本发明属于一种调味品,特别涉及一种五味调味品。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对食品的味道和健康越来越关注。目前的调味品行业,大多是油调料品或者营养调料品,还没有调味、保健和治病于一体的调味品。
根据《黄帝内经》、《本草纲目》、《中医精华录》、《偏方秘方》、《不生病的智慧》、《易经经络》、结合《食品加工技术》、《食物相克与最佳食物搭配》等书的精华进行综合汇集研究。五脏肝、脾、心、肺、肾所各自所喜好的酸、甜、苦、辣、咸,以及肝、脾、心、肺、肾五脏对应的五行,木、土、火、金、水之间的相生相克的对应关系,以及五脏在人体里面各自发挥主次作用而按一定的比例配比,使五脏在利益营养的分配均衡,合理吸收,使五脏在人体内各司其职,管好各自的岗位充分发挥自己的长处,同时使五脏在对外来有害细菌的侵害和入侵使他们又精诚合作,提高身体的免疫能力,抗病毒能力。治病达到无副作用,避免常规治病带来的副作用。例如,治肝病带来胃的副作用,治胃病带来肾病的副作用,这就没处理好五脏六腑在人体里的相生相克的关系。这就是人们所说的偏食挑食带来的营养不平衡而产生的各种不同的疾病。例如,喝酒的肝病易得,辣味跟肺走,营养偏向肺,这种人肺很好,肺不易得病,肺属于金,金克木,木属肝,所以易得肝硬化等疾病。例如,北方人饮食上喜欢咸,因而肾好,肾属水,水克火,火属心,所以容易得心脏等疾病。喜欢吃甜的人,胃好,但容易得肾方面的水肿等病,不偏食不挑食的人,很难得各种各样的疾病。不偏食,不挑食,什么都喜欢吃的人,他们的五脏六腑各器官营养均衡,使各器官精诚合作,一致对外,所以各器官免疫能力,抗病毒能力强,不得病。目前我国,还没有能使五脏六腑营养平衡的调味品。

本发明的一个目的在于针对上述存在的问题和不足,提供一种五味调味品,该调味品不仅对人体无害,而且具有明显的保健、治病、预防癌症的效果;本发明另一个目的在于提供制作上述五味调味品的方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种五味调味品,由以下重量比的配方组成:白糖25%-35%,醋20%-30%,食盐5%-15%,酱油1%-3%,大蒜2%-4%,甘草1%-3%,骨头1%-1.5%,蛋1%-2%,蜂蜜4%-6%,牛奶2%-4%,花生1%-3%,橄榄菜0.7%-1.3%,辣椒1.3%-1.8%,槟榔0.3%,瓜子0.6%,红枣1.5%-2.5%,韭菜0.8%-1.2%、洋葱0.3%-0.6%,大葱0.6%-1%,姜2%-2.4%,陈皮0.8%-1.2%,胡椒0.2%-0.4%,八角0.2%-0.4%,茴香0.2%-0.4%,草果0.2%-0.4%,孜然0.2%-0.4%,肉桂0.2%-0.4%,桂皮0.2%-0.4%,花椒0.2%-0.4%。

以下是制造上述五味调味品的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制作甘草制品,甘草与醋以1:7的重量比进行浸泡,然后加入盐15%、糖30%、酱油1%和味精2‰搅拌均匀,放入容器内密封,7天后进行粉碎,待用;

(4)制作大蒜制品,a、大蒜与醋以1:3的重量比进行浸泡,加入盐15%、糖25%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后粉碎,然后加入盐5%,糖25%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;b、花生与醋以1:3的重量比进行浸泡,加入盐20%、糖30%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后进行粉碎,然后加入盐5%,糖20%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;c、煮熟的橄榄菜与醋以1:5的重量比进行浸泡,加入糖30%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后进行粉碎,然后再加入糖20%,再浸泡7天;d、槟榔和瓜子粉碎后与醋以1:5的重量比进行浸泡,加入盐20%、糖20%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后加入盐5%,糖20%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;e、红枣与醋以1:3的重量比进行浸泡,加入糖30%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后粉碎,然后加入糖20%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;f、韭菜和辣椒分别与醋以1:3的重量比进行浸泡,加入盐10%、糖25%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后粉碎,然后加入盐10%,糖30%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;g、洋葱与醋以1:3的重量比进行浸泡,加入盐10%、糖40%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后粉碎,然后加入盐15%,糖10%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;h、大葱与醋以1:3的重量比进行浸泡,加入盐10%、糖30%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后粉碎,然后加入盐15%,糖20%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;i、姜与醋以1:4的重量比进行浸泡,加入盐10%、糖30%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后粉碎,然后加入盐15%,糖20%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;j、陈皮与醋以1:3的重量比进行浸泡,加入盐20%、糖40%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后粉碎,糖20%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;k、胡椒、八角、茴香、草果、孜然、肉桂、桂皮和花椒以12:10:12:12:12:15:6:20的重量比混合后进行粉碎制成调料,调料加入调和油30%进行焙炒后加入20%盐搅拌均匀,调料与醋以1:7的重量比进行浸泡,加入糖35%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后粉碎,然后加入糖25%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;l、将上述步骤a、b、c、d、e、f、g、h、i、j、k所制的大蒜、花生、橄榄菜、槟榔、瓜子、红枣、韭菜、辣椒、洋葱、大葱、姜、陈皮和调料以4:2:1:1:2:1:2:1:1:2:1混合均匀放置7天,待用;
(5)所制的甘草制品、骨头制品、蛋制品和大蒜制品以4:3:6:7加入适量蒸馏水混合均质,放置7天后,进行均质、消毒和包装,即得成品。
有益效果:调味品里有醋、糖、盐、辣成分,具有酸甜苦辣咸五味,并按五脏在人体的作用按照合理的配比进行调配。使用本产品调味可以克服中国地区差,东南西北中的饮食习惯不同和偏食而产生的各种不同区域性的疾病发生。使用本产品调味可以消除或减缓区域性疾病,提高身体各器官的免疫能力,加快身体各器官的新陈代谢,增强身体细胞的再生能力,抗衰老能力,使身体健康延年益寿。

一种五味调味品,由以下重量比的配方组成:白糖30%,醋25%,食盐10%,酱油2%,大蒜4%,甘草2%,骨头1%,蛋2%,蜂蜜5%,牛奶3%,花生2%,橄榄菜1%,辣椒0.5%,槟榔0.3%,瓜子0.7%,红枣2%,韭菜1.8%、洋葱0.5%,大葱0.8%,姜2%,陈皮1%,胡椒0.3%,八角0.3%,茴香0.3%,草果0.3%,孜然0.3%,肉桂0.3%,桂皮0.3%,花椒0.3%。
制造上述五味调味品的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制作甘草制品,甘草与醋以1:7的重量比进行浸泡,然后加入盐15%、糖30%、酱油1%和味精2‰搅拌均匀,放入容器内密封,7天后进行粉碎,待用。
(2)制作骨头制品,骨头由鸡骨和猪骨以2:1的重量比组成,骨头蒸煮至熟软后,进行焙炒,骨头与醋以2:7的重量比进行浸泡,加入盐15%、糖20%、酱油2%、和味精5‰搅拌均匀,放入容器内密封,7天后进行粉碎,待用。
(3)制作蛋制品,蛋、蜂蜜与醋以4:5:2的重量比进行浸泡,加入糖20%、酱油3%和味精2‰搅拌均匀,放入容器内密封,7天后进行粉碎。豆奶制品,豆奶与蜂蜜以1:5的重量比混合,加入糖20%、酱油3%和味精2‰搅拌均匀。将蛋制品与豆奶制品以2:3的重量比混合,搅拌均匀,放入容器内密封7天,待用。

(2)制作骨头制品,骨头蒸煮至熟软后,进行焙炒,骨头与醋以2:7的重量比进行浸泡,加入盐15%、糖20%、酱油2%、和味精5‰搅拌均匀,放入容器内密封,7天后进行粉碎,待用;
(3)制作蛋制品,蛋、蜂蜜与醋以4:5:2的重量比进行浸泡,加入糖20%、酱油3%和味精2‰搅拌均匀,放入容器内密封,7天后进行粉碎;豆奶制品,豆奶与蜂蜜以1:5的重量比混合,加入糖20%、酱油3%和味精2‰搅拌均匀;将蛋制品与豆奶制品以2:3的重量比混合,搅拌均匀,放入容器内密封7天,待用;
(4)制作大蒜制品,a、大蒜与醋以1:3的重量比进行浸泡,加入盐15%、糖25%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后粉碎,然后加入盐5%,糖25%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;b、花生与醋以1:3的重量比进行浸泡,加入盐20%、糖30%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后进行粉碎,然后加入盐5%,糖20%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;c、煮熟的橄榄菜与醋以1:5的重量比进行浸泡,加入糖30%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后进行粉碎,然后再加入糖20%,再浸泡7天;d、槟榔和瓜子粉碎后与醋以1:5的重量比进行浸泡,加入盐20%、糖20%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后加入盐5%,糖20%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;e、红枣与醋以1:3的重量比进行浸泡,加入糖30%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后粉碎,然后加入糖20%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;f、韭菜和辣椒分别与醋以1:3的重量比进行浸泡,加入盐10%、糖25%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后粉碎,然后加入盐10%,糖30%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;g、洋葱与醋以1:3的重量比进行浸泡,加入盐10%、糖40%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后粉碎,然后加入盐15%,糖10%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;h、大葱与醋以1:3的重量比进行浸泡,加入盐10%、糖30%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后粉碎,然后加入盐15%,糖20%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;i、姜与醋以1:4的重量比进行浸泡,加入盐10%、糖30%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后粉碎,然后加入盐15%,糖20%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;j、陈皮与醋以1:3的重量比进行浸泡,加入盐20%、糖40%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后粉碎,糖20%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;k、胡椒、八角、茴香、草果、孜然、肉桂、桂皮和花椒以12:10:12:12:12:15:6:20的重量比混合后进行粉碎制成调料,调料加入调和油30%进行焙炒后加入20%盐搅拌均匀,调料与醋以1:7的重量比进行浸泡,加入糖35%、酱油2%和味精5‰,放入容器内密封,7天后粉碎,然后加入糖25%进行搅拌,再浸泡7天;l、将上述步骤a、b、c、d、e、f、g、h、i、j、k所制的大蒜、花生、橄榄菜、槟榔、瓜子、红枣、韭菜、辣椒、洋葱、大葱、姜、陈皮和调料以4:2:1:1:2:1:2:1:1:2:1混合均匀放置7天,待用;
(5)所制的甘草制品、骨头制品、蛋制品和大蒜制品以4:3:6:7加入适量蒸馏水混合均质,放置7天后,进行均质、消毒和包装,即得成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述制造五味调味品的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)的骨头由鸡骨和猪骨以2:1的重量比组成。
5.根据权利要求3所述制造五味调味品的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)的蛋由鸡蛋和鸭蛋以3:1的重量比组成,豆奶由豆粉和优酸乳以1:5的重量比组成。
6.根据权利要求3所述制造五味调味品的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)的花生由生花生和熟花生以2:5的重量比组成,红枣由生红枣和熟红枣以3:7的重量比组成。
7.根据权利要求3所述制造五味调味品的方法,其特征在于,所述骨头或熟花生在焙炒过程中以1:8的重量比加入混合油。
8.根据权利要求7所述制造五味调味品的方法,其特征在于,所述混合油由花生油、大豆油、葵花籽油、茶油、菜籽油、芝麻油、玉米油混合而成。
