Abstract
本发明公开了一种火麻仁甜玉米复合保健饮料,主要组成为火麻仁、新鲜甜玉米、罗汉果与水。其配比为火麻仁4%~6%,新鲜甜玉米25%~35%,罗汉果1%~3%,水余量。原料先经过清洗除杂、烘烤、蒸煮、浸泡、磨桨、过滤等工艺分别制备嘏甜玉米桨、火麻仁桨和罗汉果提取液,然后把制备好的甜玉米桨、火麻仁桨和罗汉果提取液混合后,经均质、罐装、排气、灭菌处理后得到成品。它具有提高免疫功能、滑肠通便、降血压、降血脂、抗衰老、抗溃疡、清热润肺、软化血管和防治冠心病等功效。是一种高甜度低热量的复合保健饮料,适合不同消费者的需求,有利于推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合保健饮料,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种以火麻仁,新鲜甜玉米和罗汉果为主要原料的食品饮料。
背景技术
《本草纲目》中对火麻仁的医用价值早有记载,称其能“补中益气,久服肥健不老”,“去风痹皮顽,令人心欢,利大肠、风热结燥”,“破积血,复血脉,去乳妇产生余疾,取汁煮粥食,止呃逆”等。火麻仁大约有25%~35%油脂、20%~25%蛋白质、20%~30%膳食纤维,还含有丰富的维生素和矿物质。现代研究表明,火麻仁有较好的降血压、利尿、镇痛、抗炎、抗血栓形成的作用,长期食用,对慢性神经炎、瘫痪、便秘、降血压、降血脂、抗衰老、抗溃疡以及妇科疾病等具有很好的辅助疗效。
罗汉果是我国传统药食同源的植物。其性凉味甘,具有提高免疫功能、清热润肺、滑肠通便的功效,对于治疗痰火咳嗽、血燥便秘、急性扁桃体炎等都有很好的疗效。罗汉果中含有多种活性成分,甜甙作为罗汉果中重要的功能性成分,其甜度为蔗糖的300倍,但其体内代谢不需要胰岛素的参与,有助于维持糖尿病人餐后血糖指数,且试验表明,罗汉果果实提取物和罗汉果苷对II型糖尿病有防治作用。
甜玉米除蛋白质和总糖含量高外,还含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸、水溶性膳食纤维、维生素和矿物质。具有降低血液中胆固醇、软化血管和防治冠心病等有一定的作用。
目前市场上的饮料种类繁多,但以火麻仁、新鲜甜玉米和罗汉果为主要原料的复合保健饮料未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了丰富饮料消费市场,提供一种以火麻仁、甜玉米的罗汉果为主要原料的营养、绿色的复合保健饮料。该复合保健饮料所用原料易得且价格便宜,生产工艺简单,易于实施。
本发明的目的通过以下技术措施予以实现。
本发明的复合保健饮料成分组成为:
火麻仁4%~6%,新鲜甜玉米25%~35%,罗汉果1%~3%,水余量。
本发明的复合保健饮料的生产方法是:
①火麻仁桨的制备:精选火麻仁清洗除杂,于烘箱中70℃~90℃烘烤10min~30min至有浓郁火麻香味,然后用水浸泡1h~2h,沥干,按火麻仁∶水=1∶6~1∶15(kg∶kg)加入纯净水,磨浆,用8层纱布过滤,得火麻仁浆液备用。
②新鲜甜玉米桨的制备:精选新鲜甜玉米粒蒸熟,冷却后按甜玉米∶水=1∶1~1∶3(kg∶kg)加入纯净水,打浆过16目筛得到甜玉米桨备用。
③罗汉果提取液的制备:精选罗汉果清洗除杂,破碎,按罗汉果∶水=1∶5~1∶15(kg∶kg)加入纯净水于70℃~100℃浸提20min~40min,粗过滤;残渣再按上述方法用纯净水浸提一次,粗过滤,合并二次提取液,用100目筛过滤得到罗汉果提取液。
④把上述制备的火麻仁桨,新鲜甜玉米桨与罗汉果提取液按一定比例混合后,混合桨液保持温度65~70℃,在压力18Mpa~20Mpa的均质机中均质均质。
⑤罐装排气后于是121℃高温杀菌20min,然后迅速冷却至40℃以下。
⑥成品室温保藏,出厂。
与现有技术相比,相发明的有益效果是:
本发明为一种复合保健饮料,具有提高免疫功能、滑肠通便、降血压、降血脂、抗衰老、抗溃疡、清热润肺、软化血管和防治冠心病等功效。本发明原料来源广泛易得,价格便宜,生产成本低廉,工艺流程简单,易于实施。而且采用粉碎、浸泡、磨浆等工艺,更有利于原料中各功效成分的提取;本发明不添加任何防腐剂,用绿色原料生产的一种高甜度低热量的复合保健饮料,适合不同消费者的需求,有利于推广。

Claims (2)
1.一种火麻仁甜玉米复合保健饮料,由火麻仁,新鲜甜玉米,罗汉果与水组成,其配比为火麻仁4%~6%,新鲜甜玉米25%~35%,罗汉果1%~3%,水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种火麻仁甜玉米复合保健饮料,其加工方法按下述操作步骤进行:
①火麻仁桨的制备:精选火麻仁清洗除杂,于烘箱中烘烤至有浓郁火麻香味,然后用水浸泡,沥干,加入纯净水,磨浆,用8层纱布过滤,得火麻仁浆液备用。
②新鲜甜玉米桨的制备:新鲜甜玉米粒蒸熟,冷却后加入纯净水,打浆过16目筛得到甜玉米桨备用。
③罗汉果提取液的制备:精选的罗汉果除杂,破碎,加入纯净水浸提,粗过滤;残渣再用纯净水浸提一次,粗过滤,合并二次提取液,用100目筛过滤得到罗汉果提取液。
④把上述制备的火麻仁桨,新鲜甜玉米桨与罗汉果提取液按一定比例混合后,混合桨液保持温度65~70℃,在压力18Mpa~20Mpa的均质机中均质。
⑤罐装排气后于121℃高温杀菌20min,然后迅速冷却至40℃以下。
⑥成品室温保藏,出厂。
