Abstract

本发明公开了一种玻璃模具口模铣螺牙夹具,包括口模、塞规、压板、夹具体和偏心轴,塞规与口模之间采用螺纹连接,压板穿过塞规放置于口模内腔口环中,压板下端与夹具体内的拉头螺纹连接,偏心轴穿过夹具体和拉头。将夹具体安装在机床回转分度台上,安装好偏心轴并锁紧,将塞规安装到夹具体中并旋紧,将待加工半片口模靠紧塞规,调整偏心轴使其处于松开状态,旋转压板使其压住口模,将另一半片口模紧靠塞规,使整个口模配成整体,将加工好的螺牙刀安装到刀柄上,将整个口模套在塞规外侧,口模外侧安装圆形抱箍锁紧口模,转动偏心轴锁紧口模。本发明夹具配件加工简单,实用性强,解决了螺牙高低错位现象,减少加工时间,降低员工工作强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及工装夹具技术领域,具体是一种玻璃模具口模铣螺牙夹具及其加工方法。
背景技术
玻璃模具的口模是由两半模具组成,通过三角筋或是凹凸模的方式配合成一个整体。口模牙型多种多样,有单条螺旋线、多条螺旋线、和多头线型,螺牙形成质量的好坏直接影响灌装后瓶盖封口紧密效果。由于口模螺牙线形各异,不能车加工成形,并且单片铣加工会造成螺牙合缝面结合处高低错位现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种玻璃模具口模铣螺牙夹具及其加工方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种玻璃模具口模铣螺牙夹具,包括口模、塞规、压板、夹具体和偏心轴,所述塞规安装在口模下端,且塞规与口模之间采用螺纹连接,所述压板穿过塞规放置于口模内腔口环中,所述口模安装在夹具体上,所述夹具体中心安装有拉头,所述压板下端与夹具体内的拉头螺纹连接,所述偏心轴穿过夹具体和拉头,所述偏心轴的中间圆台为偏心台阶,偏心轴的上下两个圆台同轴。
一种玻璃模具口模铣螺牙加工方法,具体步骤如下:(1)将夹具体的中心孔与机床回转分度台的中心孔紧配,夹具体的四个槽口与回转分度台的锁紧槽对正,并用T型螺钉将回转分度台与夹具体连接一起;(2)偏心轴从夹具体大孔一端穿进,穿过拉头后由小孔一端穿出,在偏心轴直径小的一端安装一圆柱销或钢筋环;(3)将塞规安装到夹具体中,用冲子按锁紧方向敲冲塞规上台阶端面,使塞规与夹具体配合旋紧;(4)连接压板与拉头,旋转压板以调整压板与塞规之间的间隔,将待加工半片口模靠紧塞规,压板放置于口模内腔口环位置,调整偏心轴使其处于松开状态,旋转压板使其压住口模但不压紧,同时将另一半片口模也紧靠塞规,使整个口模配成整体,旋转偏心轴锁紧口模;(5)将加工好的螺牙刀安装到专用刀柄上,螺牙刀与刀柄采用螺纹配合;(6)将整个口模套在塞规外侧,口模外侧安装一个圆形抱箍锁紧口模,转动偏心轴锁紧口模。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:(1)本发明夹具配件加工简单,可以随时更换,实用性强,适合玻璃模具行业口模螺牙加工应用及推广;(2)本发明加工方法适用于各种牙型,且解决了螺牙高低错位现象;(3)本发明装夹方法简单,一次安装一付模具以减少上、下工件次数,且采用合缝线对夹具线的方式除首付对刀,其余口模不需对刀,减少加工时间,降低员工工作强度。

请参阅图1~8,本发明实施例中,一种玻璃模具口模铣螺牙夹具,包括口模6、塞规2、压板1、夹具体3和偏心轴4,塞规2安装在口模6下端,且塞规2与口模6之间采用螺纹连接,定位基准采用轴孔配合方式,保证塞规2与夹具体3同轴,压板1穿过塞规2放置于口模6内腔口环中,口模6安装在夹具体3上,夹具体3中心安装有拉头5,压板下端与夹具体3内的拉头5螺纹连接,偏心轴4穿过夹具体3和拉头5,偏心轴4的中间圆台为偏心台阶,偏心轴4的上下两个圆台同轴。
塞规2按口模6尺寸配做,配合尺寸控制在0至0.04mm之间为宜,压板尺寸按口模6配口环处尺寸加工,直径小2~4mm,高度小1~2mm。
螺牙刀具加工:先车加工一个螺牙刀体,在车好的螺牙刀铣平面低于中心2-3mm,将线切割切好的硬质合金刀头焊接到螺牙刀铣好的平面上,按口模6图纸螺牙形状尺寸线切割成形刀具。
一种玻璃模具口模铣螺牙加工方法,具体步骤如下:(1)将夹具体3的中心孔与机床回转分度台的中心孔紧配,夹具体3的四个槽口与回转分度台的锁紧槽对正,并用T型螺钉将回转分度台与夹具体3连接一起;(2)偏心轴4从夹具体3大孔一端穿进,穿过拉头5后由小孔一端穿出,在偏心轴4直径小的一端安装一圆柱销或钢筋环;(3)将塞规2安装到夹具体3中,用冲子按锁紧方向敲冲塞规2上台阶端面,使塞规2与夹具体3配合旋紧;(4)连接压板1与拉头5,旋转压板1以调整压板1与塞规2之间的间隔,将待加工半片口模靠紧塞规2,压板1放置于口模6内腔口环位置,调整偏心轴4使其处于松开状态,旋转压板1使其压住口模6但不压紧,同时将另一半片口模也紧靠塞规2,使整个口模6配成整体,旋转偏心轴4锁紧口模6,锁紧口模6力度的大小以及上下件的间隔大小可以通过调整压板1的高度来调整;(5)将加工好的螺牙刀7安装到专用刀柄上,螺牙刀7与刀柄采用螺纹配合,为能锁紧螺牙刀7,将螺牙刀圆台处铣方,方便使用扳手锁紧;(6)将整个口模6套在塞规2外侧,口模6外侧安装一个圆形抱箍锁紧口模6,转动偏心轴4锁紧口模6。

1.一种玻璃模具口模铣螺牙夹具的加工方法,其特征在于,该玻璃模具口模铣螺牙夹具,包括口模、塞规、压板、夹具体和偏心轴,所述塞规安装在口模下端,且塞规与口模之间采用螺纹连接,所述压板穿过塞规放置于口模内腔口环中,所述口模安装在夹具体上,所述夹具体中心安装有拉头,所述压板下端与夹具体内的拉头螺纹连接,所述偏心轴穿过夹具体和拉头,所述偏心轴的中间圆台为偏心台阶,偏心轴的上下两个圆台同轴;
