背景技术
火锅在我国的饮食文化中占有很重要的地位,特别是在我国的北方地区,差不多到了无火锅不欢的境地。其中的羊肉火锅很受广大人民群众的欢迎,虽然加入了品种繁多的药材,但目前的羊肉火锅汤料普遍存在的问题是:1、羊膻味未中和掩盖;2、药材搭配不当;3、不适应四季食用。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述缺点而提供一种能够中和羊肉的膻味,适合四季食用,且具有滋肝补肾作用的羊肉火锅汤料。
本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种羊肉火锅滋肝补肾汤料,由以下重量份的原料组成:黑豆8~20份、黑芝麻4~10份、枸杞4~10份、杜仲4~8份、首乌2~6份、菟丝子2~6份、沙苑子2~6份、酸枣仁1~3份、山茱萸1~3份、茯苓1~3份、锁阳1~3份、巴戟1~3份、川芎1~3份、韭菜籽1~3份、枳实1~2份、厚朴1~2份、砂仁1~2份、白术1~2份、芡实1~2份、决明子1~2份、丁香1~2份、八角茴香1~2份;
进一步的,由以下优选重量份的原料组成:黑豆14份、黑芝麻7份、枸杞7份、杜仲5份、首乌4份、菟丝子4份、沙苑子4份、酸枣仁4份、山茱萸2份、茯苓2份、锁阳2份、巴戟2份、川芎2份、韭菜籽2份、枳实1.5份、厚朴1.5份、砂仁1.5份、白术1.5份、芡实1.5份、决明子1.5份、丁香1.5份、八角茴香1.5份;

根据我国传统中医理论,本发明包含的原料:
黑豆:性味甘、平,健脾胃、补肾滋阴、补血明目。
黑芝麻:性味甘、平,补肝肾、滋五脏、益精血、润肠燥。
枸杞:性味甘、平,滋肝补肾、益精明目。
杜仲:性味甘、温,补肝肾、强筋骨。
首乌:性味甘苦涩,养血滋阴、润肠通便。
菟丝子:性味甘、温,补肾固精、养肝明目。
沙苑子:性味甘、温,补肾固精、养肝明目。
酸枣仁:性味甘、平,宁心安神、养肝敛汗。
山茱萸:性味酸涩、微温,补益肝肾、涩精固脱。
川芎:性味辛、温,活血行气,祛风止痛。
砂仁:性味辛、温,温暖脾胃、下气止痛、行气调味、和胃醒脾。
厚朴:性味辛、温,行气消积、燥湿除满。
丁香:性味辛、温,温脾胃、降通气。
八角茴香:性味辛、温,温中理气、健胃止呕。
综上述黑豆、黑芝麻、枸杞、杜仲、首乌、菟丝子、沙苑子等归肝、肾经的原料药材的功效特点,结合中药“肝肾同源”理论,本发明使人的肝肾相互滋养、肝肾相生,达到良好的滋肝补肾作用;本发明的突出作用还在于,本发明选用的丁香、八角茴香、川芎等味辛的归肾经药材,除有相应的药用功效外,还能有效中和羊肉的膻味;本发明入羊汤后,羊肉汤无膻味,汤味微甘,不影响食欲还具有良好的滋肝补肾作用。同时,由于所选的原料药材大都属于性温或性平,不含大热或大寒药性的原料,故适合四季食用。
