本发明涉及饮料技术领域,特别是一种含山楂的饮料及其制作工艺。
背景技术
山楂,核果类水果,核质硬,果肉薄,味微酸涩。具有降血脂、血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药。据中国药典记载,山楂,酸、甘、微温,功能主治:消食健胃,行气散瘀。用于肉食积滞,胃脘胀满,泻痢腹痛,瘀血经闭,产后瘀阻,心腹刺痛,疝气疼痛;高脂血症。焦山楂消食导滞作用增强。用于肉食积滞,泻痢不爽。
人体津液在干燥的天气会耗伤亏少,进而造成内至脏腑,外到皮毛孔窍,失去濡润滋养,并由此产生一系列干燥症状。比如,有些人会经常感到口渴眼干,皮肤也干燥失滑。山楂酸甜可口,能生津止渴。因此,开发一款含山楂的生津饮料,将具有广阔的市场前景。

本发明的提供了一种含山楂的饮料及其制作工艺,可帮助饮用者达到生津止渴的目的。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种含山楂的饮料,主要由以下重量份原料制成:山楂20~28份、罗汉果10~17份、甘蔗9~15份、荷叶5~9份、麦冬6~10份、罗布麻花2~4份。
一种优选的技术方案,含山楂的饮料主要由以下重量份原料组成:山楂25份、罗汉果14份、甘蔗12份、荷叶7份、麦冬8份、罗布麻花3份。
一种含山楂的饮料的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取新鲜的山楂和甘蔗,加入300份重量的水浸泡30~40min,用榨汁机榨汁,过滤,得滤液A和滤渣A;
(2)取滤渣A,加入500份重量的水,加热至沸腾后,保持沸腾状态5min,冷却后过滤,得滤液B和滤渣B;
(3)选取优质的罗汉果、荷叶、麦冬和罗布麻花,加入1000份重量的水,加热至沸腾,保持沸腾状态30~50min,冷却后过滤,得滤液C和滤渣C;
(4)取滤渣C,加入800份重量的水,加热至沸腾,保持沸腾状态30~50min,冷却后过滤,得滤液D和滤渣D;
(5)合并滤液A、滤液B、滤液C和滤液D,得含山楂的饮料。
步骤(1)中所述的水为凉开水或纯净水。
本发明选用山楂、罗汉果、甘蔗、荷叶、麦冬和罗布麻花为主要原料,山楂酸酸甜甜,是生津止渴的佳品,配以的罗汉果、甘蔗、荷叶、麦冬和罗布麻花,具有以下功效:
罗汉果:味甘性凉,归肺、大肠经,有润肺止咳、生津止渴的功效、适用于肺热或肺燥咳嗽、百日咳及暑热伤津口渴等,此外还有润肠通便的功效;
甘蔗:味甘、性寒,归肺、胃经;具有清热解毒、生津止渴、和胃止呕、滋阴润燥等功效;主治口干舌燥,津液不足,小便不利,大便燥结,消化不良,反胃呕吐,呃逆,高热烦渴等;
荷叶:味苦辛微涩,归心、肝、脾经;具有消暑利湿,健脾升阳,散瘀止血的功效;主治暑热烦渴,头痛眩晕,水肿,食少腹胀,泻痢,白带,脱肛,吐血,衄血,咯血,便血,崩漏,产后恶露不净,损伤瘀血;
麦冬:味甘、微苦,微寒;润肺清心、泻热生津、化痰止呕、治嗽行水;
罗布麻花:性微寒,味苦甘,能清热降火,平肝息风,主治头痛、眩晕、失眠等症。
本发明的优点是:
1、本发明的饮料,带有山楂、罗汉果和荷叶的多层次香味,饮用略有酸甜味,口感较好;
2、本发明能起到生津止渴、清热解毒、化痰止咳的作用,可以帮助饮用者缓解口渴、口苦等症状;

具体实施方式
实施例1
按重量称取下列原料:山楂250g、罗汉果140g、甘蔗120g、荷叶70g、麦冬80g、罗布麻花30g。
一种含山楂的饮料的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取新鲜的山楂和甘蔗,加入3kg重量的水浸泡30~40min,用榨汁机榨汁,过滤,得滤液A和滤渣A;
(2)取滤渣A,加入5kg重量的水,加热至沸腾后,保持沸腾状态5min,冷却后过滤,得滤液B和滤渣B;
(3)选取优质的罗汉果、荷叶、麦冬和罗布麻花,加入10kg重量的水,加热至沸腾,保持沸腾状态30~50min,冷却后过滤,得滤液C和滤渣C;
(4)取滤渣C,加入8kg份重量的水,加热至沸腾,保持沸腾状态30~50min,冷却后过滤,得滤液D和滤渣D;
(5)合并滤液A、滤液B、滤液C和滤液D,得含山楂的饮料。
