本发明公开了一种醒脑明目保健饮料及其制作方法,其组成原料的重量份为:甜叶菊45-55、杨桃汁10-15、胡桃肉粉末10-15、五味子花粉4-6、山楂粉2-4、东紫苏1-2、猪肝8-10、黄瓜籽粉5-8、五味子3-5、花旗参2-4、中药超微粉2-4、桑椹酒6-8、结晶糖1-3和水适量;本发明的保健饮料具备多种营养和保健功效,保持了原来甜叶菊的色、香、味;清香味醇、口感甘甜;而且本发明在配方中添加了多味营养成分及保健草药,具有壮阳强肾、滋补健神、醒脑明目的功效,适合于男女老少饮用。

本发明涉及一种醒脑明目保健饮料及其制作方法,属于茶饮料技术领域。
背景技术
茶饮料能使他们的饮水量增加,保证了身体对水分的需要,而且在茶中适当的加入适当的加入一些中药,还可以对身体起到养生的作用,目前市面上销售的功能性饮品中,虽有一些类似调理体质的保健饮料,多一种功能性饮料,不适宜健康人群日常饮用,只能适应体质较弱的人群,且存在稳定性差,固形物容易沉降,口感差,难以长期饮用的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种醒脑明目保健饮料及其制作方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
醒脑明目保健饮料,其组成原料的重量份为:甜叶菊45-55、杨桃汁10-15、胡桃肉粉末10-15、五味子花粉4-6、山楂粉2-4、东紫苏1-2、猪肝8-10、黄瓜籽粉5-8、五味子3-5、花旗参2-4、中药超微粉2-4、桑椹酒6-8、结晶糖1-3和水适量。
所述的中药超微粉的配方为余甘子3-4、葛根6-8、菊花10-12、菊苣6-7、沙棘2-3、芡实1-3、白果3-4、马齿苋5-7、酸枣仁7-8、枳椇子2-3、苦丁茶10-15、金荞麦8-10、金樱子1-3;制备方法为按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,净制后切断,然后再经真空干燥、粉碎、真空脆化和行超微粉碎,即得。
醒脑明目保健饮料,其组成原料的重量份为:甜叶菊50、杨桃汁12、胡桃肉粉末12、五味子花粉5、山楂粉3、东紫苏1.5、猪肝9、黄瓜籽粉6、五味子4、花旗参3、中药超微粉3、桑椹酒7、结晶糖2和水适量。
醒脑明目保健饮料的制作方法,包括以下内容:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,首先将东紫苏、五味子、花旗参洗净晒干处理后用其3-5倍的净水浸泡、加热,在90-110℃下煎煮3次,每次2-3h,然后过滤、滤除药渣,合并3次滤液后将其浓缩,并用食用乙醇进行5-8h的沉淀,过滤上清液,回收乙醇,得浸膏;
(2)取胡桃肉粉末、五味子花粉、山楂粉、猪肝和适量的水放入锅中煎煮50-60分钟,煮熟后捣碎,然后向其中加入桑椹酒、结晶糖和适量的水,密封发酵15-20天,取发酵物;
(3)取甜叶菊入锅中,加入10-12倍量的水,煎煮50-60分钟后,向其中步骤(1)浸膏和步骤(2)发酵物,继续煎煮30-40分钟,过滤取滤液,然后向其中加入其他剩余组成原料,混合均匀,巴氏灭菌,灌装,即得。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的保健饮料具备多种营养和保健功效,保持了原来甜叶菊的色、香、味;清香味醇、口感甘甜;而且本发明在配方中添加了多味营养成分及保健草药,具有壮阳强肾、滋补健神、醒脑明目的功效,适合于男女老少饮用。

实施例1:醒脑明目保健饮料,其组成原料的重量份(g)为:甜叶菊50、杨桃汁12、胡桃肉粉末12、五味子花粉5、山楂粉3、东紫苏1.5、猪肝9、黄瓜籽粉6、五味子4、花旗参3、中药超微粉3、桑椹酒7、结晶糖2和水适量。
醒脑明目保健饮料的制作方法,包括以下内容:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,首先将东紫苏、五味子、花旗参洗净晒干处理后用其3-5倍的净水浸泡、加热,在100℃下煎煮3次,每次2-3h,然后过滤、滤除药渣,合并3次滤液后将其浓缩,并用食用乙醇进行6h的沉淀,过滤上清液,回收乙醇,得浸膏;
(2)取胡桃肉粉末、五味子花粉、山楂粉、猪肝和适量的水放入锅中煎煮50-60分钟,煮熟后捣碎,然后向其中加入桑椹酒、结晶糖和适量的水,密封发酵15-20天,取发酵物;
(3)取甜叶菊入锅中,加入10倍量的水,煎煮55分钟后,向其中步骤(1)浸膏和步骤(2)发酵物,继续煎煮35分钟,过滤取滤液,然后向其中加入其他剩余组成原料,混合均匀,巴氏灭菌,灌装,即得。
所述的中药超微粉的配方(g)为余甘子3.5、葛根7、菊花11、菊苣6.5、沙棘2.5、芡实2、白果3.5、马齿苋6、酸枣仁7.5、枳椇子2.5、苦丁茶12、金荞麦9、金樱子2;制备方法为按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,净制后切断,然后再经真空干燥、粉碎、真空脆化和行超微粉碎,即得。

1.一种醒脑明目保健饮料,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:甜叶菊45-55、杨桃汁10-15、胡桃肉粉末10-15、五味子花粉4-6、山楂粉2-4、东紫苏1-2、猪肝8-10、黄瓜籽粉5-8、五味子3-5、花旗参2-4、中药超微粉2-4、桑椹酒6-8、结晶糖1-3和水适量。

4.一种如权利要求1所述的醒脑明目保健饮料的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下内容:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,首先将东紫苏、五味子、花旗参洗净晒干处理后用其3-5倍的净水浸泡、加热,在90-110℃下煎煮3次,每次2-3h,然后过滤、滤除药渣,合并3次滤液后将其浓缩,并用食用乙醇进行5-8h的沉淀,过滤上清液,回收乙醇,得浸膏;
