一种富硒豆奶雪梨饮料,由以下重量份原料制成:雪梨650-660、黄瓜80-100、豆奶100-120、米酒20-30、富硒乳酸菌2-3、干茉莉花4-5、鲜玉米粒50-55等;本发明添加鲜玉米粒,与香菇柄膳食纤维一同作为饮料中的固形物,可以改善饮料的口感,也使香菇柄膳食纤维更易入口,用雪梨配以薄荷、枇杷、金银花等的提取物,有很好的清热润肺的效果,对于易上火、吸烟的人有很好的预防效果。

本发明涉及一种富硒豆奶雪梨饮料,尤其涉及一种富硒豆奶雪梨饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
果饮料是人们日常生活中不可缺少的一种饮品,其口感好,富含维生素、矿物质等营养元素,深受人们喜爱,市场上的饮料品种繁多,基本上都是以其口感为主,在其营养保健等方面的功能还不够完善。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种富硒豆奶雪梨饮料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种富硒豆奶雪梨饮料,由以下重量份原料制成:雪梨650-660、黄瓜80-100、豆奶100-120、米酒20-30、富硒乳酸菌2-3、干茉莉花4-5、鲜玉米粒50-55、蜂蜜60-65、香菇柄膳食纤维8-10、薄荷6-7、枇杷5-6、金银花6-7、三七3-4、篱栏子3-5、缬草1-2、蔗糖适量、水适量。
一种富硒豆奶雪梨饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将雪梨洗净,取其果肉,将果肉与洗净的黄瓜混合放入榨汁机中榨汁,过滤,得雪梨黄瓜汁备用;
(2)将豆奶与米酒、富硒乳酸菌混合,搅拌均匀,置于容器中,将干茉莉花用沸水冲洗一次后放入容器中,密封发酵6-7小时,过滤,得到富硒发酵豆奶备用;
(3)将鲜玉米粒洗净,与蜂蜜混匀后放入容器中,将容器放入蒸锅中焖蒸,将鲜玉米粒蒸熟后连同蜂蜜一同取出备用;
(4)将薄荷、枇杷、金银花、三七、篱栏子、缬草用5-10倍量的水加热提取,过滤,得提取液备用;
(5)将雪梨黄瓜汁、富硒发酵豆奶、步骤3中所有物料、步骤4中的提取液与香菇柄膳食纤维、蔗糖合并,充分搅拌后包装即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明添加鲜玉米粒,与香菇柄膳食纤维一同作为饮料中的固形物,可以改善饮料的口感,也使香菇柄膳食纤维更易入口,用雪梨配以薄荷、枇杷、金银花等的提取物,有很好的清热润肺的效果,对于易上火、吸烟的人有很好的预防效果。

一种富硒豆奶雪梨饮料,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:雪梨650、黄瓜80、豆奶100、米酒20、富硒乳酸菌2、干茉莉花4、鲜玉米粒50、蜂蜜60、香菇柄膳食纤维8、薄荷6、枇杷5、金银花6、三七3、篱栏子3、缬草1、蔗糖适量、水适量。
一种富硒豆奶雪梨饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将雪梨洗净,取其果肉,将果肉与洗净的黄瓜混合放入榨汁机中榨汁,过滤,得雪梨黄瓜汁备用;

1.一种富硒豆奶雪梨饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:雪梨650-660、黄瓜80-100、豆奶100-120、米酒20-30、富硒乳酸菌2-3、干茉莉花4-5、鲜玉米粒50-55、蜂蜜60-65、香菇柄膳食纤维8-10、薄荷6-7、枇杷5-6、金银花6-7、三七3-4、篱栏子3-5、缬草1-2、蔗糖适量、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种富硒豆奶雪梨饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将雪梨洗净,取其果肉,将果肉与洗净的黄瓜混合放入榨汁机中榨汁,过滤,得雪梨黄瓜汁备用;
(2)将豆奶与米酒、富硒乳酸菌混合,搅拌均匀,置于容器中,将干茉莉花用沸水冲洗一次后放入容器中,密封发酵6-7小时,过滤,得到富硒发酵豆奶备用;
