Abstract
本发明涉及一种高强度改性电线橡胶外皮,包括下列组分,三元乙丙橡胶50份,丁晴胶20份,玻璃纤维8份,甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶25份,纳米氧化锌5份,硼酸锌12份,聚乙烯7份,过氧化苯甲酰5份。本发明的高强度改性电线橡胶外皮由于添加了能够曾加强度的玻璃纤维,甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶,纳米氧化锌,使得电线外皮的抗拉强度大大提高,其柔韧性和耐磨性也有所提高,提升了电线外皮的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工产品,尤其是一种高强度改性电线橡胶外皮。
背景技术
电缆外皮是电缆抵抗各种侵蚀的保护层。在日常的使用过程中,电缆经常受到热负荷(最低或者最高温度极限内连续或者断续的变化)、机械负荷(柔韧性、耐磨性、拉伸载荷及抗踩踏强度)或者化学腐蚀(与稀释剂、液体介质及油等接触)的作用。同时,还常常有用户对电缆提出阻燃、无卤、耐紫外线照射等要求,以及特定的表面特性要求等。而这些要求还不是随便就可以满足的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种高强度改性电线橡胶外皮。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的高强度改性电线橡胶外皮,包括下列组分,三元乙丙橡胶50份,丁晴胶20份,玻璃纤维8份,甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶25份,纳米氧化锌5份,硼酸锌12份,聚乙烯7份,过氧化苯甲酰5份。
作为一种改进,其还包括硬脂酸3份。
作为一种改进,其还包括过氧化二异丙苯醇5份。
本发明的高强度改性电线橡胶外皮由于添加了能够曾加强度的玻璃纤维,甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶,纳米氧化锌,使得电线外皮的抗拉强度大大提高,其柔韧性和耐磨性也有所提高,提升了电线外皮的质量。
