本发明公开了一种汽车举升机,包括立柱、机箱和液压泵,所述机箱内设有液压泵,所述机箱的右侧设有立柱,所述立柱的顶部内腔均设有所转轴,所述立柱的内腔均设有承重节盘,所述横顶杠的正面均连接有活动套索,所述横顶杠的顶部设有警报器,所述警报器的顶部设有警报闪灯,所述活动套索的底部均设有固定栓,所述横跨底杠的正面均连接有爬坡板,所述横跨底杠的背面均设有主活动架,所述主活动架的顶部连接有支撑平台,所述支撑平台的顶部两侧均设有栏杆,本发明设备的机动性强,工作效率高,安全性也高,适合推广使用。

本发明涉及汽车修理设备电机技术领域,具体为一种汽车举升机。
背景技术
随着科学的进步,经济市场的扩大带动了各个行业的技术发展,汽车行业中的修理设备也越来越先进,现如今,市场上已经出现了举升机,但是其机体机动性较差,举升过程缓慢,工作速度差,效率低,上升过极其的不稳定,使用过程中机体容易受损,给技工带来了麻烦,并且在举升的过程中也会出现受力不均,会使得汽车车体倾斜或是翻倒,造成了极大的安全隐患,不但会耽搁工期,影响工作的进程和效率,同时也会影响健康和安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车举升机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车举升机,包括立柱、机箱和液压泵,所述机箱内设有液压泵,所述机箱的的右侧设有立柱,所述立柱的顶部内腔均设有转轴,所述立柱的内腔均设有设有承重节盘,所述立柱的底部均设有机脚,所述机箱的内腔底部设有驱动电机,所述机箱的正面设有操作平板,所述立柱的顶部均连接有横顶杠,所述横顶杠的正面均连接有活动套索,所述横顶杠的顶部设有警报器,所述警报器的顶部设有警报闪灯,所述活动套索的底部均设有固定栓,所述立柱的底部均设有横跨底杠,所述横跨底杠的正面均连接有爬坡板,所述横跨底杠的背面均设有主活动架,所述主活动架的顶部连接有支撑平台,所述支撑平台的顶部两侧均设有栏杆。
优选的,所述立柱有四根,成矩形分布。
优选的,所述横顶杠的内腔均设有导轨。
优选的,所述主活动架的两侧顶部均设有卡口,所述卡口的顶部连接有拉索,所述横跨底杠的内腔设有伸缩杆。
优选的,所述主活动架的内腔设有防滑塞。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该汽车举升机,有四根立柱,且立柱成矩形分布,充分的保证了上升过程中的受力平衡和稳定性,其中警报器和警报闪灯的设置是为了提示技工,避免出现意外,在机体有问题时强行操作机体,警报器会发出警报,横顶杠的内腔均设有导轨,这种设置是为了方便活动套索的的运行,主活动架的两侧顶部均设有卡口,卡口的顶部连接有拉索,横跨底杠的内腔设有伸缩杆,拉索通过卡口带动主活动架上升,当上升到需要高度时,伸缩杆伸出,并伸入到承重接盘内,保证了整个集体的稳定性,主活动架的内腔设有防滑塞,是为了在上升的过程中防止汽车滑出平台,本发明设备的机动性强,工作效率高,安全性也高,适合推广使用。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种汽车举升机,包括立柱1、机箱2和液压泵3,机箱2内设有液压泵3,机箱2的的右侧设有立柱1,立柱1的顶部内腔均设有转轴4,立柱1的内腔均设有设有承重节盘14,立柱1的底部均设有机脚20,机箱2的内腔底部设有驱动电机6,机箱2的正面设有操作平板5,立柱1的顶部均连接有横顶杠9,横顶杠9的正面均连接有活动套索11,横顶杠9的顶部设有警报器8,警报器8的顶部设有警报闪灯7,活动套索11的底部均设有固定栓12,立柱1的底部均设有横跨底杠18,横跨底杠18的正面均连接有爬坡板19,横跨底杠18的背面均设有主活动架17,主活动架17的顶部连接有支撑平台22,支撑平台22的顶部两侧均设有栏杆23,机动性强,立柱1有四根,成矩形分布,稳定性好,横顶杠9的内腔均设有导轨10工作效率高,工作主活动架17的两侧顶部均设有卡口15,卡口15的顶部连接有拉索13,横跨底杠18的内腔设有伸缩杆16,进一步的提高了机动性,主活动架17的内腔设有防滑塞21,安全防护性强,本发明设备在启动前,首先将汽车沿爬坡板19上支撑平台22,再将悬挂于横顶杠9的活动套索11下拉,用固定栓12将汽车车轮固定后,启动举升机,启动后防滑塞21会从主活动架17内腔升起堵住车轮,再者驱动电机6做工带动液压泵3,从而带动转轴4,转起拉索13,在带动主活动架17,使整个支撑平台22升起,到一定高度后,伸缩杠16升入承重节盘14内,停止上升,下降时伸缩杠16缩进主活动架17,拉索13下放,支撑平台22下降。

1.一种汽车举升机,包括立柱(1)、机箱(2)和液压泵(3),其特征在于:所述机箱(2)内设有液压泵(3),所述机箱(2)的的右侧设有立柱(1),所述立柱(1)的顶部内腔均设有转轴(4),所述立柱(1)的内腔均设有设有承重节盘(14),所述立柱(1)的底部均设有机脚(20),所述机箱(2)的内腔底部设有驱动电机(6),所述机箱(2)的正面设有操作平板(5),所述立柱(1)的顶部均连接有横顶杠(9),所述横顶杠(9)的正面均连接有活动套索(11),所述横顶杠(9)的顶部设有警报器(8),所述警报器(8)的顶部设有警报闪灯(7),所述活动套索(11)的底部均设有固定栓(12),所述立柱(1)的底部均设有横跨底杠(18),所述横跨底杠(18)的正面均连接有爬坡板(19),所述横跨底杠(18)的背面均设有主活动架(17),所述主活动架(17)的顶部连接有支撑平台(22),所述支撑平台(22)的顶部两侧均设有栏杆(23)。
