背景技术
秋冬季节,气候干燥,常常使人感到鼻、咽干燥不适,适宜吃些具有生津止渴、润喉去燥功效的水果。金桔含有丰富的维生素C、金桔甙等成分,可以理气止咳、生津止渴、健胃、化痰、预防哮喘及支气管炎,对于维护心血管功能,防止血管硬化、高血压等疾病也有一定作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种润肺止咳的果酱。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:润肺止咳的果酱,包括以下组份的原料:金桔500g、梨200g、甘蔗100g、冰糖200g、盐3g、柠檬汁20g。
本发明润肺止咳的果酱的制备方法为:
(1)将金桔和梨洗净,用淡盐水浸泡1小时,甘蔗榨成甘蔗汁,备用;
(2)将金桔和梨分别切块,去核,放入破壁机中,加入甘蔗汁,打成果泥;
(3)将果泥放入锅中,加入冰糖和盐,边搅拌边小火熬煮15-25分钟;
(4)加入柠檬汁,搅拌均匀,继续小火熬煮4-8分钟,直至果酱呈浓稠状,即可装入消毒过的玻璃瓶中,密封保存。
使用时,既可涂抹于面包、吐司上,直接食用,也可加温水调和成果茶饮用。
本发明不含任何添加剂,安全健康,酸甜可口、风味独特,具有润肺止咳、生津止渴、清热去燥的功效。

润肺止咳的果酱,包括以下组份的原料:金桔500g、梨200g、甘蔗100g、冰糖200g、盐3g、柠檬汁20g。
本发明润肺止咳果酱的制备方法为:
(1)将金桔和梨洗净,用淡盐水浸泡1小时,甘蔗榨成甘蔗汁,备用;
(2)将金桔和梨分别切块,去核,放入破壁机中,加入甘蔗汁,打成果泥;
(3)将果泥放入锅中,加入冰糖和盐,边搅拌边小火熬煮15-25分钟;

1.润肺止咳的果酱,其特征在于:包括以下组份的原料:金桔500g、梨200g、甘蔗100g、冰糖200g、盐3g、柠檬汁20g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润肺止咳的果酱,其特征在于:制备方法为:
(1)将金桔和梨洗净,用淡盐水浸泡1小时,甘蔗榨成甘蔗汁,备用;
(2)将金桔和梨分别切块,去核,放入破壁机中,加入甘蔗汁,打成果泥;
(3)将果泥放入锅中,加入冰糖和盐,边搅拌边小火熬煮15-25分钟;
(4)加入柠檬汁,搅拌均匀,继续小火熬煮4-8分钟,直至果酱呈浓稠状,即可装入消毒过的玻璃瓶中,密封保存。
