本发明公开了一种桑拿桶用新型PVC材料,包括一层半透明PVC胶膜及与半透明PVC胶膜复合在一起的经上糊处理的斜纹印花牛津布,所述上糊处理采用新型PU配方糊剂,所述PU配方糊剂包括以下重量份的成分:PU软胶95~100份、架桥剂5~7份、溶剂10~20份,本发明还说明了新型PVC材料的制备方法。通过上述方式,本发明制备的桑拿桶用新型PVC材料,与普通PVC单膜比,外表美观;同时具有优异的剥离强度,充气时不易变形且不易破损,耐用;产品不发硬,易折叠存放或携带。

技术领域
本发明涉及PVC材料,特别是涉及一种桑拿桶用新型PVC材料。
背景技术
蒸桑拿是当下人们消费的一种时尚与保健双得的休闲方式,其喜好者众多。尤其是不少女性更是喜爱小木屋中既减肥又美容,因此流连忘返,乐此不疲。
桑拿桶是桑拿中常用到工具之一,传统的桑拿桶多为木质材料、陶瓷材料或硬质塑料加工而成,其质量比较笨重,占用空间大,挪用或携带不方便。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种桑拿桶用新型PVC材料,与普通PVC单膜比,外表美观;同时具有优异的剥离强度,充气时不易变形且不易破损,牢固耐用;产品不发硬,易折叠存放或携带。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种桑拿桶新型PVC材料,一层半透明PVC胶膜及与半透明PVC胶膜复合在一起的经上糊处理的斜纹印花牛津布,所述上糊处理采用新型PU配方糊剂,所述PU配方糊剂包括以下重量份的成分:PU软胶95~100份、架桥剂5~7份、溶剂10~20份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述PVC半透明膜包括以下重量份的成分:PVC树脂100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯60~75份、重质碳酸钙5~10份、液体/粉体钡锌低毒稳定剂5~10份、群青0.25~0.5份、硬脂酸0.1~0.5份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述斜纹印花牛津布为150D红/灰斜纹印花牛津布。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述PU软胶为聚氨酯,溶剂为甲苯。
一种桑拿桶用新型PVC材料的制备方法,所述制备步骤为:
(1)150D红/灰斜纹印花牛津布上糊处理:配料(糊剂)→混合搅拌→预热→上糊→防水→烘干→冷却→卷取,所述上糊处理的具体过程及工艺参数为:采用变频调速搅拌机搅拌,搅拌转速600~900转/分,时间30~60分钟,糊剂粘度40000~60000cps;对牛津布进行预热,预热温度为80~100℃;上糊:把配好的糊剂通过抽胶泵注到牛津布的反面上,对牛津布施加一定张力使其平直在刀座表面穿过,布上方垂直架一把刮刀,刀具0.2~0.4mm,通过调节刮刀和刀座的间距及刮刀和布的接触角度来控制上糊量,上糊量保持在30~40g/m;防水:上糊后的牛津布经过一个装有泼水辊的水槽,水槽里装有1/2左右的防水剂(水:泼水剂=100:2~3),通过泼水辊对牛津布的正面进行防水处理;烘干温度为140~160℃,烘干时间为1~2分钟;采用三根冷却辊进行冷却定型,冷却时间约10~30S。
(2)PVC半透明胚膜压延:计量配料→高速混合→混炼→开炼机塑化→挤出机过滤→压延→引离→冷却定型→卷取。
(3)高温贴合:将上糊处理过的150D红/灰斜纹牛津布先经过一根预热辊进行预热,预热温度为130~150℃,时间3~5S,然后与引离出的PVC半透明胶膜在压花装置处贴合,贴合压力为25~35kgf/cm2。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述上糊处理中刀具采用不锈钢材料制成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种桑拿桶用新型PVC材料,与普通PVC单膜比,外表美观;同时具有优异的剥离强度,充气时不易变形且不易破损,牢固耐用;产品不发硬,易折叠存放或携带。

一种桑拿桶新型PVC材料,包括一层半透明PVC胶膜及与半透明PVC胶膜复合在一起的经上糊处理的斜纹印花牛津布,所述上糊处理采用新型PU配方糊剂,所述PU配方糊剂包括以下重量份的成分:PU软胶95~100份、架桥剂5~7份、溶剂10~20份。
所述PVC半透明膜包括以下重量份的成分:PVC树脂100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯60~75份、重质碳酸钙5~10份、液体/粉体钡锌低毒稳定剂5~10份、群青0.25~0.5份、硬脂酸0.1~0.5份。
所述斜纹印花牛津布为150D红/灰斜纹印花牛津布。
所述PU软胶为聚氨酯,溶剂为甲苯。
一种桑拿桶用新型PVC材料的制备方法,所述制备步骤为:
(1)150D红/灰斜纹印花牛津布上糊处理:配料(糊剂)→混合搅拌→预热→上糊→防水→烘干→冷却→卷取,所述上糊处理的具体过程及工艺参数为:采用变频调速搅拌机搅拌,搅拌转速600~900转/分,时间30~60分钟,糊剂粘度40000~60000cps;对牛津布进行预热,预热温度为80~100℃;上糊:把配好的糊剂通过抽胶泵注到牛津布的反面上,对牛津布施加一定张力使其平直在刀座表面穿过,布上方垂直架一把刮刀,刀具0.2~0.4mm,通过调节刮刀和刀座的间距及刮刀和布的接触角度来控制上糊量,上糊量保持在30~40g/m;防水:上糊后的牛津布经过一个装有泼水辊的水槽,水槽里装有1/2左右的防水剂(水:泼水剂=100:2~3),通过泼水辊对牛津布的正面进行防水处理;烘干温度为140~160℃,烘干时间为1~2分钟;采用三根冷却辊进行冷却定型,冷却时间约10~30S;
(2)PVC半透明胚膜压延:计量配料→高速混合→混炼→开炼机塑化→挤出机过滤→压延→引离→冷却定型→卷取;
(3)高温贴合:将上糊处理过的150D红/灰斜纹牛津布先经过一根预热辊进行预热,预热温度为130~150℃,时间3~5S,然后与引离出的PVC半透明胶膜在压花装置处贴合,贴合压力为25~35kgf/cm2。
进一步,所述上糊处理中刀具采用不锈钢材料制成。
实施例2
150D红/灰斜纹印花牛津布上糊处理:配料(糊剂)→混合搅拌→预热→上糊→防水→烘干→冷却→卷取,所述上糊处理的具体过程及工艺参数为:采用变频调速搅拌机搅拌,搅拌转速850转/分,时间60分钟,糊剂粘度60000cps;对牛津布进行预热,预热温度为95℃;上糊:把配好的糊剂通过抽胶泵注到牛津布的反面上,对牛津布施加一定张力使其平直在刀座表面穿过,布上方垂直架一把刮刀,刀具0.35mm,通过调节刮刀和刀座的间距及刮刀和布的接触角度来控制上糊量,上糊量保持在35g/m;防水:上糊后的牛津布经过一个装有泼水辊的水槽,水槽里装有1/2左右的防水剂(水:泼水剂=100:2~3),通过泼水辊对牛津布的正面进行防水处理;烘干温度为160℃,烘干时间为2分钟;采用三根冷却辊进行冷却定型,冷却时间约30S;
PVC半透明胚膜压延:计量配料→高速混合→混炼→开炼机塑化→挤出机过滤→压延→引离→冷却定型→卷取;
高温贴合:将上糊处理过的150D红/灰斜纹牛津布先经过一根预热辊进行预热,预热温度为150℃,时间5S,然后与引离出的PVC半透明胶膜在压花装置处贴合,贴合压力为35kgf/cm2。
150D红/灰斜纹印花牛津布上糊处理过程中,所采用PU配方包括以下重量份的成分:聚氨酯100份、架桥剂7份、甲苯10份。
PVC半透明胚膜压延过程中,所采用PVC半透明膜包括以下重量份的成分:PVC树脂100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯75份、重质碳酸钙10份、液体/粉体钡锌低毒稳定剂5份、群青0.45份、硬脂酸0.25份。
实施例3
150D红/灰斜纹印花牛津布上糊处理:配料(糊剂)→混合搅拌→预热→上糊→防水→烘干→冷却→卷取,所述上糊处理的具体过程及工艺参数为:采用变频调速搅拌机搅拌,搅拌转速900转/分,时间60分钟,糊剂粘度55000cps;对牛津布进行预热,预热温度为100℃;上糊:把配好的糊剂通过抽胶泵注到牛津布的反面上,对牛津布施加一定张力使其平直在刀座表面穿过,布上方垂直架一把刮刀,刀具0.25mm,通过调节刮刀和刀座的间距及刮刀和布的接触角度来控制上糊量,上糊量保持在30g/m;防水:上糊后的牛津布经过一个装有泼水辊的水槽,水槽里装有1/2左右的防水剂(水:泼水剂=100:2~3),通过泼水辊对牛津布的正面进行防水处理;烘干温度为150℃,烘干时间为2分钟;采用三根冷却辊进行冷却定型,冷却时间约25S;
PVC半透明胚膜压延:计量配料→高速混合→混炼→开炼机塑化→挤出机过滤→压延→引离→冷却定型→卷取;
高温贴合:将上糊处理过的150D红/灰斜纹牛津布先经过一根预热辊进行预热,预热温度为150℃,时间4S,然后与引离出的PVC半透明胶膜在压花装置处贴合,贴合压力为30kgf/cm2。
150D红/灰斜纹印花牛津布上糊处理过程中,所采用PU配方包括以下重量份的成分:聚氨酯100份、架桥剂6份、甲苯9.5份。
PVC半透明胚膜压延过程中,所采用PVC半透明膜包括以下重量份的成分:PVC树脂100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯70份、重质碳酸钙8份、液体/粉体钡锌低毒稳定剂6份、群青0.4份、硬脂酸0.3份。
本发明的有益效果:
1、选用红/灰斜纹印花牛津布材质,做出的产品外表美观,与普通PVC单膜比,充气时不易变形且不易破损,耐用;
2、采用本公司重新配比过的PU配方,压延生产时再对布进行预热处理,预热温度为130-150℃,时间3-5S,使生产出来的产品有优异的剥离强度,充气后形状稳定持久;
3、采用特制的刮刀(刀具0.2-0.4mm)控制上糊量,使产品不发硬,易折叠存放或携带。

2.根据权利要求1所述的桑拿桶新型PVC材料,其特征在于,所述PVC半透明膜包括以下重量份的成分:PVC树脂100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯60~75份、重质碳酸钙5~10份、液体/粉体钡锌低毒稳定剂5~10份、群青0.25~0.5份、硬脂酸0.1~0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的桑拿桶新型PVC材料,其特征在于,所述斜纹印花牛津布为150D红/灰斜纹印花牛津布。

(1)150D红/灰斜纹印花牛津布上糊处理:配料(糊剂)→混合搅拌→预热→上糊→防水→烘干→冷却→卷取,所述上糊处理的具体过程及工艺参数为:采用变频调速搅拌机搅拌,搅拌转速600~900转/分,时间30~60分钟,糊剂粘度40000~60000cps;对牛津布进行预热,预热温度为80~100℃;上糊:把配好的糊剂通过抽胶泵注到牛津布的反面上,对牛津布施加65~85Mpa的张力使其平直从刀座表面穿过,在牛津布上方垂直架设一把刮刀,刮刀的厚度为0.2~0.4mm,通过调节刮刀和刀座的间距及刮刀和布的接触角度来控制上糊量,上糊量保持在30~40g/m;防水:上糊后的牛津布经过一个装有泼水辊的水槽,水槽里装有1/2左右的防水剂(水:泼水剂=100:2~3),通过泼水辊对牛津布的正面进行防水处理;烘干温度为140~160℃,烘干时间为1~2分钟;采用三根冷却辊进行冷却定型,冷却时间约10~30S;
(2)PVC半透明胚膜压延:计量配料→高速混合→混炼→开炼机塑化→挤出机过滤→压延→引离→冷却定型→卷取;
