本发明公开了一种玉米保健饮料及其制备方法,该玉米保健饮料由5-10份新鲜玉米、2-3份去核大枣、1-2份枸杞子、1-2份麦片、2—3份蜂蜜、15—30份水制成;它的制备方法是:取上述份数的新鲜玉米粒用水洗净,放入锅里蒸熟或者煮熟,然后剥粒放入豆浆机中,取上述份数的去核大枣、枸杞子用水洗净,也放入豆浆机中,同时加入麦片和水磨浆后用120目过滤,将蜂蜜倒入滤液搅拌均匀后即为成品。本玉米保健饮料具有美容、滋补、免疫调节、促消化等保健养生功能,口感香甜,适合日常保健饮用。

本发明涉及饮料制备领域,具体涉及一种玉米保健饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着时代的发展,饮料已成为人们日常生活中的必需品。目前,人们所饮用的饮料一般采用水果为主要原料,如果茶等饮料;或者以蔬菜及醋等制成的饮料。这些饮料虽然解决了普通饮料缺乏维生素和微量元素的问题,但其营养成分还是偏低,特别缺少植物纤维素。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种营养均衡、补充热量、增强身体抵抗力的一种玉米保健饮料。
为达到上述目的,本发明的玉米保健饮料,以重量份数计,由下列物质制成:
新鲜玉米粒:5-10份,
去核大枣:2-3份,
枸杞子:1-2份,
麦片:1-2份,
蜂蜜:2—3份,
水:15—30份。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供上述玉米保健饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
A取上述份数的新鲜玉米用水洗净,放入锅里蒸熟或者煮熟,然后剥粒放进豆浆机中放入豆浆机中;
B取上述份数的去核大枣、枸杞子用水洗净,放入A步的豆浆机中,同时加入麦片和水磨浆后用120目过滤,将上述份数的蜂蜜倒入滤液搅拌均匀后即为成品。
本发明玉米保健饮料以主料新鲜玉米和辅料去核大枣、枸杞子、麦片、蜂蜜、水制备而成,具有美容、滋补、免疫调节、促消化等保健养生功能,口感香甜,适合日常保健饮用。而玉米中所含的丰富的植物纤维素具有刺激胃肠蠕动、加速粪便排泄的特性,可防治便秘、肠炎、肠癌等;能束缚及阻碍过量的葡萄糖的吸收,起到抑制饭后血糖升高的作用;纤维素还可以抑制脂肪吸收,降低血脂水平,预防和改善冠心病、肥胖、胆结石症的发生;而蜂蜜是一种营养丰富的天然滋养食品,也是最常用的滋补品之一;蜂蜜含有与人体血清浓度相近的多种无机盐和维生素、铁、钙、铜、锰、钾、磷等多种有机酸和有益人体健康的微量元素,以及果糖、葡萄糖、淀粉酶、氧化酶、还原酶等,具有滋养、润燥、解毒、美白养颜、润肠通便之功效;而枸杞子含有丰富的胡萝卜素、多种维生素和钙、铁等健康眼睛的必需营养物质,故有明目之功;而麦片含有植物纤维,可以改善血液循环,缓解生活工作带来的压力。
相对于现有技术,本发明的优点如下:
1、本发明所制成的玉米饮料,会具有一种浓郁的玉米香味,食用起来却甜而不腻,非常适合平时喜欢食用粗粮的朋友。
2、本品在制作过程中食材易取,制作工艺简单,因此更易于市场推广,也是一种适合人们在家制作享用的饮料。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明一种玉米保健饮料及其制备方法作进一步说明;
实施例1:
A取5份的新鲜玉米用水洗净,放入锅里蒸熟或者煮熟,然后剥粒放入豆浆机中;
B取2份的去核大枣、1份的枸杞子用水洗净,放入A步的豆浆机中,同时加入1份的麦片和15份的水磨浆后用120目过滤,将2份的蜂蜜倒入滤液搅拌均匀后即为成品。
实施例2:
A取7份的新鲜玉米用水洗净,放入锅里蒸熟或者煮熟,然后剥粒放入豆浆机中;
B取2份的去核大枣、1份的枸杞子用水洗净,放入A步的豆浆机中,同时加入1份的麦片和20份的水磨浆后用120目过滤,将3份的蜂蜜倒入滤液搅拌均匀后即为成品。
实施例3:
A取8份的新鲜玉米粒用水洗净,放入锅里蒸熟或者煮熟,然后剥粒放入豆浆机中;
B取3份的去核大枣、2份的枸杞子用水洗净,放入A步的豆浆机中,同时加入2份的麦片和20份的水磨浆后用120目过滤,将3份的蜂蜜倒入滤液搅拌均匀后即为成品。
实施例4:
A取10份的新鲜玉米粒用水洗净,放入锅里蒸熟或者煮熟,然后剥粒放入豆浆机中;
B取3份的去核大枣、2份的枸杞子用水洗净,放入A步的豆浆机中,同时加入2份的麦片和30份的水磨浆后用120目过滤,将3份的蜂蜜倒入滤液搅拌均匀后即为成品。

1.一种玉米保健饮料,以重量份数计,由下列物质制成:
新鲜玉米:5-10份,
去核大枣:2-3份,
枸杞子:1-2份,
麦片:1-2份,
蜂蜜:2—3份。
2.水:15—30份。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的玉米保健饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
A取上述份数的新鲜玉米用水洗净,放入锅里蒸熟或者煮熟,然后剥粒放进豆浆机中;
B取上述份数的去核大枣、枸杞子用水洗净,放入A步的豆浆机中,同时加入麦片和水磨浆后用120目过滤,将上述份数的蜂蜜倒入滤液搅拌均匀后即为成品。
