第一步,将所述中药组合物中的各组分按比例混合,投入粉碎机进行粉碎或直接切碎,装入煎煮容器中,加入适量水使其浸没药材,浸泡10-25分钟后,加热至沸腾40-70分钟后,分离煎出液,药渣再次加水进行煎煮2-3次,分离收集每次的煎出液,再经过过滤后,取滤液弃滤渣;
第二步,待滤液冷却后,加入相对于浓缩后液体重量1-2倍的醇浓度为80-90%乙醇,充分混合均匀,放置过夜,使其沉淀,次日取其上清液过滤后得到滤液,沉淀物用醇浓度为50-60%的乙醇洗净,收集洗液并与滤液合并,减压收回乙醇后,移置放冷处,静置0.5-1小时,使沉淀完全,过滤,滤液低温蒸发,获得膏状物;
第三步:将膏状物放入喷雾干燥机中干燥,保证进风温度在180°C -200°C,出风温度700C _90°C,随后粉碎成300目-400目,获得粉末状中药组合物。

取党参23g、熟地29g、当归34g、太子参Hg、山药18g、扁豆17g、大枣16g、紫河车30g、何首乌13g、黄芪Hg、黄精38g、狼把草25g、平地木21g、功劳叶27g、金雀根36g、楮实子26g、补骨脂30g、沙苑子37g、菟丝子Hg、冬虫夏草12g、棉花子16g、桑葚子17g、龙眼肉15g、沙参32g、金瓜核15g、地莶根30g和小茜草8g ;混合均匀后,粉碎,向粉碎后的混合物中加1400g的水,煎煮2.5小时,过滤,滤渣中加入600g的水再次煎煮2小时,过滤,将两次滤液混合,减压浓缩至生药浓度为3g/ml的煎剂。

第四步,将制粒后的颗粒饲料冷却,即可获得所述鸡饲料。

(I)材料准备
实验鸡及场地选取:
选择安徽省巢湖市的I 7个鸡场为实验基地,随机选取I日龄雏鸡180只,作为治疗对比试验对象。另随机选取该17个鸡场健康I日龄雏鸡180只作为预防对比试验对象。

对安徽省巢湖市17个养鸡场的20只传染性贫血病死鸡进行剖检,无菌采取病鸡的胸腺、骨髓、脾脏等组织,将采集的病料用灭菌PBS研磨,终浓度1000 μ /ml的双抗37°C下作用30min,反复冻融3_4次,离心,上清液加入50%体积分数氯仿作用15min,期间不停振摇,70°C处理5min,离心,上清液经0.22 μ m滤膜过滤,置低温冰箱冻存,备用。
[0067] (3)预防对比实验:
将随机挑选的180只I日龄健康雏鸡随机分成3组(对照组1、对照组2和实施例组),其中,对照组I和对照组2分别使用传统鸡饲料饲喂鸡,实施例组使用实施例5中的饲料I饲喂鸡,喂养3天后,对对照组I和实施例组进行人工感染用备用的培养物的5倍稀释液,腹腔注射0.3mL/只,观察记录各组鸡的发病率及死亡率,结果如表1所示。

从表1的数据可知:本发明含有中药组合物的饲料对鸡传染性贫血病有明显的预防效果。
[0069] (4)治疗对比试验:
用过滤的上清液腹腔注射的180只I日龄雏鸡随机分成3组(中药治疗组、西药治疗组、空白对照组),出现临床症状后服用不同药,其中,中药治疗组选用实施例4的中药组合物3,药量为每只每日0.5g,治疗14天;西药治疗组选用氯霉素10mg/mL、氟哌酸20mg/mL进行颈部注射,治疗14天;空白对照组不喂任何药物。观察记录各组肉鸡的发病率、治愈率和死亡率,结果如表2所示。

从表2的数据可知:本发明中药组合物对鸡传染性贫血治疗效果明显优于西药治疗组,降低死亡率,提高治愈率。

1.一种用于防治鸡传染性贫血的鸡饲料,其特征在于,包括基础饲料、微量元素添加剂和中药添加剂,所述中药添加剂中各原料药的重量份数比为:党参18-41重量份、熟地15-32重量份、当归20-37重量份、太子参10-24重量份、山药7_23重量份、扁豆15-29重量份、大枣9-25重量份、紫河车18-33重量份、何首乌11-25重量份、黄芪8_20重量份、黄精25-40重量份、狼把草11-28重量份、平地木15-35重量份、功劳叶22-33重量份、金雀根27-39重量份、楮实子15-30重量份、补骨脂21-35重量份、沙苑子28-40重量份、菟丝子12-26重量份、冬虫夏草10-25重量份、棉花子13-29重量份、桑葚子14-27重量份、龙眼肉11-24重量份、沙参21-36重量份、金瓜核12-29重量份、地莶根18-34重量份和小茜草7_15重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于防治鸡传染性贫血的鸡饲料,其特征在于,所述鸡饲料中各成分的重量分数比为:基础饲料100重量份,微量元素添加剂0.001-0.01重量份,中药添加剂14-33重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于防治鸡传染性贫血的鸡饲料,其特征在于,所述基础饲料包括豆柏、小麦麸皮、玉米中的一种或几种混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于防治鸡传染性贫血的鸡饲料,其特征在于,所述微量元素添加剂包括铁、锰、锌、铜中的一种或几种混合。
5.根据权利要求1一4任一所述的用于防治鸡传染性贫血的鸡饲料,其特征在于,所述中药添加剂中各原料药的重量份数比为:党参20-35重量份、熟地20-32重量份、当归25-35重量份、太子参10-20重量份、山药7-19重量份、扁豆15-27重量份、大枣12-22重量份、紫河车20-30重量份、何首乌13-21重量份、黄芪9-17重量份、黄精30-40重量份、狼把草14-26重量份、平地木18-32重量份、功劳叶25-33重量份、金雀根30-39重量份、楮实子18-27重量份、补骨脂25-33重量份、沙苑子30-38重量份、菟丝子14-22重量份、冬虫夏草12-20重量份、棉花子15-26重量份、桑葚子16-25重量份、龙眼肉13-21重量份、沙参24-33重量份、金瓜核14-26重量份、地莶根20-32重量份和小茜草7_12重量份。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的防治鸡传染性贫血的鸡饲料,其特征在于,所述基础饲料中各组分的重量份数比为:玉米30-45份、豆柏20-45份、小麦麸皮30-50份。
7.根据权利要求1一6任一所述的用于防治鸡传染性贫血的鸡饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: 第一步,将基础饲料粉碎成100-200目的粉末; 第二步,将所述中药添加剂中各原料药按比例混合,进行炭炒70分钟,随后加入相对于混合物质量6倍的醇浓度为94%乙醇溶液,加热回流提取2.5小时,获得第一提取液,过滤,获得第一过滤液,滤渣再次加入相对于其质量5倍的醇浓度为85%乙醇溶液,加热回流提取2.0小时,获得第二提取液,过滤,获得第二过滤液,将过滤液合并,减压浓缩除去乙醇,获得干膏体,随后采用粉碎机粉碎,粉碎粒度265-310目,获得粉末状的所述中药添加剂; 第三步,将第一步获得的基础饲料、第二步获得的中药添加剂、微量元素添加剂投入混合机中混合,送入调制解调器中通入105-120°C的水蒸气调制10-15分钟,然后在110-116°C的温度下进入挤压膨化制粒机制粒; 第四步,将制粒后的颗粒饲料冷却,即可获得所述鸡饲料。
8.一种用于防治鸡传染性贫血的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述中药组合物中各原料药的重量份数比为:党参18-41重量份、熟地15-32重量份、当归20-37重量份、太子参10-24重量份、山药7-23重量份、扁豆15-29重量份、大枣9_25重量份、紫河车18-33重量份、何首乌11-25重量份、黄芪8-20重量份、黄精25-40重量份、狼把草11_28重量份、平地木15-35重量份、功劳叶22-33重量份、金雀根27-39重量份、楮实子15-30重量份、补骨脂21-35重量份、沙 苑子28-40重量份、菟丝子12-26重量份、冬虫夏草10_25重量份、棉花子13-29重量份、桑葚子14-27重量份、龙眼肉11-24重量份、沙参21-36重量份、金瓜核12-29重量份、地莶根18-34重量份和小茜草7-15重量份。
9.根据权利要求7所述的用于防治鸡传染性贫血的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述中药组合物散剂的制备方法包括: 第一步,将所述中药组合物中的各组分按比例混合,投入粉碎机进行粉碎或直接切碎,装入煎煮容器中,加入适量水使其浸没药材,浸泡10-25分钟后,加热至沸腾40-70分钟后,分离煎出液,药渣再次加水进行煎煮2-3次,分离收集每次的煎出液,再经过过滤后,取滤液弃滤渣; 第二步,待滤液冷却后,加入相对于浓缩后液体重量1-2倍的醇浓度为80-90%乙醇,充分混合均匀,放置过夜,使其沉淀,次日取其上清液过滤后得到滤液,沉淀物用醇浓度为50-60%的乙醇洗净,收集洗液并与滤液合并,减压收回乙醇后,移置放冷处,静置0.5-1小时,使沉淀完全,过滤,滤液低温蒸发,获得膏状物; 第三步:将膏状物放入喷雾干燥机中干燥,保证进风温度在180°C -200°C,出风温度700C _90°C,随后粉碎成300目-400目,获得粉末状中药组合物。
