技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具机构设计领域,具体为一种侧面斜顶滑块机构。
背景技术
模塑成型产品侧面需要斜顶顶出时,斜顶顶出机构越简单模具越容易加工,模具生产制作成本相对降低,且机构简化其可靠性、稳定性越好。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种侧面斜顶滑块机构,包括侧面滑块头、右压条、斜导柱、滑块体、楔紧块、左压条、滑块座、斜顶板、复位杆、复位杆耐磨块、侧顶针、斜顶杆、压板、斜顶滑动销。
作为优选,所述滑块机构参与模腔成型零件包括侧面滑块头、侧顶针、斜顶杆;斜顶杆设置有斜顶导向T型槽,使斜顶杆能可靠地在侧面滑块头上设置的斜顶导向T型槽内运动,以确保斜顶顶出和复位的可靠性。
作为优选,所述斜导柱、楔紧块安装于模具模板上,滑块体、左压条、滑块座构成滑块体的滑动滑槽;侧面滑块头、滑块体通过螺钉紧固联结在一起;楔紧块保证复位时滑块体的可靠复位。
作为优选,所述侧面顶出机构组成包括斜顶板、复位杆、复位杆耐磨块、侧顶针、斜顶杆、压板、斜顶滑动销;斜顶杆底部通过斜顶滑动销、压板安装于斜顶板上,上部通过T型槽联结安装于侧面滑块头上;复位杆穿过侧面滑块头上的复位杆孔与斜顶板连为一体,由复位杆耐磨块横向压住保证其准确复位;侧顶针亦安装于斜顶板上,通过压板压住。
作为优选,所述滑块机构整体结构为斜滑块结构;能完成产品侧边斜向扣位的脱模,及针位顶出。
有益效果:本发明采用上述技术方案提供的一种侧面斜顶滑块机构,针对产品成型需要侧面斜顶顶出的要求,简化了模具结构,降低了模具生产制作成本;结构设计合理,结构紧凑,工作稳定,安全可靠。

具体实施方式
图1-9所示为本发明相关说明图;一种侧面斜顶滑块机构,包括侧面滑块头1、右压条2、斜导柱3、滑块体4、楔紧块5、左压条6、滑块座7、斜顶板8、复位杆9、复位杆耐磨块10、侧顶针11、斜顶杆12、压板13、斜顶滑动销14。
所述滑块机构参与模腔成型零件包括侧面滑块头1、侧顶针11、斜顶杆12;斜顶杆12设置有斜顶导向T型槽,使斜顶杆12能可靠地在侧面滑块头1上设置的斜顶导向T型槽内运动,以确保斜顶顶出和复位的可靠性,如图1-5所示。
所述斜导柱3、楔紧块5安装于模具模板上,滑块体4、左压条6、滑块座7构成滑块体4的滑动滑槽;侧面滑块头1、滑块体4通过螺钉紧固联结在一起;楔紧块5保证复位时滑块体4的可靠复位。
所述侧面顶出机构组成包括斜顶板8、复位杆9、复位杆耐磨块10、侧顶针11、斜顶杆12、压板13、斜顶滑动销14;斜顶杆12底部通过斜顶滑动销14、压板13安装于斜顶板8上,上部通过T型槽联结安装于侧面滑块头1上;复位杆9穿过侧面滑块头1上的复位杆孔与斜顶板8连为一体,由复位杆耐磨块10横向压住保证其准确复位;侧顶针11亦安装于斜顶板8上,通过压板压住。
所述滑块机构整体结构为斜滑块结构;能完成产品侧边斜向扣位的脱模,及针位顶出。
实际工作时,如图6-9所示,其运动工作原理如下:
1)开模后,注塑机动模板拉动模具动模部分后退,模具在分型面处出打开时,
斜导柱3拨动滑块体4、侧面滑块头1按图8(a)中F方向滑出,此时,由于斜顶杆12的斜顶头部勾住了模具型腔镶件,故而其不能跟随同步沿F方向滑出,因而,斜顶杆12通过斜顶滑动销14也拉住了斜顶板8,因而斜顶的顶出情况是滑块体4带动侧面滑块头1运动,而斜顶杆12则处于被动带动运动状态,在侧面滑块头1沿F方向滑出时,斜顶杆12、斜顶板8在图8(a)中的水平方向不移动,垂直方向上发生向下移动,从而完成侧面滑块头1与斜顶杆12头部的同步脱模;具体对应运动点运动状态为:滑块体4、侧面滑块头1按F方向滑出时,滑块体4上的G1点与斜顶板8上的G2点逐步分离,侧面滑块头1上G4点与斜顶板8上的G3点逐步接近,斜顶杆12、斜顶板8按K方向移动,斜顶杆12底部相对斜顶板8亦有M方向的相对移动,如图8(b)、图9所示,从而保证斜顶杆12头部的倒扣位先抽芯;而后斜顶杆12、侧顶针11、斜顶板8跟随滑块体4一起按F向短距抽出,从而达到整体侧面抽芯脱模的作用;
2)复位时,斜导柱3拨动滑块体4复位,从而带动侧面滑块头1、斜顶板8、复位杆9、侧顶针11、斜顶杆12等一起复位,斜顶板8的限位由复位杆耐磨块10限位复位杆9来保证,最后由楔紧块5压紧滑块体4以确保侧面滑块头1的完整复位,模具闭合,等待下一个注塑循环的开始。

1.一种侧面斜顶滑块机构,包括侧面滑块头(1)、右压条(2)、斜导柱(3)、滑块体(4)、楔紧块(5)、左压条(6)、滑块座(7)、斜顶板(8)、复位杆(9)、复位杆耐磨块(10)、侧顶针(11)、斜顶杆(12)、压板(13)、斜顶滑动销(14);滑块机构参与模腔成型零件包括侧面滑块头(1)、侧顶针(11)、斜顶杆(12);侧面滑块头(1)上设置有斜顶导向T型槽,斜顶杆(12)设置有斜顶导向T型槽,斜顶杆(12)上斜顶导向T型槽的设置,使斜顶杆(12)能可靠地在侧面滑块头(1)上设置的斜顶导向T型槽内运动;所述斜导柱(3)、楔紧块(5)安装于模具模板上,右压条(2)、左压条(6)、滑块座(7)构成滑块体(4)的滑动滑槽;侧面滑块头(1)、滑块体(4)通过螺钉紧固联结在一起;楔紧块(5)保证复位时滑块体(4)的可靠复位;侧面顶出机构组成包括斜顶板(8)、复位杆(9)、复位杆耐磨块(10)、侧顶针(11)、斜顶杆(12)、压板(13)、斜顶滑动销(14);斜顶杆(12)底部通过斜顶滑动销(14)、压板(13)安装于斜顶板(8)上,上部通过T型槽联结安装于侧面滑块头(1)上;复位杆(9)穿过侧面滑块头(1)上的复位杆孔与斜顶板(8)连为一体,由复位杆耐磨块(10)横向压住保证其准确复位;侧顶针(11)亦安装于斜顶板(8)上,通过压板压住;所述滑块机构整体结构为斜滑块结构;能完成产品侧边斜向扣位的脱模,及针位顶出;开模后,注塑机动模板拉动模具动模部分后退,模具在分型面处出打开时,斜导柱拨动滑块体、侧面滑块头沿滑动滑槽方向滑出,此时,由于斜顶杆的斜顶头部勾住了模具型腔镶件,故而其不能跟随同步沿滑动滑槽方向滑出,因而,斜顶杆通过斜顶滑动销也拉住了斜顶板,因而斜顶的顶出情况是滑块体带动侧面滑块头运动,而斜顶杆则处于被动带动运动状态,在侧面滑块头沿滑动滑槽方向滑出时,斜顶杆、斜顶板在水平方向不移动,垂直方向上发生向下移动,从而完成侧面滑块头与斜顶杆头部的同步脱模。
