本发明为克服上述缺点而提供一种能够充分发挥牛肉的药性,适合四季食用,且具有补脾胃作用的牛肉火锅汤料。

一种牛肉火锅补脾胃汤料,由以下重量份的原料组成:土豆4~20份、葛根4~20份、饭豆4~12份、龙眼肉4~10份、党参4~8份、杜仲2~6份、大枣2~6份、甘草2~6份、白术2~4份、白芷2~4份、半夏1~2份、草豆蔻1~2份、黄精2~4份、火麻仁1~3份、茯苓1~3份、砂仁1~2份、川芎1~2份、山楂0.6~1份、淫羊藿0.6~1份、覆盆子0.6~1份、芡实0.6~1份、桂皮0.6~1份、干姜0.6~1份、丁香0.6~1份、八角茴香0.6~1份;

杜仲:性味甘、温,补肝肾、强筋骨。
大枣:性味甘、温,有补中益气、养血安神功能。
甘草:性味甘、平,益气补中、清热解毒。
半夏:性味辛、温,燥湿化痰、降逆止呕、消痞散结。
草豆蔻:性味辛、温,燥湿温中、除痰截疟。
白术:性味甘苦、温,补脾益胃、燥湿和中。
白芷:性味辛、温,散风通湿、通窍止痛、消肿排脓。
黄精:性味甘、平,补气养阴、健脾益胃润肺。
火麻仁:性味甘、平,润肠通便。
川芎:性味辛、温,活血行气,祛风止痛。
桂皮:性味辛、温,暖脾胃、散风寒、通血脉。
干姜:性味辛、热,温中散寒,回阳通脉,温肺化饮。
丁香:性味辛、温,温脾胃、降通气。
八角茴香:性味辛、温,温中理气、健胃止呕。
本发明的产品充分发挥各原料之间的相互协调的作用,综上述土豆、葛根、饭豆、龙眼肉、党参、杜仲、大枣、黄精等性平温、归脾胃经的原料药材的功效特点,本发明具有良好的补脾益胃作用,脾胃相反相生,脾胃同补更能达到相互促进的作用;本发明的突出作用还在于,本发明选用的丁香、干姜、桂皮、川芎、半夏、草豆蔻等味辛的归脾胃药材,有温暖脾胃、行气行血、通血脉的作用,使本发明的补脾胃功效事半功倍;同时,由于所选的原料药材大都属于性平或性温,其中的大枣和甘草还具有调和缓和药性的作用,故适合四季食用。
