本发明公开了一种多唇密封轴承,包括内圈、外圈、滚珠及密封圈,其特征在于:所述密封圈包括钢圈骨架和橡胶圈,所述钢圈骨架包括与外圈配合的顶梁和与橡胶圈粘接的弧形梁,所述弧形梁向外侧凸出,所述橡胶圈设有三个唇,所述内圈上还设有密封盖,所述密封盖包括横部和直部,橡胶圈的第一唇与横部过盈配合,第二唇与横部间隙配合,第三唇与直部过盈配合。本发明可以延缓轴承密封圈的老化,延长轴承密封圈的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承。
背景技术
现在的轴承为了适应恶劣的环境,同时为了取得很好的密封效果,通常都需要采取接触式密封。但是接触式密封摩擦扭矩大,密封圈在长期工作后,会出现磨损和老化,影响密封效果。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述问题,提供一种延缓密封圈老化,延长密封圈使用时间的轴承。为解决这些问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种多唇密封轴承,包括内圈、外圈、滚珠及密封圈,其特征在于:所述密封圈包括钢圈骨架和橡胶圈,所述钢圈骨架包括与外圈配合的顶梁和与橡胶圈粘接的弧形梁,所述弧形梁向外侧凸出,所述橡胶圈设有三个唇,所述内圈上还设有密封盖,所述密封盖包括横部和直部,橡胶圈的第一唇与横部过盈配合,第二唇与横部间隙配合,第三唇与直部过盈配合。
本发明的技术特点还在于:所述直部的顶端呈弧形弯曲,并延伸至外圈内壁处,与外圈内壁间隙配合。
采用以上技术方案,本发明具有以下优点:
1、本发明橡胶圈的第一唇与横部过盈配合,同时第二唇与横部间隙配合,这样在第一唇与横部由于过度摩擦,出现磨损和老化后,利用弧形梁的弹性,使得第二唇可以递进与横部过盈配合,从而保证整体的密封性。
2、本发明第三唇与直部虽然是过盈配合,但是由于是侧向递进,摩擦力不会太大,其磨损和老化的速度会比较慢,同时,弧形梁可以在其出现磨损时,进行弹性形变,使第三唇向右下移动,依旧可以与直部过盈配合,甚至可以与横部和直部同时过盈配合,从而保证密封性。
3、本发明的密封圈设置弧形梁,不仅可以利用其形变能力,增加密封圈的使用寿命,而且,弧形梁向外侧凸出,内部会预留更多的空间,这样可以装入较多的油脂,保证内部的润滑。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
实施例1:如图1、图2所示,一种多唇密封轴承,包括内圈、外圈、滚珠,所述外圈设有密封槽,所述密封槽内设有密封圈,所述密封圈包括钢圈骨架和橡胶圈,所述钢圈骨架包括与外圈配合的顶梁 11和与橡胶圈粘接的弧形梁12,所述弧形梁12向外侧凸出,所述橡胶圈设有三个唇,所述内圈上还设有密封盖,所述密封盖包括横部 31和直部32,橡胶圈的第一唇21与横部31过盈配合,第二唇22与横部31间隙配合,第三唇23与直部32过盈配合。
所述直部32的顶端呈弧形弯曲,并延伸至外圈内壁处,与外圈内壁间隙配合。
需要说明的是,图中只是在轴承的一侧采用上述的密封圈和密封盖结构,另一侧使用了另外的密封结构,实际上,上述结构在轴承的两侧均可以使用。
采用本发明的技术方案,可以延缓轴承密封圈的老化,延长轴承密封圈的使用寿命。

1.一种多唇密封轴承,包括内圈、外圈、滚珠及密封圈,其特征在于:所述密封圈包括钢圈骨架和橡胶圈,所述钢圈骨架包括与外圈配合的顶梁11和与橡胶圈粘接的弧形梁12,所述弧形梁12向外侧凸出,所述橡胶圈设有三个唇,所述内圈上还设有密封盖,所述密封盖包括横部31和直部32,橡胶圈的第一唇21与横部31过盈配合,第二唇22与横部31间隙配合,第三唇23与直部32过盈配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多唇密封轴承,所述直部32的顶端呈弧形弯曲,并延伸至外圈内壁处,与外圈内壁间隙配合。
