本发明涉及食品领域,尤其涉及一种菊粉沙棘果粉混合固体饮料。
背景技术
菊粉又名菊糖,是一类天然果聚糖的混合物,已经被世界上许多国家批准作为食品营养补充剂。作为一种天然的可溶性膳食纤维,进入人体后不被胃和小肠吸收而直接进入大肠内,促进肠道蠕动的同时优先被双歧杆菌、乳酸菌等益生菌利用,有利于益生菌的增值;益生菌生长使肠道pH值降低,抑制有害菌的生长,从而有利于肠道健康。
沙棘属于被子植物门和双子叶植物纲,是一种落叶性灌木,其特性包括耐旱、抗风沙,可以在盐碱化土地上生存,因此被广泛应用于水土保持,沙棘果实中富含大量的Vc、VE、β胡萝卜素、黄酮、SOD等生物活性物质和人体所需的各种氨基酸和微量元素,其Vc含量是猕猴桃的2~5倍,被称为“水果之王”,因此沙棘具有提高免疫力、健脑益智、降血压、降血脂等作用,目前,沙棘应用最多的领域是医药保健行业,但是一般都是将沙棘提取物单独使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在改善人体肠道健康的同时能够补充多种维生素和微量元素的菊粉沙棘果粉混合固体饮料。
本发明提供一种菊粉沙棘果粉混合固体饮料,由以下重量份的组分组成:菊粉80~90%和沙棘果粉10~20%。
所述沙棘果粉为将沙棘除去杂质清洗后榨汁,得到沙棘果汁,进行喷雾干燥或者冷冻干燥而得到的果粉,具体的,除杂过程为冲洗去叶处理。
得到的菊粉沙棘果粉混合固体饮料,通过冲饮来实现食用。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
将菊粉和沙棘果粉按照一定比例混合得到固体饮料,一方面可以将沙棘大规模应用,另一方面将菊粉的营养成分和沙棘的营养成分有机的结合起来,相较于单一产物,两者之间相互协同配合,营养全面,同时口感更好。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
菊粉属于植物中储备性多糖,天然纯净,无毒无害,安全性高,且资源丰富。
而沙棘果实中富含大量的Vc、VE、β胡萝卜素、黄酮、SOD等生物活性物质和人体所需的各种氨基酸和微量元素。其Vc含量是猕猴桃的2~5倍,具有提高免疫力、健脑益智、降血压、降血脂等作用。
实施例1
一种菊粉沙棘果粉混合固体饮料,菊粉80kg,沙棘果粉20kg。
所述沙棘果粉为将沙棘除去杂质清洗后榨汁,得到沙棘果汁,进行喷雾干燥或者冷冻干燥,得到沙棘果粉。
按配方将菊粉与沙棘果粉混合均匀,得到菊粉沙棘果粉混合固体饮料,该固体饮料为白色、黄色颗粒混合粉末,易溶、口感酸甜、具有沙棘果香。
实施例2
一种菊粉沙棘果粉混合固体饮料,菊粉90kg,沙棘果粉10kg。
所述沙棘果粉为将沙棘除去杂质清洗后榨汁,得到沙棘果汁,进行喷雾干燥或者冷冻干燥,得到沙棘果粉。
按配方将菊粉与沙棘果粉混合均匀,得到菊粉沙棘果粉混合固体饮料,该固体饮料为白色、黄色颗粒混合粉末,易溶、口感酸甜、具有沙棘果香。
实施例3
一种菊粉沙棘果粉混合固体饮料,菊粉85kg,沙棘果粉15kg。
所述沙棘果粉为将沙棘除去杂质清洗后榨汁,得到沙棘果汁,进行喷雾干燥或者冷冻干燥,得到沙棘果粉。
按配方将菊粉与沙棘果粉混合均匀,得到菊粉沙棘果粉混合固体饮料,该固体饮料为白色、黄色颗粒混合粉末,易溶、口感酸甜、具有沙棘果香。
对上述实施例1~3中制备的沙棘果粉进行检测,其为淡黄色粉末,具有沙棘果香味和果酸味。
上述配方将菊粉与沙棘果粉混合,食用时将菊粉沙棘固体饮料倒入温开水中,搅拌溶解,该配方中不但含有大量多糖,果糖聚合体的混合体>70g/100g,而且其中Vc含量≥50mg/100g,水分≤5g/100g,溶解度≥95%;对人体有害物质如铅含量≤1mg/kg,总砷含量≤1mg/kg,铜含量≤1mg/kg,符合国家标准规定的要求。
该配方具有增强双歧杆菌增殖、降低血糖血脂、恢复胃肠功能、增强钙质吸收、提高免疫力、健脑益智等诸多功效,故所有人群均可食用,尤其以下人群食用效果最佳:
中老年人群三高人群亚健康人群强劳动、勤用脑、工作压力大的人群维生素缺乏、饮食不规律的人群需要美容抗衰老的人群。
该菊粉沙棘果粉混合固体饮料配方制备工艺简单,生产成本低廉,可以大规模生产,相较于菊粉或沙棘果粉单一产物,口感更好,同时集两者的营养效果为一体,人体吸收更全面。
