本发明涉及一种灯笼草保健蛋糕的制作方法。
背景技术
目前,传统的蛋糕一般是用鸡蛋、糖、小麦粉为主要原料,以牛奶、果汁、奶粉、色拉油等为辅料,经过搅拌、调制、烘烤后制成的具有浓郁蛋香、质地松软的制品。随着生活水平的提高,生活方式的改变,各种慢性疾病患病率不断提升,人们对食品的要求不仅是口感好、营养价值高,而有保健功效的食品更受到人们的青睐。
灯笼草蛋糕是一种有保健功效的食品。灯笼草别名挂金灯、红姑娘等,属茄科多年生草本植物。是我国特有的药食两用保健型多年生草本野生水果。灯笼草成熟果实红似玛瑙,果肉柔嫩多汁、酸甜爽口、清香淡雅。其果实含葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖等约为15%,同时还含有各种酸、多种维生素、矿物质和一些微量元素。灯笼草果实有清热解毒、利咽化痰,利尿之功效,主治肺病、腮腺炎、热疝、血淋;外治皮肤疮肿、天泡疮、牙龈肿痛。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷提供一种灯笼草保健蛋糕的制作方法。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:一种灯笼草保健蛋糕的制作方法,原料配方由以下重量的组分组成:蛋糕粉100份、砂糖90份、鸡蛋100份、灯笼草果浆50份、食盐1份、蛋糕油7份、牛奶25份以及色拉油20份;制作方法包括以下步骤:
1)、制作灯笼草果浆的步骤,对新鲜的灯笼草果实进行分选、清洗、沥干、打浆,最后变成果浆;
2)、称料的步骤,按照配方对原料进行称重,蛋糕粉过筛;
3)、搅打蛋液的步骤,把鸡蛋、蛋糕油、食盐和砂糖放入搅拌缸内,先用慢速搅打2分钟,待砂糖和鸡蛋混合均匀,再改用高速搅拌至蛋糖液呈乳白色,体积达到原来蛋糖体积的3倍左右;
4)、面糊搅拌的步骤,将蛋糕粉慢慢倒入已打好的蛋糖液中,慢速搅拌均匀后改高速搅打,分次加入灯笼草果浆及牛奶,最后改低速分次加入色拉油搅拌均匀,形成面糊;
5)、装盘的步骤,将面糊倒入烤盘内,用方刮片磨平;
6)、烘烤的步骤,将烘烤整盘海绵蛋糕炉温度控制在面火170℃,底火170℃,时间约40分钟;
7)、成型的步骤,将成型的蛋糕切割成7cm×5cm大小的长方形。
本发明的有益效果:本发明工艺简单,具有很好的保健效果。采用灯笼草果实,使得蛋糕具有清热解毒、利咽化痰,利尿之功效,主治肺病、腮腺炎、热疝、血淋;外治皮肤疮肿、天泡疮、牙龈肿痛。

1.一种灯笼草保健蛋糕的制作方法,其特征在于,原料配方由以下重量的组分组成:蛋糕粉100份、砂糖90份、鸡蛋100份、灯笼草果浆50份、食盐1份、蛋糕油7份、牛奶25份以及色拉油20份;制作方法包括以下步骤:
1)、制作灯笼草果浆的步骤,对新鲜的灯笼草果实进行分选、清洗、沥干、打浆,最后变成果浆;
2)、称料的步骤,按照配方对原料进行称重,蛋糕粉过筛;
3)、搅打蛋液的步骤,把鸡蛋、蛋糕油、食盐和砂糖放入搅拌缸内,先用慢速搅打2分钟,待砂糖和鸡蛋混合均匀,再改用高速搅拌至蛋糖液呈乳白色,体积达到原来蛋糖体积的3倍左右;
