本发明涉及一种紫薯饼干。具体的说明是涉及一种由天然食物紫薯为主料,玉米粉,奶粉,糖粉,黄油为辅料配制而成的一种紫薯饼干。
背景技术
目前,人们吃的零食越来越繁多,油炸类的,烘焙的,膨化的,各类包装都有,且喜爱选择饼干作为零食,它除了滋味好,还能补充人体需要的能量,不过不要小看饼干的热量,有些饼干内藏的脂肪可是高得惊人。因此吃饼干也要吃得正确,才能健康地为你增添能量。
随着社会的进步和人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对自身的健康越来越重视,那些营养易消化,其中包括紫薯制成的食品为人们所喜。紫薯营养丰富具特殊保健功能,每一单位含有20%左右的蛋白质,包括18种氨基酸,易被人体消化和吸收,其中包括维生素C、B、A等8种维生素和磷、铁等10多种矿物元素,内含有大量药用价值高的花青素,法国科学家马斯魁勒博士更是发现花青素是天然强效自由基清除剂。

本发明的紫薯饼干是根据食物的营养学为基础,由天然的天然食物紫薯为主料,玉米粉,奶粉,糖粉,黄油为辅料配制而成的一种紫薯饼干。它富含维生素,蛋白质、微量元素、可食性纤维和可溶性无氧化物质,则具有减肥、健美和健身防癌等作用。本发明的目的就在于提供一种更健康,更营养的零食一种紫薯饼干。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,具体的说明是涉及一种由天然食物紫薯为主料,玉米粉,奶粉,糖粉,黄油为辅料,经称重、清洗、蒸煮、混合、成型、烘烤、包装、消毒等常规配置工艺制作而成的一种紫薯饼干。以下实施均在符合国家食品卫生管理的环境和要求下进行。其特征在于:它是按下述重量配比的原料制成的紫薯饼干:
紫薯 930kg
玉米粉 50kg
奶粉 5kg
糖粉 20kg
黄油 30kg
其特征还在于:上述原料中的玉米粉含水量﹤15%。

以下实施均在符合国家食品卫生管理的环境和要求下进行。
实施例:
①商购并称重下述原料:
紫薯 930kg
玉米粉 50kg
奶粉 5kg
糖粉 20kg
黄油 30kg
②将上述原料紫薯,高压水反复清洗,置干。
③将上述②中的紫薯蒸煮去皮。
④将上述③中紫薯制成泥,黄油高温溶糖粉,混合玉米粉,奶粉,成型静置,入烤箱烘烤。
⑤分装于每18g食品密封袋中,用紫外线高温消毒。
⑥每10袋入一包,每24包入一箱。即得本发明的一种紫薯饼干。

1. 一种紫薯饼干,具体的说明是涉及一种由天然食物紫薯为主料,玉米粉,奶粉,糖粉,黄油为辅料,经称重、清洗、蒸煮、混合、成型、烘烤、包装、消毒等常规配置工艺制作而成的一种紫薯饼干,以下实施均在符合国家食品卫生管理的环境和要求下进行,其特征在于:它是按下述重量配比的原料制成的紫薯饼干:
紫薯 930kg
玉米粉 50kg
奶粉 5kg
糖粉 20kg
黄油 30kg。
