背景技术
我国自2O世纪7O年代开始,多次对糖尿病的流行情况进行了大规模横断面调查,l980年14省市的3O万自然人群调查显示,2型糖尿病(T2DM)患病率为0.67%;1994年全国23个地区21万人口(25岁~64岁)糖尿病普查,其患病率为2.28%;1996年全国l1省市4万人群(20岁~74岁)糖尿病抽样调查,患病率为3.21%;2002年全国营养调查(大于18岁人群)同时调查了糖尿病的流行情况,结果显示T2DM患病率为2.6%(其中城市患病率为4.5%,农村为1.8%);中华医学会糖尿病学分会于2007年6月-2O08年5月在全国的14个省市进行的最新糖尿病的流行病学调查结果显示,城镇糖尿病的患病率已达11.28%,提示目前我国糖尿病的患病率已呈较高水平,与中等发达国家的水平相当。据世界卫生组织(WHO)估计,全球目前有超过1.5亿糖尿病病人,到2025年这一数字将增加1倍,估计我国现有糖尿病病人超过4000万,居世界第2位。
发明内容
本发明提供一种保健功能食品,可以起到良好的治疗糖尿病、降血糖的作用,且携带服用方便,价格便宜,患者可以接收。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:本发明的保健食品由下述重量份数的原料共同混合加工制成:葛根3-6份、黄精1-3份、生地黄2-4份、桑叶5-8份、西洋参2-4份、苦荞麦4-8份、枸杞子2-5份、玉竹1-3份、麦冬2-3份。
本发明的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将葛根、黄精、生地黄、桑叶、西洋参、苦荞麦、枸杞子、玉竹、麦冬按配方量混合,然后加入6-10倍重量的水蒸煮2-3h,过滤后,在滤渣中加入4-6倍重量的水蒸煮1-2h,再过滤,合并两次虑液后浓缩喷雾干燥,再加入辅料经相应工艺制得颗粒剂、片剂、硬胶囊剂、软胶囊剂。
葛根,甘、辛,凉。有解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻之功。常用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。
黄精主治阴虚劳嗽;肺燥咳嗽;脾虚乏力;食少口干;消渴;肾亏腰膝酸软;阳痿遗精;耳鸣目暗;须发早白;体虚赢瘦;风癞癣疾。
地黄,性味:甘苦,凉。主治阴虚发热,消渴,吐血,衄血,血崩,月经不调,胎动不安,阴伤便秘。
西洋参又称花旗参,主产美国、加拿大等北美国家。西洋参是一种补而不燥、男女老少皆宜的高级保健品。西洋参具有补气养血、滋阴补肾、健脾养胃、延缓衰老及养颜等功效。现代医学研究证明,西洋参具有抗疲劳、抗衰老、抗休克、提高思维、改善记忆及调节内分泌、增强人体免疫力及改善心血管功能等作用。
苦荞麦,性味:苦,平。功能主治:有理气止痛、健脾利湿的功效,苦荞麦有治疗胃痛、消化不良、腰腿疼痛、跌打损伤的作用
枸杞子富含枸杞多糖,枸杞多糖是一种水溶性多糖,由阿拉伯糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖、甘露糖、木糖、鼠李糖这6种单糖成分组成,具有生理活性,能够增强非特异性免疫功能,提高抗病能力,抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变。枸杞多糖能明显增强受损胰岛细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,提高胰岛细胞的抗氧化能力,减轻过氧化物对细胞的损伤,降低内二醛生成量,这表明枸杞多糖对胰岛细胞有一定的保护作用。
《本草拾遗》记载:桑叶主霍乱腹痛吐下,冬月用干者浓煮服之。细锉,大釜中煎取如赤糖,去老风及宿血,降糖。
玉竹具养阴、润燥、清热、生津、止咳等功效。用作滋补药品,主治热病伤阴、虚热燥咳、心脏病、糖尿病、结核病等症。玉竹提取类黄酮物质与桑叶提取物脱氧野尻霉素结合形成一种新物质——洗胰清糖素,具有降血糖、血脂、血压等作用。
麦冬,性味归经:甘,微苦,微寒。归心、肺、胃经。功能与主治:养阴生津,润肺清心。用于肺燥干咳,阴虚痨嗽,喉痹咽痛,津伤口渴,内热消渴,心烦失眠,肠燥便秘。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明利用纯天然中草药制备成保健功能食品,该配方是严格按照中医理论和现代养生学科学拟定,整个组方合理、严谨,可制备成多种剂型的保健功能食品。尤其是桑叶与玉竹复配,形成一种新物质—洗胰清糖素,具有极强的降血糖作用。本发明选取的原料易得,制备工艺相对简单,成本能够得以控制,易于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
一种保健功能食品,该保健功能食品制备成硬胶囊,其组分及重量份数为:葛根4份、黄精1.5份、生地黄3.2份、桑叶6.8份、西洋参2.2份、苦荞麦5份、枸杞子4.5份、玉竹2.6份、麦冬2.1份。将葛根、黄精、生地黄、桑叶、西洋参、苦荞麦、枸杞子、玉竹、麦冬按配方量混合,然后加入8倍重量的水蒸煮2.5h,过滤后,在滤渣中加入5倍重量的水蒸煮1.5h,再过滤,合并两次虑液后浓缩喷雾干燥,通过硬胶囊自动填充设备将干燥后得到的药粉填充到胶囊壳中,制成硬胶囊剂。
实施例2
一种保健功能食品,该保健食品制备成片剂,其组分及重量份数为:葛根3.5份、黄精2份、生地黄2.6份、桑叶5.5份、西洋参2.8份、苦荞麦7.2份、枸杞子3.2份、玉竹2.5份、麦冬2.4份。将葛根、黄精、生地黄、桑叶、西洋参、苦荞麦、枸杞子、玉竹、麦冬按配方量混合,然后加入9倍重量的水蒸煮2.6h,过滤后,在滤渣中加入4.5倍重量的水蒸煮1.6h,再过滤,合并两次虑液后浓缩喷雾干燥,在干燥后的药粉中加入一定量的羧甲基淀粉钠,制粒后,压成素片,包衣,得到片剂。
本发明产品进行人体试验,采用自身对照及组间对照法,选择符合试验条件的自愿受试者服用受试物45天,期间坚持饮食控制,原治疗糖尿病药物种类和剂量不变。结果表明:本发明产品对糖尿病主要临床症状有改善作用,总有效率为79.25%(对照组为13.21%);试食组空腹血糖试食前后自身比较及与对照组试食后比较,差异均有显著性,试食组空腹血糖下降幅度与对照组比较,差异有显著性且空腹血糖试食组试食后较试食前下降10.29%,试食组餐后血糖下降幅度与对照组比较,差异有显著性,试食组餐后血糖试食较试食前下降7.34%;提示本发明产品具有降血糖功能。
试食后体重、血压、心率均未见明显异常改变,血常规、尿常规(尿糖除外)、大便常规及生化指标检测均在正常范围内,试食期间未发现明显不良反应,证明本产品具有食用安全性。

2.一种保健功能食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将葛根、黄精、生地黄、桑叶、西洋参、苦荞麦、枸杞子、玉竹、麦冬按配方量混合,然后加入6-10倍重量的水蒸煮2-3h,过滤后,在滤渣中加入4-6倍重量的水蒸煮1-2h,再过滤,合并两次虑液后浓缩喷雾干燥,再加入辅料经相应工艺制得颗粒剂、片剂、硬胶囊剂、软胶囊剂。
