本发明所述粥,其原料优选包括以下重量份的原料:水300-500,大米40-60份,核桃仁6-8份,枸杞3-5份,大枣4-6份,鱼肉15-20份,干姜2份,盐1份,冰糖3-4份。
本发明所述粥,其制备方法为:将大米洗净后放入水中浸泡20-30分钟,将大枣去核、干姜切碎,与枸杞、核桃仁一起放入锅中,将浸泡后的大米和水加入锅中,将水烧开,再用文火熬煮约30-60分钟,将鱼肉洗净后放入锅中,加入盐、冰糖后,与粥一起再熬煮10-20分钟,关火自然冷却后即可食用。
