本发明公开了一种预防心脑血管疾病的保健茶,由下述按重量份配比计的野生葛根70-80,银杏叶4-6,山楂4-6,丹参9-11,枸杞2-4,荷叶1-3,玉米须4-6组成,其中,野生葛根为新鲜野生葛根,其它原料为干品。本保健茶中含有黄酮类物质和其他对人体有益的氨基酸、微量元素、生物碱、有机酸等成分,而且原料均为纯天然植物,无毒副作用,具有明显的改善心脑血管循环,经常饮用,可预防心脑血管疾病,有益于身心健康。

本发明涉及保健食品,具体是一种预防心脑血管疾病的保健茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
心脑血管疾病是严重危害人民身体健康的疾病,死亡率高,致残率高,而心脑血管疾病又是一种可以预防的疾病,只要平时注意科学饮食和合理运动,可以大大降低心血管病的发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种预防心脑血管疾病的保健茶及其制备方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种预防心脑血管疾病的保健茶,由下述按重量份配比计的原料组成:
野生葛根70-80
银杏叶4-6
山楂4-6
丹参9-11
枸杞2-4
荷叶1-3
玉米须4-6,
其中,野生葛根为新鲜野生葛根,其它原料为干品。
上述组方中的野生葛根含有12%的黄酮类化合物,野生葛根的黄酮含量是一般栽培葛根的黄酮含量11倍之多,葛根总黄酮和葛根素能改善心肌的氧代谢,同时能扩张血管,改善微循环,防止高血压、动脉硬化,还具有明显的降糖降脂的作用,对滋身健体、抗衰老、延年益寿具有明显效果。
所述的银杏叶中含有天然活性黄酮及苦内脂等多种对人体有益的成份,具有溶解胆固醇,扩张血管的作用,对改善脑功能障碍,防止动脉硬化,高血压有明显效果。
所述的丹参,具有活血祛瘀,通经止痛,清心除烦,凉血消痈的作用,对冠心病、高血压、高血脂等有很好的疗效。
所述的山楂,其有效成分是有机酸、山楂黄酮,这些物质具有降血脂,降血压,强心,抗心肌铁血,助消化等功能,既是食材又是药材。
所述的枸杞,归心,肝经,具有活血祛瘀,通经止痛,凉血消痈的功效;
所述荷叶,含生物碱、黄酮甙、有机酸,归心、肝脾经,具有消暑利湿,健脾升阳,散瘀止血的功效。
本保健茶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份比配称料,野生葛根为鲜品,其它原料为干品;
(2)将原料混合放入锅内,加原料总重量3倍量的水,敞开煮2小时,然后加盖再煮1.5小时;
(3)将上述混合液沉淀2小时;
(4)取上清液浓缩至1.25-1.3波美度的浸膏;
(5)将浸膏在小于90℃的温度下烘干,打成细粉,分装即成。
服用方法是:每次1-2g,冲开水50-100ml作茶饮,每天2-3次。
本保健茶中含有黄酮类物质和其他对人体有益的氨基酸、微量元素、生物碱、有机酸等成分,而且原料均为纯天然植物,无毒副作用,具有明显的改善心脑血管循环,经常饮用,可预防心脑血管疾病,有益于身心健康。
具体实施方式
实施例:
一种预防心脑血管疾病的保健茶,采用下述步骤制备:
(1)按重量称取洗净的新鲜野生葛根77kg、干银杏叶5kg,干山楂4kg,干丹参10kg,枸杞2kg,荷叶1kg,玉米须5kg;
(2)将原料混合放入锅内,加原料总重量3倍量的水,敞开煮2小时,然后加盖再煮1.5小时;
(3)将步骤(2)煮好的混合液在贮存罐内沉淀2小时;
(4)取上清液浓缩至1.25-1.3波美度的浸膏;
(5)将浸膏放入烘烤箱内,在90℃的温度烘干,打成100目的细粉,分装即成。
应用实例1:
蒋××,女,76岁,阵发性头痛,头晕10年,睡眠不好,医院诊断大脑循环缺血,服用本保健茶2个月后,症状基本消失,睡眠好,精神好,步伐稳健。
应用实施2:
李××,男,61岁,体检发现心肌缺血2年,平时偶尔出现胸闷,胸痛,服用本保健茶1个月后,症状基本消失,没有再发作。

1.一种预防心脑血管疾病的保健茶,其特征是:由下述按重量份配比计的原料组成:
野生葛根70-80
银杏叶4-6
山楂4-6
丹参9-11
枸杞2-4
荷叶1-3
玉米须4-6,
其中,野生葛根为新鲜野生葛根,其它原料为干品。
2.权利要求1所述保健茶的制备方法,其特征是:包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份比配称料,野生葛根为鲜品,其它原料为干品;
(2)将原料混合放入锅内,加原料总重量3倍量的水,敞开煮2小时,然后加盖再煮1.5小时;
(3)将上述混合液沉淀2小时;
(4)取上清液浓缩至1.25-1.3波美度的浸膏;
(5)将浸膏在小于90℃的温度下烘干,打成细粉,分装即成。
