定外密封圈,外密封圈与轴承外圈之间留有间隙,内密封圈和外密封圈之间留有间隙;所述外密封圈的唇边为C形结构,外密封圈背向内密封圈一侧表面设有多个凸条。
进一步的,轴承滚珠的中心偏离轴承外圈的轴向中心位置,并且轴承滚珠的中心偏向安装内密封圈和外密封圈的对侧。
进一步的,轴承内圈与内密封圈的唇边的间隙范围为0.1~0.15,轴承外圈与外密封圈的唇边的间隙范围为0.1~0.15。
进一步的,内密封圈与滚珠保持架、外密封圈之间的间隙为≥0.8。
进一步的,多个凸条沿着外密封圈表面圆周方向均匀分布。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,非接触式的内外密封圈既解决了轴承密封问题,又解决了温升问题,避免密封圈高温烧坏;外密封圈的凸条产生气流,与C形结构的唇边共同作用,能够产生气封的效果。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1~2所示,本发明主要包括轴承内圈1、轴承外圈2、轴承滚珠3、滚珠保持架4、内密封圈5和外密封圈6,轴承内圈1外表面设有内滚道,轴承外圈2内表面设有外滚道,内滚道和外滚道连接形成完整的轴承滚珠滚道,在轴承滚珠滚道内设有轴承滚珠3,轴承滚珠3外圈设有滚珠保持架4。
为了保证内密封圈5和外密封圈6有足够的安装空间,所述轴承滚珠3的中心偏离轴承外圈2的轴向中心位置,并且轴承滚珠3的中心偏向安装内密封圈5和外密封圈6的对侧。
轴承内圈1和轴承外圈2之间设有非接触式连接的内密封圈5和外密封圈6。轴承外圈2内侧设有内密封圈安装槽,内密封圈安装槽内固定内密封圈5,内密封圈5与轴承内圈1之间留有间隙。轴承内圈1外侧设有外密封圈安装槽,外密封圈安装槽内固定外密封圈6,外密封圈6与轴承外圈2之间留有间隙,内密封圈5和外密封圈6之间留有间隙。
所述轴承内圈1与内密封圈5的唇边的间隙范围为0.1~0.15,轴承外圈2与外密封圈6的唇边7的间隙范围为0.1~0.15。间隙设置在该范围内,使得轴承内圈1与内密封圈5既能达到较好的密封效果,又不会产生过热,导致密封圈烧毁。
所述内密封圈5与滚珠保持架4、外密封圈6之间的间隙为≥0.8,在这个间隙范围内利于散热。
所述外密封圈6的唇边7为C形结构,C形结构的唇边7能与轴承外圈的间隙处形成高压,达到气封的效果。
所述外密封圈6背向内密封圈5一侧表面设有多个凸条8,多个凸条8沿着外密封圈6表面圆周方向均匀分布。在高速旋转时凸条8产生气流,与C形结构的唇边7共同作用,产生气封的效果。
本发明将双层非接触式密封应用于高速成对使用的领域,设计巧妙,结构合理,既解决了密封问题,又解决了温升问题,解决了行业中高速轴承的密封难题。

1.一种双层密封配对轴承,包括轴承内圈(1)、轴承外圈(2)、轴承滚珠(3)、滚珠保持架(4)、内密封圈(5)和外密封圈(6),轴承内圈(1)外表面设有内滚道,轴承外圈(2)内表面设有外滚道,内滚道和外滚道连接形成完整的轴承滚珠滚道,在轴承滚珠滚道内设有轴承滚珠(3),轴承滚珠(3)外圈设有滚珠保持架(4),其特征是:轴承内圈(1)和轴承外圈(2)之间设有内密封圈(5)和外密封圈(6),轴承外圈(2)内侧设有内密封圈安装槽,内密封圈安装槽内固定内密封圈(5),内密封圈(5)与轴承内圈(1)之间留有间隙;轴承内圈(1)外侧设有外密封圈安装槽,外密封圈安装槽内固定外密封圈(6),外密封圈(6)与轴承外圈(2)之间留有间隙,内密封圈(5)和外密封圈(6)之间留有间隙;所述外密封圈(6)的唇边(7)为C形结构,外密封圈(6)背向内密封圈(5)一侧表面设有多个凸条(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述的双层密封配对轴承,其特征是:所述轴承滚珠(3)的中心偏离轴承外圈(2)的轴向中心位置,并且轴承滚珠(3)的中心偏向安装内密封圈(5)和外密封圈(6)的对侧。

4.如权利要求1所述的双层密封配对轴承,其特征是:所述内密封圈(5)与滚珠保持架(4)、外密封圈(6)之间的间隙为≥0.8。
