Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在产物中进行机械、化学和/或热过程的装置,产物处于壳体内,该壳体具有混合及清洁元件或者在至少一轴上的输送元件,通过这些元件将产物自进口输送至排出装置。
背景技术
这种装置还可称为混合捏合机。这类装置可用于诸多不同用途。首先言及包括溶剂回收的蒸发过程,可成批或连续且通常还在真空下实现这种蒸发过程。据此,例如可用于处理蒸馏残渣,特别是甲苯二异氰酸酯,还可用于处理化学及制药生产中产生的具有毒性或高沸点溶剂的产物残留、清洗剂及涂料污泥、聚合物溶液、在溶液聚合中产生的弹性体溶液、粘合剂及密封剂。
利用设备可进一步用于连续或成批对水润湿和/或溶剂润湿的产物进行接触式干燥,通常同样在真空下进行该过程。特别考虑应用于颜料、染料、精细化学品、盐、氧化物、氢氧化物、抗氧化剂等添加剂、热敏性药剂及维生素制品、活性物质、聚合物、合成橡胶、聚合物悬浮液、乳胶、水凝胶、蜡、杀虫剂及化学或制药生产中产生的如盐、催化剂、残渣或废液等残留物。这种方法还可应用于食品加工,例如在制造和/或处理砖乳、代糖、淀粉衍生物及藻酸盐的过程中用于处理工业污泥、油泥、生物污泥、纸污泥、涂料污泥并普遍用于处理粘性、成壳、黏糊状产物、废料及纤维素衍生物。
在混合捏合机中,通常可在熔体中连续发生聚缩反应,主要用于处理聚酰胺、聚酯、聚醋酸盐、聚酰亚胺、热塑性塑料、弹性体、硅树脂、脲醛树脂、酚醛树脂、除垢剂及废料。举例而言,在甲基丙烯酸衍生物的本体聚合之后,聚合物熔体产生聚缩反应。
还可发生聚合反应,同样地,该聚合反应通常也是连续进行。这应用于聚丙烯酸酯、水凝胶、热塑性聚合物、弹性体、间规聚苯乙烯及聚丙烯酰胺。
在混合捏合机中,可发生脱气和/或脱挥发份作用。这应用于单体聚合(共聚)之后或者聚酯或聚酰胺熔体缩合之后的聚合物熔体、用于合成纤维的纺丝液以及固态的聚合体或弹性体颗粒或粉末。
更广泛而言,可在混合捏合机中发生固相、液相或多相反应。这特别适用于氢氟酸、硬脂酸盐、氰化物、聚磷酸盐、三聚氰酸、纤维素衍生物、纤维素酯、纤维素醚、聚缩醛树脂、磺胺酸、铜酞菁、淀粉衍生物、聚磷酸铵、磺酸盐、杀虫剂和肥料处理中的逆反应。
此外,还可发生固态/气态反应(如羧化作用)或液态/气态反应。这应用于处理乙酸酯、酸、科尔伯-施密特反应(Kolbe-Schmitt-Reaktionen),例如BON、水杨酸钠、对羟基苯甲酸及药剂制品。
在中和反应及酯交换反应中发生液/液反应。
在这种类型的混合捏合机中对用于合成纤维、聚酰胺、聚酯及纤维素的纺丝液进行溶解和/或脱气。
在颜料的处理或生产中进行所谓的冲洗。
在聚酯、聚碳酸酯和聚酰胺的生产和处理中发生固态后缩聚,例如在如纤维素纤维等纤维的处理中利用溶剂连续制浆,在盐、精细化学品、多元醇、醇化物的处理中由熔体或由溶液结晶,在聚合物混合物、硅酮混合物、密封混合物、粉煤灰中(连续和/或分批)化合或混合,在聚合物悬浮液的处理中(尤其是连续)凝结。
在混合捏合机中,还可以结合多作用过程,例如加热、干燥、熔融、晶化、混合、脱气、反应,这些过程均可连续或分批进行。通过这种方式生产或处理聚合物、弹性体、无机产物、残留物、药品、食品及印刷油墨。
在混合捏合机中,还可发生真空升华/凝华,由此纯化化学预制品,例如蒽醌、金属氯化物、二茂铁、碘、有机金属化合物等。此外,还可生产医药中间体。
例如,在有机中间体(如蒽醌及精细化学品)中连续发生载气凝华。
实质上,单轴与双轴混合捏合机不同。举例而言,由第AT334328号、第CH658798A5号或第CH686406A5号专利文献已知一种单轴式混合捏合机。在此,在壳体内设置轴向延伸、装有盘状件且绕旋转轴在旋转方向上旋转的轴。这可使产物在传送方向上传输。在盘状件之间,配合件固定安装于壳体上。盘状件设置在垂直于捏合轴的平面内并在其间形成自由扇区,这些扇区与相邻盘状件的平面形成捏合室。
在第CH-A506322号专利文献中介绍一种多轴混合捏合机。其中,径向盘状件以及盘体间的轴向捏合杆位于轴上。在这些盘体之间,由另一轴啮合框架形状的混合捏合件。这些混合捏合件清洁第一轴的盘体及捏合杆。两轴上的捏合杆再清洁壳体内壁。
这种已知双轴混合捏合机的缺陷在于,由于壳体的8字形截面,两轴箱连接的部分具有薄弱处。在该部分,处理粘性产品和/或在压力下进行的过程中形成较高的应力,仅能通过复杂的构型措施对这种高应力进行控制。
举例而言,由第EP0517068B1号专利文献已知一种上述类型的混合捏合机。其中,两个轴向平行的轴在混合机壳中反向或同向旋转。由此,置于盘状件上的混合杆彼此相互作用。除混合功能之外,混合杆还旨在尽可能清洁与产物接触的混合机壳、轴及盘状件的表面,由此避免形成未混合区域。特别在高度压紧、产品硬化及成壳的情况下,混合杆可延及边缘的性能导致混合杆与轴的局部机械负荷过高。特别在混合杆作用于产物移动不畅的区域会出现这种力的峰值,特别在填充度很高的情况下,尤其是填充度不受控制地攀升至100%。例如,在盘状件装于轴上的位置即存在这种区域。
此外,由第DE19940521A1号专利文献已知一种上述类型的混合捏合机,其中在捏合杆区域内的携带件形成凹槽,由此使捏合杆在轴向具有尽可能长的长度。这类混合捏合机可极佳地自动清洁所有产物触及的壳体及轴的表面,但也具有捏合杆的携带件需根据捏合杆的轨迹形成凹槽等特点,这会导致携带件的结构复杂。由此,一方面导致制备过程成本过高,另一方面导致轴及支撑元件上的机械应力出现局部应力峰值,特别是在填充度升至近100%的情况下。这种应力峰值主要发生在锐缘凹槽及厚度变化的情况下,特别是在携带件焊于轴芯的区域内,由于材料疲劳触发轴及支承件的断裂。
第EP2181822A2号专利文献介绍一种挤出机,利用该挤出机可改变混合区与挤压区之间的大致中心位置的壳体截面。
第DE102007051923A1号专利文献也介绍一种用于处理聚合材料的挤出机,该挤出机具有第一螺旋传送器及第二螺旋传送器。明显可以看出,销钉可用于优化混合效率,特别取决于各自不同的材料。对此,可以改变销钉的位置或将其卸除。
第DE10 2006 051871 A1号专利文献描述一种用于散装物料的传输装置。在此,散装物料及液体混合在一起。混合器包含具有搅拌工具的轴。混合器还包括位于出口附近的挡流盘,该挡流盘安装成可以枢转。根据该挡流盘的位置,待混合的物料留在混合器内。通过这种方式,可为混合器内的待混合物料设定最佳的停留时间。
第EP0438772A1号专利文献描述一种具有容器的混合器,容器内设有混合机构。“挡板”式的预防回流设备设置于混合物料的出口之前。该预防回流设备用于调节容器内的给定填充度,即容器内混合物料层的高度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,更好地控制进口与排出装置之间产物的填充度。
为解决该技术问题,在壳体内设置固定的挡板以及可改变该壳体截面的缓冲板。
本发明优选应用于双轴式机械。根据本发明的构思还可考虑,将本发明应用于单轴式或多轴式机械。填充量本身可通过称重传感器得以控制,本发明主要涉及对填充度的控制。
对此,设置缓冲板,该缓冲板可根据产物的需求而使壳体(即通路)的自由截面变窄或扩宽。由此,可改变产物的停留时间,尤其是其填充度,并由此改变产物通过壳体的通过量,就此而言,对产物的处理过程当然也会受到影响(例如粒度)。通过调节缓冲板控制捏合强度并对产物的粒度产生积极作用
举例而言,在聚合反应中,将单体加入混合捏合机中并加以处理。可以液态的相态完成入料。在处理过程中,产物由于溶剂或诸如此类物质的蒸发而转化成粘性相态,最终甚至可能结粒。由此可能发生如下情况,粘性或糊状相区(Phase)越来越向挡板方向转移,然后会引起通路的堵塞。通过调整挡板或通路,可确定这种糊状相区在混合捏合机中的空间布置并使其受到限定。这还有助于于确保混合捏合机的操作安全性。特别地,甚至在粘性制剂的情况下,实践证明这种可调节的挡板特别有益。另一优势在于,所需的交联剂也明显更少。
较佳地,这种位置可调的缓冲板位于壳体与到排出装置的过渡部分之间的区域内,但根据本发明的构思亦可包括壳体内的其他位置。
缓冲板配备固定挡板,其中缓冲板可沿着该挡板移动。当然,挡板本身已在某种程度上使壳体截面变窄,但仍留出产物可畅通的通路。此后,经由位置可调的缓冲板使该通路的截面发生变化。
轴不仅贯穿壳体本身,还贯穿随后的排出装置,其中在排出装置区域内的轴上还额外设置其他的输送元件,这些输送元件可视需要进一步对产物进行处理。在优选的实施例中,就此可设置将产物向下压入排出装置的输送元件和/或向回输送产物的元件。据此,毫无疑问可避免在排出装置中发生堵塞。
轴本身分为至少两个温控区,向所述温控区施加调温介质。对此,可将调温介质调成不同温度,从而实现在一个区域加热产物,而在另一区域冷却产物。
在另一设置中,排出装置还配备专用的余汽排放口。其优势在于,排出装置中的产物本身仍被余汽围绕,这在一定程度上会使产物得到润滑,从而避免产物附着在排出装置的壁部上。
在进口与排出装置之间未设置任何聚汽室(Dom)/管接件(Stutzen)可以使机械在受控的高填充度条件下运行。这对于减少团块尤为重要。这种工作方式称作“无结块工艺”。

具体实施方式
根据本发明用于进行机械、化学和/或热过程的装置P包括壳体1,该壳体具有用于待处理产物的进口2。壳体1可构造成可加热的壳体,具有腔室(图中未示)的特定壳套3可为其提供加热,加热介质在所述腔室中流动。
壳体本身由两条轴4、5穿过,混合及清洁元件或输送元件6位于这两条轴上。轴4/5在输送方向x上延伸。在优选的实施例中,轴4/5构造成可加热轴,其中形成两个温控区,通过轴4/5中的壁部7将这两个温控区分开。通过这种方式,可由轴4的两侧将调温介质8和/或9输入轴内。
排出装置10邻接壳体1,该排出装置10例如可配备冷却套11。轴4还延伸穿过该排出装置10并在此配备其他输送元件,其中设置元件6.1和6.2,它们不同于元件6。元件6.1设有输送杆12.1,输送杆12.1与元件6的输送杆12不同,并未定位成一定角度。这表示,元件6.1或其输送杆12.1适用于将产物向下压入排出装置。
另一方面,元件6.2的输送杆12.2则与元件6的输送杆12的角度相反,从而其可使产物的传输方向对准输送杆12的输送方向x的相反方向。输送杆12.2用作向回输送的捏合杆,用以减轻端板的负荷。
在排出装置10的下部还设有余汽排放口13,其目的在于排放余汽和/或氮气。
可加热/可冷却的窥视镜(Schauglas)14置于排出装置10之上。该窥视镜14(构造成管接件)是用于管接件13的选装件,用以使余汽重新凝结(回流)或者将余汽和/或氮气导出。
在壳体1与排出装置10之间的过渡部分中,一方面设置固定的挡板15,另一方面设置缓冲板16(如图1中虚线所示)。在图2中可以看出,固定的挡板15封闭了大部分壳体截面。仅在上部仍留有为产物保持畅通的通道17。但还可进一步通过缓冲板16来缩减该通道17的截面,在如图所示的实施例中,该缓冲板16沿挡板15移动。通过侧面的导向轮18.1和18.2并通过销子19使该缓冲板移动,销子19嵌接于缓冲板16的长孔20中。如图所示,缓冲板16轮廓的至少一部分21配合壳体1的轮廓。
在壳体的侧面还可看出具有N2吹扫装置的进料双螺杆(EDS)22。其主要用于输入细粒/粉末。
本发明的工作原理如下:
将任意有待在装置P中进行机械、化学和/或热过程的产物加入进口2。产物随后进入带有输送杆12的元件6所在区域,输送杆12卷住产物并在输送方向x上继续传输产物。在传输期间,对产物进行搅拌、剪切等动作,并视需要同时加入引发剂、溶剂、催化剂等。
在壁部7前方的轴的第一区的范围内,产物不仅能够通过壳套3中的传热介质受热,还可另外通过轴中的传热介质受热。而在轴的第二区域内,则可视需要冷却产物,在轴4中且在其第二温控区内的控制在较低温度的介质或冷却介质会有助于此。
由于挡板15挡住产物,从而在产物进入排除装置10之前,会在该区域内进行力度非常大的混合捏合作用。根据产物的需求优化自由通道17,其中缓冲板16或多或少地减小或扩大该自由通道17。
随后,产物到达排除装置10中并在此由元件6、6.1和6.2压至排出装置10的下部,从而不会形成阻塞。对此,排出装置内部优选还涂覆PTFE,从而产物几乎不会发生粘着。仅在排出装置中才进行的余汽排放提供了更好的润滑。
在图3至图5中,可以看出壳体截面的其他可能变化形式。如图3所示,本发明的构思不仅限于双轴捏合机,毫无疑问还可用于单轴捏合机。倘若设置成两轴以上,则本发明的构思显然亦可用于这类混合捏合机。
根据图3,通过箭头23所示,挡板15.1亦可绕轴4/5变换其位置。在这种情况下,例如缓冲板16.1还可布置于轴4/5的左侧。该缓冲板当然也可布置于轴4/5的上方。图中所示的实施方案仅供举例说明。
根据图4,表示固定挡板15.2的另一实施例,该挡板15.2也局部围绕轴4或5。在挡板前后,可优选设置可绕轴4/5旋转布置的半圆形缓冲板16.2或16.3。在图中以虚线表示这两个缓冲板。
根据图5,还是设置固定的挡板15.2,该挡板15.2可通过多个不同的剑状缓冲板16.4至16.6来改变壳体其余自由空间的截面。
在进口与排出装置之间未设置任一聚汽室/管接件可提供以下可能性:机械可在受控的高填充度情况下工作。这对于可能减少团块尤为显要。这种工作方式还可称作“无结块工艺”。

Claims (7)
1.一种用于在产物中进行机械、化学和/或热过程的装置,该产物位于壳体(1)内,该壳体(1)具有混合及清洁元件或至少一轴(4、5)上的输送元件(6),并且所述产物可通过所述元件(6)自进口(2)传送至排出装置(10),
其特征在于:
在所述壳体(1)内设置固定的挡板(15)以及可改变该壳体(1)的截面的缓冲板(16-16.6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述缓冲板(16-16.6)布置在所述壳体(1)与所述排出装置(10)的过渡部分。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于:所述缓冲板(16)的至少一部分(21)配合于所述壳体(1)的截面。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于:自外部控制所述缓冲板(16-16.6),从而使其适合于通过量。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于:在产物处理期间进行对所述缓冲板(16-16.6)的调节。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)配备至少一个适用于输入细粒/粉末或添加物的设备(22)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于:所述用于输入细粒/粉末的设备(22)是具有N2吹扫装置的单螺杆或进料双螺杆。
