背景技术
随着目前电缆领域快速发展,对各种电缆护套的橡胶材料的耐高低温、耐油、耐各种化学品腐蚀等性能提出了苛刻的要求,丁腈橡胶耐油、耐磨、耐热性较好,粘接力强,主要用于制作耐油制品,但丁腈橡胶成本较高,且热稳定性及韧性较差,近年来,由于全球能源和环境问题日益突出,采用自然界丰富的天然植物纤维替代传统纤维增强电缆护套材料逐渐受到人们的关注,但是植物纤维表面张力大,热稳定性较差,如何制备一种韧性、热稳定性好,成本低丁腈橡胶电缆护套材料成为目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种改性丁腈橡胶电缆护套材料,热稳定性能好,力学性能优异,原料成本低,节约成本。
本发明提出的一种改性丁腈橡胶电缆护套材料,其原料按重量份包括:丁腈橡胶50-90份,硅橡胶30-40份,三羟甲基甲胺1-1.4份,改性秋麻纤维50-60份,微晶蜡0.5-1份,氧化锌3-6份,炭黑20-40份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10-13份,促进剂NS 2-3份,过氧化二异丙苯0.5-2份,N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺1-1.5份,己二酸二辛酯0.5-1.5份,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯0.5-1.5份;
在改性秋麻纤维的制备过程中,将秋麻纤维置于干燥箱烘干至恒重,然后浸于NaOH溶液中,用去离子水洗至中性,浸入高锰酸钾的丙酮溶液中浸泡,过滤,水洗至中性,放入干燥箱中烘干至恒重,然后浸泡于NaOH溶液中,水洗至中性,干燥,常温下浸入冰醋酸中,水洗至中性,放入干燥箱中烘干至恒重得到改性秋麻纤维。

本发明中,丁腈橡胶与硅橡胶相容性好,交联剂过氧化二异丙苯及助交联剂三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯和三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯组成的硫化体系中和丁腈橡胶与硅橡胶硫化活性的差异,丁腈橡胶与硅橡胶在硫化剂中分布均匀且硫化同步,进而提高产品的交联密度与交联程度,制品抗张强度和抗撕裂强度显著增强,与改性秋麻纤维配合作用,经过一定工艺改性的秋麻纤维内部具有大量细小分支,利于秋麻纤维与丁腈橡胶、硅橡胶及其他组分的粘合,且经过高锰酸钾处理,秋麻纤维断面与丁腈橡胶、硅橡胶发生发应,断面结构复杂,产品热稳定性好,此外改性后的秋麻纤维降低了秋麻纤维的表面张力,提高了在基体中的分散性,且经过适当热处理,秋麻纤维内部产生空洞和缺陷,丁腈橡胶、硅橡胶及其他组分可进入秋麻纤维的细胞腔和细胞壁上的纹孔内,形成镶嵌结构形态,阻燃性能优异,粘合性能进一步增强,并加入适量软化剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯与乙二酸二辛酯配合作用,胶料的流动性和加工性能优异,进一步增强耐曲挠性及撕裂强度

一种改性丁腈橡胶电缆护套材料,其原料按重量份包括:丁腈橡胶50份,硅橡胶40份,三羟甲基甲胺1份,改性秋麻纤维60份,微晶蜡0.5份,氧化锌6份,炭黑20份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯13份,促进剂NS 2份,过氧化二异丙苯2份,N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺1份,己二酸二辛酯1.5份,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯0.5份;
改性秋麻纤维的制备过程中,将秋麻纤维置于60℃干燥箱烘干至恒重,然后浸泡于浓度为2g/L的NaOH溶液中,浸泡时间为20min,用去离子水洗至中性,浸入浓度为4g/L高锰酸钾的丙酮溶液中浸泡,浸泡时间为25min,过滤,水洗至中性,放入80℃干燥箱中烘干至恒重;然后浸泡于浓度为5g/L的NaOH溶液中,浸泡时间为15min,水洗至中性,干燥,常温下浸入冰醋酸中,浸泡时间为15min,水洗至中性,放入76℃干燥箱中烘干至恒重得到改性秋麻纤维。
实施例2
一种改性丁腈橡胶电缆护套材料,其原料按重量份包括:丁腈橡胶90份,硅橡胶30份,三羟甲基甲胺1.4份,改性秋麻纤维50份,微晶蜡1份,氧化锌3份,炭黑40份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10份,促进剂NS 3份,过氧化二异丙苯0.5份,N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺1.5份,己二酸二辛酯0.5份,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯1.5份;
改性秋麻纤维的制备过程中,将秋麻纤维置于50℃干燥箱烘干至恒重,然后浸泡于浓度为5g/L的NaOH溶液中,浸泡时间为15min,用去离子水洗至中性,浸入浓度为6g/L高锰酸钾的丙酮溶液中浸泡,浸泡时间为20min,过滤,水洗至中性,放入85℃干燥箱中烘干至恒重;然后浸泡于浓度为2g/L的NaOH溶液中,浸泡时间为20min,水洗至中性,干燥,常温下浸入冰醋酸中,浸泡时间为10min,水洗至中性,放入85℃干燥箱中烘干至恒重得到改性秋麻纤维。
实施例3
一种改性丁腈橡胶电缆护套材料,其原料按重量份包括:丁腈橡胶65份,硅橡胶36份,三羟甲基甲胺1.15份,改性秋麻纤维55.6份,微晶蜡0.7份,氧化锌4.2份,炭黑33份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯11.3份,促进剂NS 2.6份,过氧化二异丙苯1.3份,N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺1.3份,己二酸二辛酯1.2份,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯1份;
改性秋麻纤维的制备过程中,将秋麻纤维置于58℃干燥箱烘干至恒重,然后浸泡于浓度为4g/L的NaOH溶液中,浸泡时间为16min,用去离子水洗至中性,浸入浓度为5g/L高锰酸钾的丙酮溶液中浸泡,浸泡时间为23min,过滤,水洗至中性,放入84℃干燥箱中烘干至恒重;然后浸泡于浓度为3g/L的NaOH溶液中,浸泡时间为18min,水洗至中性,干燥,常温下浸入冰醋酸中,浸泡时间为12min,水洗至中性,放入82℃干燥箱中烘干至恒重得到改性秋麻纤维。
将上述改性丁腈橡胶电缆护套材料做成胶片进行性能检测,测试结果如下:

Claims (3)
1.一种改性丁腈橡胶电缆护套材料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:丁腈橡胶50-90份,硅橡胶30-40份,三羟甲基甲胺1-1.4份,改性秋麻纤维50-60份,微晶蜡0.5-1份,氧化锌3-6份,炭黑20-40份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10-13份,促进剂NS 2-3份,过氧化二异丙苯0.5-2份,N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺1-1.5份,己二酸二辛酯0.5-1.5份,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯0.5-1.5份;
在改性秋麻纤维的制备过程中,将秋麻纤维置于干燥箱烘干至恒重,然后浸于NaOH溶液中,用去离子水洗至中性,浸入高锰酸钾的丙酮溶液中浸泡,过滤,水洗至中性,放入干燥箱中烘干至恒重,然后浸泡于NaOH溶液中,水洗至中性,干燥,常温下浸入冰醋酸中,水洗至中性,放入干燥箱中烘干至恒重得到改性秋麻纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改性丁腈橡胶电缆护套材料,其特征在于,改性秋麻纤维的制备过程中,将秋麻纤维置于50-60℃干燥箱烘干至恒重,然后浸泡于浓度为2-5g/L的NaOH溶液中,浸泡时间为15-20min,用去离子水洗至中性,浸入浓度为4-6g/L高锰酸钾的丙酮溶液中浸泡,浸泡时间为20-25min,过滤,水洗至中性,放入80-85℃干燥箱中烘干至恒重;然后浸泡于浓度为2-5g/L的NaOH溶液中,浸泡时间为15-20min,水洗至中性,干燥,常温下浸入冰醋酸中,浸泡时间为10-15min,水洗至中性,放入76-85℃干燥箱中烘干至恒重得到改性秋麻纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改性丁腈橡胶电缆护套材料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:丁腈橡胶60-70份,硅橡胶34-38份,三羟甲基甲胺1-1.2份,改性秋麻纤维55-56份,微晶蜡0.6-0.8份,氧化锌4-5份,炭黑30-34份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯11-12份,促进剂NS 2.5-2.8份,过氧化二异丙苯1-1.4份,N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺1.2-1.4份,己二酸二辛酯1-1.3份,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯0.8-1.2份。
