技术领域

背景技术
由一般实作经验可知,电流流经轴承会导致轴承产生伤害,因此轴承需要保持电性绝缘,特别可在其外加轴承套圈。
经由涂覆陶瓷层相关的先前技术可知,可在陶瓷层涂覆一电性绝缘涂层并共同设置在轴承套圈内的本体上,而可抑制电流流经轴承内。举例来说,与前述有关的揭露内容可从德国专利DE 10 2010 015 155 A1以及DE 10 2009 014 753A1中得知。
此外,一般的电性绝缘涂层的材质包括大部分的氧化铝。由氧化铝所形成的电性绝缘层非常的坚硬。然而,此种电性绝缘层的介电常数是高于绝缘塑料材料。

图1绘示依照本发明一实施例的一种具电性绝缘涂层4的具有本体2的轴承套圈1的立体图。电性绝缘涂层4包含如图2所示的具有孔洞8的陶瓷层6及填满孔洞8并涂布于陶瓷层6上的塑料10。
如本图所示,电性绝缘涂层4可承靠在轴承套圈1的本体2的外表面16、相对的二侧表面18、形成于所述外表面16与其中一所述侧表面18之间的弧面20以及斜面24。斜面24自每一侧表面18延伸至轴承套圈1的内表面22。
图2绘示依照本发明一实施例的一种电性绝缘涂层4的部分详视的示意图。具有孔洞8的陶瓷层6及填满孔洞8并涂布于陶瓷层6上并形成一涂层7的塑料10已被揭露于图1的实施例内。陶瓷层6中的单一粒子14的粒径12超过25μm。
图3绘示依照本发明一实施例的设置于轴承套圈1(请参照图4)的本体2的电性绝缘涂层4的厚度D的示意图。电性绝缘涂层4的厚度D在0.2至2.0mm之间,以至于本发明可具有厚度较厚的电性隔离层,以确保对高频电流的绝缘性。实施本发明的方法,可于外表面16、侧表面18及弧面20上设置一实质固定的涂层厚度D。
图4绘示依照本发明一实施例的一种轴承套圈1的立体图。在此,电性绝缘涂层4可设置在轴承套圈1的外侧环面。在本领域具通常知识的人员可轻易得知的是,依照本发明的电性绝缘涂层4也可设置在轴承套圈1的内侧环面。

Claims (13)

1.一种轴承套圈(1),其特征在于,具有
一本体(2);
一电性绝缘涂层(4),由所述本体(2)所承载,其中所述电性绝缘涂层(4)由具有数个单一粒子(14)与所述单一粒子(14)间的数个孔洞(8)的一陶瓷层(6)所制成,所述孔洞(8)在所述陶瓷层(6)中所占比率在10%至50%之间;以及
一塑料(10),用于填满所述孔洞(8)并于所述陶瓷层(6)上形成附加的一涂层(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的轴承套圈(1),其特征在于:所述陶瓷层(6)由氧化物、氧化物组合、氮化物或尖晶石所组成。
3.如权利要求1所述的轴承套圈(1),其特征在于:在所述陶瓷层(6)内的单一粒子(14)的粒径(12)大于25μm。
4.如权利要求1所述的轴承套圈(1),其特征在于:所述塑料为一绝缘塑料(10)。
5.如权利要求1所述的轴承套圈(1),其特征在于:所述电性绝缘涂层(4)承靠在所述轴承套圈(1)的所述本体(2)的一外表面(16)、相对的二侧表面(18)、形成于所述外表面(16)与其中一所述侧表面(18)之间的一弧面(20)以及一斜面(24),所述斜面(24)自每一侧表面(18)延伸至所述轴承套圈(1)的内表面(22)。
6.如权利要求1~5的任一项所述的轴承套圈(1),其特征在于:所述电性绝缘涂层(4)的厚度(D)介于0.2mm至2.0mm之间。
7.一种电性绝缘涂层(4),由具有数个单一粒子(14)与所述单一粒子(14)间的数个孔洞(8)的一陶瓷层(6)及用以填满所述孔洞(8)并涂布于所述陶瓷层(6)上而形成附加的一涂层(7)的一塑料(10)所制成,其特征在于:
所述孔洞(8)在所述陶瓷层(6)中所占比率在10%至50%之间。
8.如权利要求7所述的电性绝缘涂层(4),其特征在于:所述陶瓷层(6)由氧化物、氧化物组合、氮化物或尖晶石所组成。
9.如权利要求7或8所述的电性绝缘涂层(4),其特征在于:在所述陶瓷层(6)内的单一粒子(14)的粒径(12)大于25μm。
10.如权利要求7所述的电性绝缘涂层(4),其特征在于:所述塑料为一绝缘塑料(10)。
11.一种提供电性绝缘涂层(4)于一轴承套圈(1)的一本体(2)上的方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
提供一陶瓷材料于所述轴承套圈(1)的所述本体(2)上而形成一具有数个单一粒子(14)与所述单一粒子(14)间的数个孔洞(8)的一陶瓷层(6),所述孔洞(8)在所述陶瓷层(6)中所占比率在10%至50%之间;
提供一塑料(10)于所述陶瓷层(6)上以致于所述孔洞(8)被所述塑料(10)填满且于所述陶瓷层(6)上形成附加的一涂层(7);以及
硬化所述塑料(10)。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于:
在提供所述陶瓷材料前,对所述本体(2)进行辐射处理,以致于被提供的所述陶瓷层(6)以外形及材料锁合的方式黏合于所述本体(2)的基材上。
13.如权利要求11或12所述的方法,其特征在于:
所述陶瓷材料以热喷涂方法而被设置于所述轴承套圈(1)的所述本体(2)上。
