背景技术
磨牙棒,是一种供长牙期宝宝使用的产品,可帮助乳牙萌出,改正咬奶头现象,而同时也及时地训练了婴儿的口腔咀嚼功能。现有的磨牙工具一般分为三类,(1)牙胶:由安全无毒的软塑料胶制成,在缓解长牙不适的同时,还能够帮助宝宝锻炼嚼、咬的动作;然而该种产品因采用特制的软塑料胶制成,价格较高,而低价格的此类产品安全性能又得不到保障;同时反复使用该产品,也容易滋生细菌,不利于宝宝健康。(2)营养蔬果主食类,通过将各种新鲜的水果、蔬菜制成磨牙棒,供宝宝啃食;此种磨牙工具营养成分丰富,然而由各类水果、蔬菜制得的磨牙棒保质期较短,易氧化变质,而且硬度不易控制。
菇类是大众喜爱的食物,其具有多种保健功效;然而菇类的菌柄一般质地较硬,烹调时菌柄很难入味,因此将菇类制成各种休闲食品时,需另行对菌柄进行特殊处理或直接废弃。菌柄中含有丰富的营养物质,如能将其用于制成婴儿的磨牙棒,则为食用菌下脚料的资源化利用又提供了一个新的方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种以菌柄为原料的磨牙棒及其制备方法。该磨牙棒天然环保,硬度适中,能为婴儿提供萌牙期所需的钙、磷、维生素A、维生素C、维生素D,促进婴儿长牙,并增强免疫力。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种以菌柄为原料的磨牙棒,其原料按照重量份数计包括:金针菇菌柄25-28份,香菇菌柄12-15份,茶树菇菌柄7-10份,猴头菇菌柄8-10份,双孢菇菌柄5-7份,滑菇菌柄6-8份,木耳菜8-11份。
一种如上所述的以菌柄为原料的磨牙棒的制备方法,包括以下步骤: (1)将新鲜的金针菇、香菇、茶树菇、猴头菇、双孢菇的菌柄清洗干净,沥干水分,-5℃~-2℃真空冷冻干燥4-6h,取出冻干的原料,粉碎过100目筛,制得五菌复合粉;然后将五菌复合粉于90-100℃蒸制30-60min;
(2)将滑菇菌柄、木耳菜清洗干净后,沥干水分,在65-75℃食盐水中漂烫3-5min后,将滑菇菌柄、木耳菜切碎,漂烫液放凉至室温备用;
(3)将五菌复合粉、漂烫液和切碎的滑菇菌柄、木耳菜混合均匀,再烘干、成型,切割成直径为 9~12mm、长度为7~9cm的棒状。
步骤(2)中食盐水的浓度为3-5wt%,食盐水的用量为木耳菜重量的2-3倍。
步骤(3)中所述的烘干为烘干至含水率为1-3wt%。
本发明所采用的原料的功效在于:
金针菇氨基酸的含量非常丰富,高于一般菇类,尤其是赖氨酸的含量特别高,赖氨酸具有促进儿童智力发育的功能,同时金针菇中含有一种可提高免疫力的蛋白质,可帮助婴幼儿提高免疫力;
香菇中含不饱和脂肪酸甚高,还含有大量的可转变为维生素D的麦角甾醇和菌甾醇,对于增强抗疾病和预防感冒及治疗有良好效果;经常食用对预防人体,特别是婴儿因缺乏维生素D而引起的血磷、血钙代谢障碍导致的佝偻病有益,可预防人体各种粘膜及皮肤炎病;
茶树菇对肾虚尿频、水肿、气喘,尤其小儿低热尿床,有独特疗效;茶树菇营养成分为:每100克(干菇)含蛋白质14.2克,纤维素14.4克,总糖9.93克;含钾4713.9毫克,钠186.6毫克,钙26.2毫克,铁42.3毫克;
猴头菌的营养成分很高,猴头菇有增进食欲,增强胃粘膜屏障机能,提高淋巴细胞转化率,提升白细胞等作用。故可以使人体提高对疾病的免疫能力;
双孢菇的菌肉肥嫩,并含有较多的甘露糖、海藻糖及各种氨基酸类物质,所以味道鲜美,营养丰富,据测定每100g干菇中含蛋白质36-40g、脂肪3.6g、碳水化合物31.2g、磷718mg、铁188.5mg、钙131mg、灰分14.2mg、粗纤维6g,此外还含有维生素B1、B2、Vc,尼克酸等,由于它的营养比一般蔬菜高,所以有“植物肉”之称。
木耳菜的营养素含量极其丰富,尤其钙、铁等元素含量最高。

(1)本发明以金针菇菌柄、香菇菌柄、茶树菇菌柄、猴头菇菌柄、双孢菇菌柄为主要原料,经精心配制后,能够补充婴儿萌牙期所需的钙、磷、维生素A、维生素C、维生素D;其中钙是牙齿的重要组成部分,能促进牙齿生长;磷让小乳牙坚不可摧;维生素A能维护牙龈组织健康;维生素C是参与牙釉质行程的重要营养素;维生素D是牙齿发育及钙化的必要物质;
(2)滑菇菌柄、木耳菜质地柔嫩软滑,将滑菇菌柄、木耳菜的漂烫液与五菌粉混合,能使各原料充分粘合在一起,而且一定的食盐含量也能使磨牙棒抗菌,保质期长。

实施例1
一种以菌柄为原料的磨牙棒,其原料按照重量份数计包括:金针菇菌柄27份,香菇菌柄13份,茶树菇菌柄9份,猴头菇菌柄9份,双孢菇菌柄6份,滑菇菌柄7份,木耳菜10份。
一种如上所述的以菌柄为原料的磨牙棒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜的金针菇、香菇、茶树菇、猴头菇、双孢菇的菌柄清洗干净,沥干水分,-5℃真空冷冻干燥5h,取出冻干的原料,粉碎过100目筛,制得五菌复合粉;然后将五菌复合粉于95℃蒸制45min;
(2)将滑菇菌柄、木耳菜清洗干净后,沥干水分,在70℃食盐水中漂烫4min后,将滑菇菌柄、木耳菜切碎,漂烫液放凉至室温备用;
(3)将五菌复合粉、漂烫液和切碎的滑菇菌柄、木耳菜混合均匀,再烘干、成型,切割成直径为10mm、长度为8cm的棒状。
步骤(2)中食盐水的浓度为4wt%,食盐水的用量为木耳菜重量的2.5倍。

一种以菌柄为原料的磨牙棒,其原料按照重量份数计包括:金针菇菌柄25份,香菇菌柄15份,茶树菇菌柄7份,猴头菇菌柄10份,双孢菇菌柄5份,滑菇菌柄8份,木耳菜8份。
一种如上所述的以菌柄为原料的磨牙棒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜的金针菇、香菇、茶树菇、猴头菇、双孢菇的菌柄清洗干净,沥干水分,-2℃真空冷冻干燥4h,取出冻干的原料,粉碎过100目筛,制得五菌复合粉;然后将五菌复合粉于90℃蒸制60min;
(2)将滑菇菌柄、木耳菜清洗干净后,沥干水分,在65℃食盐水中漂烫5min后,将滑菇菌柄、木耳菜切碎,漂烫液放凉至室温备用;
(3)将五菌复合粉、漂烫液和切碎的滑菇菌柄、木耳菜混合均匀,再烘干、成型,切割成直径为 9mm、长度为9cm的棒状。
步骤(2)中食盐水的浓度为3wt%,食盐水的用量为木耳菜重量的3倍。
步骤(3)中所述的烘干为烘干至含水率为1-3wt%。
实施例3
一种以菌柄为原料的磨牙棒,其原料按照重量份数计包括:金针菇菌柄28份,香菇菌柄12份,茶树菇菌柄10份,猴头菇菌柄8份,双孢菇菌柄7份,滑菇菌柄6份,木耳菜11份。
一种如上所述的以菌柄为原料的磨牙棒的制备方法,包括以下步骤: (1)将新鲜的金针菇、香菇、茶树菇、猴头菇、双孢菇的菌柄清洗干净,沥干水分,-5℃真空冷冻干燥6h,取出冻干的原料,粉碎过100目筛,制得五菌复合粉;然后将五菌复合粉于100℃蒸制30min;
(2)将滑菇菌柄、木耳菜清洗干净后,沥干水分,在75℃食盐水中漂烫3min后,将滑菇菌柄、木耳菜切碎,漂烫液放凉至室温备用;
(3)将五菌复合粉、漂烫液和切碎的滑菇菌柄、木耳菜混合均匀,再烘干、成型,切割成直径为12mm、长度为7cm的棒状。
步骤(2)中食盐水的浓度为5wt%,食盐水的用量为木耳菜重量的2倍。
步骤(3)中所述的烘干为烘干至含水率为1-3wt%。

Claims (3)
1.一种以菌柄为原料的磨牙棒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的磨牙棒其原料按照重量份数计包括:金针菇菌柄25-28份,香菇菌柄12-15份,茶树菇菌柄7-10份,猴头菇菌柄8-10份,双孢菇菌柄5-7份,滑菇菌柄6-8份,木耳菜8-11份;
制备方法包括以下步骤: (1)将新鲜的金针菇、香菇、茶树菇、猴头菇、双孢菇的菌柄清洗干净,沥干水分,-5℃~-2℃真空冷冻干燥4-6h,取出冻干的原料,粉碎过100目筛,制得五菌复合粉;然后将五菌复合粉于90-100℃蒸制30-60min;
(2)将滑菇菌柄、木耳菜清洗干净后,沥干水分,在65-75℃食盐水中漂烫3-5min后,将滑菇菌柄、木耳菜切碎,漂烫液放凉至室温备用;
(3)将五菌复合粉、漂烫液和切碎的滑菇菌柄、木耳菜混合均匀,再烘干、成型,切割成直径为 9~12mm、长度为7~9cm的棒状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以菌柄为原料的磨牙棒的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中食盐水的浓度为3-5wt%,食盐水的用量为木耳菜重量的2-3倍。
3.根据权利要求1所述的以菌柄为原料的磨牙棒的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述的烘干为烘干至含水率为1-3wt%。
