Abstract
一种层叠体,在热塑性树脂或热塑性弹性体组合物的膜和橡胶组合物之间设有配合了环氧改性弹性体的粘接剂组合物的层,进一步提高膜与橡胶组合物的层之间的粘接力。其特征在于,粘接剂组合物含有增粘剂、硫化促进剂、弹性体及pKa为1.5~4.0的未取代或取代芳香族羧酸,弹性体中的50~100质量%为环氧改性弹性体,相对于100质量份弹性体,芳香族羧酸的量为0.5~5质量份。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
本发明的课题在于,在热塑性树脂或热塑性弹性体组合物的膜与橡胶组合物的层之间设有配合了环氧改性弹性体的粘接剂组合物的层的层叠体中,进一步提高膜与橡胶组合物的层之间的粘接力。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明者发现,通过在配合了环氧改性弹性体的粘接剂组合物中添加水杨酸等芳香族羧酸,可以进一步提高膜与橡胶组合物的层之间的粘接力,从而完成本发明。
即,本发明涉及一种层叠体,其特征在于,包含:热塑性树脂或热塑性弹性体组合物的膜、含有二烯系橡胶及硫的未硫化橡胶组合物的层、以及设置在所述膜与所述未硫化橡胶组合物的层之间的粘接剂组合物的层,粘接剂组合物含有增粘剂、硫化促进剂、弹性体及pKa为1.5~4.0的未取代或取代芳香族羧酸,弹性体中的50~100质量%为环氧改性弹性体,相对于100质量份弹性体,芳香族羧酸的量为0.5~5质量份。
本发明还涉及由所述层叠体制成的充气轮胎用内衬材。
本发明还涉及使用所述层叠体作为内衬材的充气轮胎。

发明效果
根据本发明,在热塑性树脂或热塑性弹性体组合物的膜与橡胶组合物的层之间设有配合了环氧改性弹性体的粘接剂组合物的层的层叠体中,通过在粘接剂组合物中添加芳香族羧酸,可以进一步提高膜与橡胶组合物的层之间的粘接力。
具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种层叠体,其含有:热塑性树脂或热塑性弹性体组合物的膜、含有二烯系橡胶及硫的未硫化橡胶组合物的层、以及设置在上述膜与上述未硫化橡胶组合物的层之间的粘接剂组合物的层。
作为构成膜的热塑性树脂,可举出聚酰胺系树脂、聚酯系树脂、聚腈系树脂、聚甲基丙烯酸酯系树脂、聚乙烯基系树脂、纤维素系树脂、氟系树脂、酰亚胺系树脂、聚苯乙烯系树脂、聚烯烃系树脂等。作为聚酰胺系树脂,可举出尼龙6(N6)、尼龙66(N66)、尼龙46(N46)、尼龙11(N11)、尼龙12(N12)、尼龙610(N610)、尼龙612(N612)、尼龙6/66(N6/66)、尼龙6/66/12(N6/66/12)、尼龙6/66/610(N6/66/610)、尼龙MXD6(MXD6)、尼龙6T、尼龙6/6T、尼龙9T、尼龙66/PP共聚物、尼龙66/PPS共聚物等。作为聚酯系树脂,可举出聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚间苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEI)、PET/PEI共聚物、聚芳酯(PAR)、聚萘二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBN)、液晶聚酯、聚氧化烯二酰亚胺酸/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯共聚物等芳香族聚酯等。作为聚腈系树脂,可举出聚丙烯腈(PAN)、聚甲基丙烯腈、丙烯腈/苯乙烯共聚物(AS)、甲基丙烯腈/苯乙烯共聚物、甲基丙烯腈/苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物等。作为聚甲基丙烯酸酯系树脂,可举出聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚甲基丙烯酸乙酯等。作为聚乙烯基系树脂,可举出聚乙酸乙烯酯(PVAc)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)、聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、氯乙烯/偏二氯乙烯共聚物、偏二氯乙烯/丙烯酸甲酯共聚物等。作为纤维素系树脂,可举出乙酸纤维素、乙酸丁酸纤维素等。作为氟系树脂,可举出聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)、聚氟乙烯(PVF)、聚氯氟乙烯(PCTFE)、四氟乙烯/乙烯共聚物(ETFE)等。作为酰亚胺系树脂,可举出芳香族聚酰亚胺(PI)等。作为聚苯乙烯系树脂,可举出聚苯乙烯(PS)等。作为聚烯烃系树脂,可举出聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)等。其中,在兼顾耐疲劳性和空气阻隔性这方面,优选聚乙烯醇、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙11、尼龙12、尼龙610、尼龙612、尼龙6/66、尼龙MXD6、尼龙6T。
为了改善加工性、分散性、耐热性、抗氧化性等,在不妨碍本发明的效果的范围内,热塑性树脂中也可以配合充填剂、补强剂、加工助剂、稳定剂、抗氧化剂等在树脂组合物中通常配合的配合剂。从空气阻隔性及耐热性的观点出发,优选不配合增塑剂,但只要在不妨碍本发明的效果的范围,则也可以配合。
构成膜的热塑性弹性体组合物是在热塑性树脂成分中分散有弹性体成分的组合物,热塑性树脂成分构成基体相,弹性体成分构成分散相。
作为构成热塑性弹性体组合物的热塑性树脂成分,可以使用与上述的热塑性树脂相同的成分。
作为构成热塑性弹性体组合物的弹性体成分,可以举出二烯系橡胶及其氢化物、烯烃系橡胶、含卤素橡胶、硅橡胶、含硫橡胶、氟橡胶等。作为二烯系橡胶及其氢化物,可以举出天然橡胶(NR)、异戊二烯橡胶(IR)、环氧化天然橡胶、苯乙烯丁二烯橡胶(SBR)、丁二烯橡胶(BR)(高顺式BR及低顺式BR)、丙烯腈丁二烯橡胶(NBR)、氢化NBR、氢化SBR等。作为烯烃系橡胶,可以举出乙烯丙烯橡胶(EPM)、乙烯丙烯二烯橡胶(EPDM)、马来酸改性乙烯丙烯橡胶(M-EPM)、马来酸酐改性乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物、马来酸酐改性乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物(改性EEA)、丁基橡胶(IIR)、异丁烯和芳香族乙烯基或二烯系单体共聚物、丙烯酸系橡胶(ACM)、离聚物等。作为含卤素橡胶,可以举出溴化丁基橡胶(Br-IIR)、氯化丁基橡胶(Cl-IIR)等卤化丁基橡胶、溴化异丁烯-对甲基苯乙烯共聚物(BIMS)、卤化异丁烯-异戊二烯共聚橡胶、氯丁二烯橡胶(CR)、环氧氯丙烷橡胶(CHR)、氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)、氯化聚乙烯(CM)、马来酸改性氯化聚乙烯(M-CM)等。作为硅橡胶,可以举出甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、二甲基硅橡胶、甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶等。作为含硫橡胶,可以举出聚硫醚橡胶等。作为氟橡胶,可以举出偏二氟乙烯系橡胶、含氟乙烯基醚系橡胶、四氟乙烯-丙烯系橡胶、含氟有机硅系橡胶、含氟磷腈系橡胶等。其中,从空气阻隔性的观点出发,优选溴化异丁烯-对甲基苯乙烯共聚物、马来酸酐改性乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物、马来酸酐改性乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物。
在不损害本发明的效果的范围内,也可以在弹性体成分中配合炭黑、二氧化硅等其它的补强剂(填料)、软化剂、抗老化剂、加工助剂等在橡胶组合物中一般配合的配合剂。
构成热塑性弹性体组合物的弹性体成分和热塑性树脂成分的组合没有限定,但可以举出卤化丁基橡胶和聚酰胺系树脂、溴化异丁烯-对甲基苯乙烯共聚橡胶和聚酰胺系树脂、丁二烯橡胶和聚苯乙烯系树脂、异戊二烯橡胶和聚苯乙烯系树脂、氢化丁二烯橡胶和聚苯乙烯系树脂、乙烯丙烯橡胶和聚烯烃系树脂、乙烯丙烯二烯橡胶和聚烯烃系树脂、非晶丁二烯橡胶和间同立构聚(1,2-聚丁二烯)、非晶异戊二烯橡胶和反式聚(1,4-异戊二烯)、氟橡胶和氟树脂等,但优选空气阻隔性优异的丁基橡胶和聚酰胺系树脂的组合,其中,作为改性丁基橡胶的溴化异丁烯-对甲基苯乙烯共聚橡胶和尼龙6/66或尼龙6或尼龙6/66和尼龙6的共混树脂的组合在兼顾耐疲劳性和空气阻隔性这方面特别优选。
热塑性弹性体组合物可通过以下方式制造,将热塑性树脂成分和弹性体成分用例如双螺杆混炼挤出机等熔融混炼,使弹性体成分作为分散相分散在形成基体相的热塑性树脂成分中。热塑性树脂成分和弹性体成分的质量比率没有限定,但优选为10/90~90/10,更优选为15/85~90/10。
热塑性树脂或热塑性弹性体组合物在不损害本发明的效果的范围内可以含有各种添加剂。
热塑性树脂或热塑性弹性体组合物的膜的厚度没有特别限定,但优选为0.02~1mm,更优选为0.04~0.5mm,进一步优选为0.05~0.3mm。如果厚度过薄,则空气阻隔性可能不充分,相反,如果过厚,则丧失可以通过高的空气阻隔性降低轮胎重量的优点。
构成未硫化橡胶组合物的层的未硫化橡胶组合物含有二烯系橡胶及硫。未硫化橡胶橡胶组合物还可以含有硫化剂、硫化促进助剂、硫化促进剂、炭黑、二氧化硅等补强剂(填料)、软化剂、抗老化剂、加工助剂等在橡胶组合物中一般配合的配合剂。
作为二烯系橡胶,可以举出天然橡胶(NR)、异戊二烯橡胶(IR)、丁二烯橡胶(BR)、苯乙烯丁二烯橡胶(SBR)、丙烯腈丁二烯橡胶(NBR)等。其中,优选为天然橡胶、丁二烯橡胶、苯乙烯丁二烯橡胶。
未硫化橡胶组合物在不损及本发明的效果的范围内可以含有二烯系橡胶以外的橡胶。在未硫化橡胶组合物含有二烯系橡胶以外的橡胶的情况下,优选未硫化橡胶组合物中橡胶的总量的至少50质量%为二烯系橡胶。如果二烯系橡胶的比率过少,则不易与粘接剂共交联,因此可能粘接性降低。
作为二烯系橡胶以外的橡胶,没有特别限定,例如可举出二烯系橡胶及其氢化物、烯烃系橡胶、含卤素橡胶、硅橡胶、含硫橡胶、氟橡胶等。作为二烯系橡胶及其氢化物,可举出天然橡胶(NR)、异戊二烯橡胶(IR)、苯乙烯丁二烯橡胶(SBR)、丙烯腈丁二烯橡胶(NBR)、氢化NBR、氢化SBR等。作为烯烃系橡胶,可举出乙烯丙烯橡胶(EPM)、乙烯丙烯二烯橡胶(EPDM)、马来酸改性乙烯丙烯橡胶(M-EPM)、马来酸酐改性乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物、马来酸酐改性乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物(改性EEA)、丁基橡胶(IIR)、异丁烯和芳香族乙烯基或二烯系单体共聚物、丙烯酸系橡胶(ACM)、离聚物等。作为含卤素橡胶,可以举出溴化丁基橡胶(Br-IIR)、氯化丁基橡胶(Cl-IIR)等卤化丁基橡胶、溴化异丁烯-对甲基苯乙烯共聚物(BIMS)、卤化异丁烯-异戊二烯共聚橡胶、氯丁二烯橡胶(CR)、环氧氯丙烷橡胶(CHR)、氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)、氯化聚乙烯(CM)、马来酸改性氯化聚乙烯(M-CM)等。作为硅橡胶,可举出甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、二甲基硅橡胶、甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶等。作为含硫橡胶,可举出聚硫醚橡胶等。作为氟橡胶,可举出偏二氟乙烯系橡胶、含氟乙烯基醚系橡胶、四氟乙烯-丙烯系橡胶、含氟有机硅系橡胶、含氟磷腈系橡胶等。
未硫化橡胶组合物中所含的硫没有特别限定,通常可以使用在橡胶组合物中作为硫化剂配合的硫。作为硫,可举出粉末硫、硫华、沉淀硫、胶体硫、高分散性硫、不溶性硫。
未硫化橡胶组合物中的硫的配合量,以未硫化橡胶组合物中的橡胶的总量100质量份为基准,优选为0.5~10质量份,更优选为1~8质量份,进一步优选为2~6质量份。如果硫的配合量过少,则不能进行必要的硫化,结果是粘接力可能降低,相反,如果过多,则可能产生向相邻的其它材料的迁移。
未硫化橡胶组合物的层的厚度没有特别限定,但优选为0.2~5.0mm,更优选为0.4~2.0mm,进一步优选为0.5~1.0mm。如果厚度过薄,则可能不能得到作为压延材料使用所需的加工性,相反,如果过厚,则可能导致轮胎重量的增大。
构成粘接剂组合物的层的粘接剂组合物含有增粘剂、硫化促进剂、弹性体及芳香族羧酸。
作为增粘剂,有天然树脂系增粘剂、合成树脂系增粘剂及低聚物系增粘剂,可以使用任一种。作为天然树脂系增粘剂,可举出古马隆-茚树脂(Coumarone-indene resin)、萜烯树脂、萜烯-酚系树脂、松香、松香酯、氢添加松香衍生物等,作为合成树脂系增粘剂,可举出烷基酚-乙炔系树脂、烷基酚-甲醛系树脂、C5系石油树脂、C9系石油树脂、脂环族系石油树脂、共重合系石油树脂、二甲苯-甲醛系树脂等,作为低聚物系增粘剂,可举出聚丁烯、液状聚异戊二烯等液状橡胶。其中,优选的增粘剂为萜烯树脂、萜烯-酚树脂、松香、C5系石油树脂等。
粘接剂组合物中的增粘剂的配合量,以粘接剂组合物中的弹性体的总量100质量份为基准,优选为10~100质量份,更优选为20~80质量份,进一步优选为30~70质量份。如果增粘剂的配合量过少,则不能对膜赋予充分的粘着性,在制造中膜可能会从未硫化轮胎脱落,相反,如果过多,则可能使粘接性降低。
作为粘接剂组合物中所含的硫化促进剂,可举出醛-氨系、醛-胺系、硫脲系、胍系、噻唑系、亚磺酰胺系、秋兰姆系、二硫代氨基甲酸盐系、黄原酸盐系,优选为秋兰姆系。
秋兰姆系硫化促进剂为具有秋兰姆结构的化合物,例如可举出四(2-乙基己基)秋兰姆二硫化物、四甲基秋兰姆二硫化物、四甲基秋兰姆一硫化物,四乙基秋兰姆二硫化物,四丁基秋兰姆二硫化物,二(五亚甲基)秋兰姆六硫化物等,其中,优选为四(2-乙基己基)秋兰姆二硫化物,四丁基秋兰姆二硫化物,四乙基秋兰姆二硫化物。
粘接剂组合物中的硫化促进剂的配合量,以粘接剂组合物中的弹性体的总量100质量份为基准,优选为0.5~10质量份,更优选为1~8质量份,进一步优选为3~7质量份。如果硫化促进剂的含有量过少,则不能充分得到粘接剂的硫化强度,因此,可能因材料破坏而产生剥离,相反,如果过多,则在用于共挤出成型等时,在加工中可能引起硫化反应。
粘接剂组合物含有弹性体,但该弹性体中50~100质量%为环氧改性弹性体。如果环氧改性弹性体的比率过少,则可能不能得到充分的粘接性。
环氧改性弹性体是指具有环氧基的弹性体。环氧改性弹性体可以通过使环氧化合物与弹性体共聚、或通过环氧化剂使具有不饱和键的弹性体的不饱和键的一部分或全部环氧化而得到。环氧改性弹性体优选为将具有双键的苯乙烯系共聚物环氧化而得到的环氧改性弹性体,更优选为环氧改性苯乙烯-丁二烯系嵌段共聚物,进一步优选为环氧改性苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物。
不饱和键的环氧化可以使用过氧酸类或过氧化氢类进行。作为过氧酸类,可举出过氧甲酸、过氧乙酸、过氧苯甲酸、三氟过氧乙酸等。另外,作为氢过氧化物类,可举出过氧化氢、叔丁基过氧化氢、过氧化氢异丙苯等。根据需要也可以使用硫酸、对甲苯磺酸之类的催化剂、或磺化聚苯乙烯之类的阳离子交换树脂。环氧化优选在0℃~150℃、更优选25℃~80℃的温度下实施。实施环氧化所需的时间优选为0.25小时~10小时,更优选为0.5小时~3小时。
环氧化反应优选在使弹性体可以以其原状态及环氧化后的状态这两种状态实质上溶解的溶剂中实施。适当的溶剂中含有苯、甲苯、二甲苯及氯苯之类的芳香族溶剂以及环己烷、环戊烷之类的环式脂肪族溶剂以及它们的混合物。环氧化后,环氧改性弹性体有时含有氧化剂或酸性催化剂,优选将其从酸性环境中除去或分离。该分离可以通过过滤或通过添加稀释水性碱将酸中和,并接着使聚合物凝集而实现。环氧化天然橡胶可以通过使用甲醇、乙醇或丙醇之类的醇来凝集。在分离步骤后,典型而言添加抗老化剂,最终生成物可以使用真空蒸馏之类的技术干燥。或者,可以使用从烃溶剂等除去聚合物的其它公知的方法、例如汽提或转鼓干燥。
环氧改性弹性体,环氧烷氧浓度优选为1.0~3.0质量%,更优选为1.2~2.8质量%。如果环氧烷氧浓度过低,则与膜的粘接性可能变差,相反,如果过高,则与橡胶组合物的层的粘接性可能变差。
环氧改性苯乙烯-丁二烯系嵌段共聚物例如可以由株式会社ダイセル以“エポフレンドAT501”、“エポフレンドCT310”的商品名购入。

粘接剂组合物含有pKa为1.5~4.0的未取代或取代芳香族羧酸。
在此,芳香族羧酸是指芳香族化合物的芳香环的氢的至少一个被羧基取代的化合物。未取代或取代芳香族羧酸是指未取代芳香族羧酸或取代芳香族羧酸。未取代芳香族羧酸是指不具有取代基的芳香族羧酸。取代芳香族羧酸是指芳香族羧酸的芳香环的氢的至少一个被羧基以外的取代基取代的化合物。作为羧基以外的取代基,可以举出碳原子数1~6的烷基、羟基、氨基、卤素等。
pKa是指酸电离指数。酸电离指数是指对酸电离常数Ka的常用对数标注了负号的指数。即,pKa由下式表示。
pKa=-log10Ka
pKa的值越小,表示为越强的酸。
芳香族羧酸的pKa为1.5~4.0。如果pKa过小,则可能导致相邻的未硫化橡胶的硫化延迟,相反,如果过大,则用于赋予充分的粘接性的配合量变得过大,结果是粘接剂的粘接成分的浓度降低,因此,可能不能得到所希望的粘接性。
作为pKa为1.5~4.0的芳香族羧酸的具体例,可举出苯甲酸(pKa=4.0)、2,4-二羟基苯甲酸(pKa=3.2)、水杨酸(邻羟基苯甲酸)(pKa=2.7)、邻氨基苯甲酸(pKa=2.0)、4-氨基水杨酸(pKa=1.5)等,可以使用它们中的一种,也可以组合2种以上使用。
相对于粘接剂组合物中的弹性体100质量份,粘接剂组合物中的芳香族羧酸的量为0.5~5质量份,优选为0.5~2质量份。
如果芳香族羧酸的配合量过少,则不能得到粘接性的改善效果,相反,如果过多,则向相邻的未硫化橡胶迁移,由此可能产生硫化延迟。
粘接剂组合物的层的厚度没有特别限定,但优选为0.01~0.3mm,更优选为0.02~0.2mm,进一步优选为0.02~0.1mm。如果厚度过薄,则可能因涂布不均或成型偏差而导致粘接性降低,相反,如果过厚,则不能进行充分的硫化,粘接性可能降低。
本发明的层叠体可通过在热塑性树脂或热塑性弹性体组合物的膜上层叠粘接剂组合物及橡胶组合物而制造。虽然没有限定,但更具体而言,可以如下方式制造。首先,将热塑性树脂或热塑性弹性体组合物用吹胀成型装置、T型模头挤出机等成型装置成型为膜状,制作成热塑性树脂或热塑性弹性体组合物的膜。然后,在该膜上涂布粘接剂组合物。进而,在涂布有粘接剂组合物的面上,将橡胶组合物用T型模头挤出机等在上述粘接剂组合物的层上挤出的同时进行层叠,从而制造层叠体。
本发明的层叠体可以作为充气轮胎用内衬材使用。
本发明的充气轮胎为将上述层叠体作为内衬材使用的充气轮胎。
本发明的充气轮胎可以通过常规方法制造。例如,在轮胎成型用转鼓上,以热塑性树脂或热塑性弹性体组合物的膜侧朝向轮胎成型用转鼓的方式放置作为内衬材的本发明的层叠体,在其上依次重叠粘贴含有未硫化橡胶的帘布层、带束层、胎面层等通常的轮胎制造中使用的部件,在成型后将转鼓抽出,制成未硫化轮胎,接着,通过对该未硫化轮胎按照常规方法进行加热硫化,可以制造充气轮胎。
根据本发明,在热塑性树脂或热塑性弹性体组合物的膜与橡胶组合物的层之间设有配合了环氧改性弹性体的粘接剂组合物的层的层叠体中,通过在粘接剂组合物中添加芳香族羧酸,可以进一步提高膜与橡胶组合物的层之间的粘接力。特别是在热塑性树脂或热塑性弹性体组合物的膜不含增塑剂的情况下,仅通过环氧改性弹性体不能得到充分的粘接力,但通过添加芳香族羧酸,可以得到更强的粘接力。
实施例
(1)热塑性树脂膜及热塑性弹性体组合物膜的制作
将尼龙6/66(宇部兴产株式会社制“UBEナイロン”(注册商标)5033B)用吹胀成型装置成型,制作厚度0.2mm的膜,得到热塑性树脂膜。
将溴化异丁烯-对甲基苯乙烯共聚物(エクソンモービルケミカル社制“Exxpro”(注册商标)3035)100质量份、氧化锌(正同化学工业株式会社制氧化锌3号)0.5质量份、硬脂酸(千叶脂肪酸株式会社制工业用硬脂酸)0.2质量份、硬脂酸锌(日油株式会社制)1质量份、尼龙6/66(宇部兴产株式会社制尼龙6/66“UBEナイロン”(注册商标)5033B)100质量份、及马来酸酐改性乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物(アルケア社制“リルサンBESNOTL”)10质量份进行配合,制备热塑性弹性体组合物,将该热塑性弹性体组合物用吹胀成型装置成型,制作厚度0.2mm的膜,得到热塑性弹性体组合物膜。
(2)橡胶组合物的制备
将苯乙烯丁二烯橡胶(日本ゼオン株式会社制“Nipol”(注册商标)1502)50质量份、天然橡胶(“SIR-20”)50质量份、炭黑(东海カーボン株式会社制“シーストV”)60质量份、硬脂酸(千叶脂肪酸株式会社制工业用硬脂酸)1质量份、氧化锌(正同化学工业株式会社制氧化锌3号)3质量份、硫(株式会社轻井泽精练所制5%充油处理硫)3质量份、硫化促进剂(大内新兴化学工业株式会社制二(2-苯并噻唑基)二硫化物“ノクセラーDM”)1质量份用班伯里混炼机配合,制备橡胶组合物。
(3)粘接剂组合物的制备
将下述原料以表1及表2所示的配合比率(质量份)用班伯里混炼机配合,制备实施例1~7及比较例1~8的粘接剂组合物。

ESBS:ダイセル化学株式会社制环氧改性苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物“エポフレンドAT501”
增粘剂:ヤスハラケミカル株式会社制“Y SレジンD-105”
氧化锌:正同化学株式会社制
硫化促进剂:大内新兴化学工业株式会社制秋兰姆系硫化促进剂四(2-乙基己基)秋兰姆二硫化物“ノクセラーTOT-N”
(4)层叠体的制作
,将上述(3)制备的粘接剂组合物溶解于甲苯后以0.05mm的厚度分别涂布在上述(1)制作的两种膜之上,并在其上以0.7mm的厚度挤出并层叠上述(2)制备的橡胶组合物,从而制作层叠体。
(5)评价
对作制的层叠体评价剥离强度。另外,对粘接剂组合物评价焦烧性(ヤケ性)。表1及表2表示评价结果。此外,各评价项目的评价方法如下。
[剥离强度]
将层叠体的试样在硫化后裁成宽度25mm,根据JIS-K6256测定该矩形试验片的剥离强度。将测定出的剥离强度(N/25mm)以如下基准指数化。指数0以外均为良好的范围。
[焦烧性]
基于JlS K6300在100℃下测定混炼放出后的粘接剂组合物的粘度,并以未配合未取代或取代芳香族羧酸的配合为基准,将配合时的粘度值低于2倍的情况设为良好,将2倍以上情况设为不良。

产业上的可利用性
本发明的层叠体可以适用于充气轮胎的制造。本发明的充气轮胎可以作为汽车用轮胎适宜利用。
Claims (12)
1.一种层叠体,其特征在于,包含:热塑性树脂或热塑性弹性体组合物的膜、含有二烯系橡胶及硫的未硫化橡胶组合物的层、以及设置在所述膜与所述未硫化橡胶组合物的层之间的粘接剂组合物的层,
所述热塑性弹性体组合物是在热塑性树脂成分中分散有弹性体成分的组合物,热塑性树脂成分构成基体相,弹性体成分构成分散相,
粘接剂组合物含有增粘剂、硫化促进剂、弹性体及pKa为1.5~4.0的未取代或取代芳香族羧酸,弹性体中的50~100质量%为环氧改性弹性体,相对于弹性体100质量份,芳香族羧酸的量为0.5~5质量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层叠体,其特征在于,芳香族羧酸为选自水杨酸、4-氨基水杨酸、苯甲酸、邻氨基苯甲酸及2,4-二羟基苯甲酸中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的层叠体,其特征在于,环氧改性弹性体是将具有双键的苯乙烯系共聚物环氧化了的弹性体。
4.根据权利要求2所述的层叠体,其特征在于,环氧改性弹性体是将具有双键的苯乙烯系共聚物环氧化了的弹性体。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的层叠体,其特征在于,硫化促进剂为秋兰姆系硫化促进剂,相对于粘接剂组合物中的弹性体100质量份,粘接剂组合物中硫化促进剂的配合量为0.5~10质量份。
6.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的层叠体,其特征在于,热塑性树脂为选自聚乙烯醇、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙11、尼龙12、尼龙610、尼龙612、尼龙6/66、尼龙MXD6、及尼龙6T中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的层叠体,其特征在于,热塑性树脂为选自聚乙烯醇、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙11、尼龙12、尼龙610、尼龙612、尼龙6/66、尼龙MXD6、及尼龙6T中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1~4、7中任一项所述的层叠体,其特征在于,
热塑性树脂成分为选自聚乙烯醇、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙11、尼龙12、尼龙610、尼龙612、尼龙6/66、尼龙MXD6及尼龙6T中的至少一种,弹性体成分为选自溴化异丁烯-对甲基苯乙烯共聚物、马来酸酐改性乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物及马来酸酐改性乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求5所述的层叠体,其特征在于,
热塑性树脂成分为选自聚乙烯醇、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙11、尼龙12、尼龙610、尼龙612、尼龙6/66、尼龙MXD6及尼龙6T中的至少一种,弹性体成分为选自溴化异丁烯-对甲基苯乙烯共聚物、马来酸酐改性乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物及马来酸酐改性乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求6所述的层叠体,其特征在于,
热塑性树脂成分为选自聚乙烯醇、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙11、尼龙12、尼龙610、尼龙612、尼龙6/66、尼龙MXD6及尼龙6T中的至少一种,弹性体成分为选自溴化异丁烯-对甲基苯乙烯共聚物、马来酸酐改性乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物及马来酸酐改性乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物中的至少一种。
11.一种充气轮胎用内衬材,由权利要求1~10中任一项所述的层叠体制成。
12.一种充气轮胎,使用了权利要求1~10中任一项所述的层叠体作为内衬材。
