技术领域
本发明涉及跨越架，具体涉及移动式快速拆卸跨越架。
背景技术
随着经济不断发展，电力建设投入不断增多；输电项目建设不断加大，线路施工频繁，由于受到地形、地貌及线路通道的影响，施工现场跨房屋、公路、铁路、码头、桥梁、运行的线路等现象越来越多。同时在处理线路缺陷以及输电线路跨越配电线路进行导线架设施工时，往往要对被跨越的配电线路进行停电处理，给广大客户的生产生活造成不便，也直接对企业的配网供电可靠性产生影响。为了保证供电可靠性，我们通常的做法是对施工线路的下层运行线路进行搭跨越架，满足线路施工时不停电，同时保护已有的线路。传统的跨越架，搭设周期长，对周围设施影响大，跨越架材料不能重复使用，经济效益较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：提供一种移动式快速拆卸跨越架，缩短施工周期，减少工程总量，减少施工现场对周围的影响，加快工程进度，减少停电时间，降低工程总成本。
本发明的技术解决方案是：该跨越架包括地面支撑架、折叠升降支架、绝缘操作平台和液压动力系统，折叠升降支架的底部安装固定在地面支撑架上，折叠升降支架的顶部安装固定绝缘操作平台，地面支撑架上安装液压动力系统，液压动力系统联接折叠升降支架，整体构成跨越架。
其中，地面支撑架的底部安装移动车轮。
其中，地面支撑架上连接牵引环。
其中，绝缘操作平台上安装放线滑轮，放线滑轮外设限位器。
移动时，通过牵引环将跨越架连接在牵引机车上，牵引机车将跨越架拉到施工现场，在施工地点固定地面支撑架；工作时，通过液压动力系统将折叠升降支架升起至需要高度，工作人员站在绝缘操作平台上，将跨越线路放置在放线滑轮上在限位器的配合下实施跨越操作。
本发明具有以下优点：1、符合配网施工发展需要和安全施工需要，具备一定的先进性，将改善配网施工的进度，缩短停电时间及抢修时间；2、结构简单，体积较小，移动方便，重量轻，易装卸及搭建。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，该跨越架包括地面支撑架1、折叠升降支架2、绝缘操作平台3和液压动力系统4，折叠升降支架2的底部安装固定在地面支撑架1上，折叠升降支架2的顶部安装固定绝缘操作平台3，地面支撑架1上安装液压动力系统4，液压动力系统4联接折叠升降支架2，整体构成跨越架。
其中，地面支撑架1的底部安装移动车轮5。
其中，地面支撑架1上连接牵引环6。
其中，绝缘操作平台2上安装放线滑轮7，放线滑轮7外设限位器8。
移动时，通过牵引环6经移动车轮5将跨越架连接在牵引机车上，牵引机车将跨越架拉到施工现场，在施工地点固定地面支撑架1；工作时，通过液压动力系统4将折叠升降支架2升起至需要高度，工作人员站在绝缘操作平台3上，将跨越线路放置在放线滑轮7上在限位器8的配合下实施跨越操作。

1.移动式快速拆卸跨越架，其特征在于：该跨越架包括地面支撑架（1）、折叠升降支架（2）、绝缘操作平台（3）和液压动力系统（4），折叠升降支架（2）的底部安装固定在地面支撑架（1）上，折叠升降支架（2）的顶部安装固定绝缘操作平台（3），地面支撑架（1）上安装液压动力系统（4），液压动力系统（4）联接折叠升降支架（2），整体构成跨越架。
