本发明涉及一种饮料,具体涉及一种梨汁、红醋栗汁、黑醋栗汁、草莓汁混合制成的什锦果汁。
背景技术
梨肉汁多可口,润肺、降火、生津。红醋栗和黑醋栗可用作解乏,治疗视力障碍,舒缓眼睛疲劳,在食品中添加以后也能增添独特的风味,草莓汁与红醋栗汁是种特别的搭配,这两种植物果实的混合汁可以产生一种奇妙的味觉感受。
发明内容
本发明所要提供的是一种降火、生津、解乏的什锦果汁。
本方案的什锦果汁由梨汁、蔗糖、果糖、草莓汁、异抗坏血酸钠、果胶酶、红醋栗汁、黑醋栗汁作为原料制成,其制作步骤如下:
(1)选择鸭梨或酥梨,并将果实洗净、去皮、破碎为小块(破碎同时添加异抗坏血酸钠),同时洗净草莓、红醋栗、黑醋栗;
(2)将鸭梨或酥梨、草莓、红醋栗、黑醋栗分别打浆(打浆时添加果胶酶),然后分离去渣,得原汁;
(3)按比例将鸭梨或酥梨、草莓、红醋栗、黑醋栗原汁与蔗糖、果糖混合,温水溶解;
(4)采用瞬时灭菌器,以90~95℃保持30s除灭微生物及氧化酶类;
(5)采用100℃杀菌,保持5分钟之后迅速冷却。

1.一种什锦果汁,其特征在于所述什锦果汁由以下原料组成:梨汁、蔗糖、果糖、草莓汁、异抗坏血酸钠、果胶酶、红醋栗汁、黑醋栗汁。
2.如权利要求1所述的什锦果汁,其制作步骤为:
(1)选择鸭梨或酥梨,并将果实洗净、去皮、破碎为小块(破碎同时添加异抗坏血酸钠),同时洗净草莓、红醋栗、黑醋栗;
(2)将鸭梨或酥梨、草莓、红醋栗、黑醋栗分别打浆(打浆时添加果胶酶),然后分离去渣,得原汁;
(3)按比例将鸭梨或酥梨、草莓、红醋栗、黑醋栗原汁与蔗糖、果糖混合,温水溶解;
(4)采用瞬时灭菌器,以90~95℃保持30s除灭微生物及氧化酶类;
(5)采用100℃杀菌,保持10分钟之后迅速冷却。
