本发明一种山竹养颜饮品,属于饮品领域。本发明采用山竹5-6份、牛油果2-3份、樱桃2-3份、菠萝2-3份、牛奶1-2份、砂糖1-2份、柠檬酸0.05-0.1份、食用香精0.04-0.05份、果胶0.05-0.07份、单甘脂0.03-0.05份,通过取汁、配料、杀菌、包装等加工程序加工出一种养颜饮品,本发明的一种山竹养颜饮品,以山竹、牛油果、樱桃、菠萝、牛奶为原料,不仅口感新鲜美味,而且更为重要的是,它保存了水果本身天然赋有的多种营养成分,长期饮用能起到养颜、美容肌肤的功效。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及的是饮品领域,具体是一种山竹养颜饮品。
背景技术 山竹含有丰富的蛋白质、脂类、膳食纤维、糖类、维生素及镁、钙、磷、钾等矿物元素,对机体有很好的补养作用,具有清热降火、美容肌肤的功效,对于肝火旺盛、皮肤不太好的人来说,常吃山竹可以清热解毒,改善皮肤质量。
随着现代都市人群生活节奏的加快,人们对养颜饮品的需求量越来越大。由此本发明将采用山竹为主要原料,加工出一种饮用后可提高肌肤质量的养颜饮品。
发明内容 本发明的目的在于提供一种山竹养颜饮品,长期饮用能起到养颜、美容肌肤的功效。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种山竹养颜饮品,由如下重量份的原料备制:山竹5-6份、牛油果2-3份、樱桃2-3份、菠萝2-3份、牛奶1-2份、砂糖1-2份、柠檬酸0.05-0.1份、食用香精0.04-0.05份、果胶0.05-0.07份、单甘脂0.03-0.05份。
一种山竹养颜饮品加工方法是:
(1)将山竹5-6份清洗后剥开皮,取出果肉,打磨成果浆,加入5倍洁净水、浸泡1-2小时后加热到100℃左右关火,凉冷,使用270 目筛滤出果汁水。
(2)取牛油果2-3份剥开,去核,取出果肉,再将果肉捣茸,加入6倍洁净水微火煮制30-40 分钟后凉冷,使用270 目筛滤出果汁水。
(3)将樱桃2-3份使用浓度为5%的盐水浸泡0.5-1小时,凉干后去核,将去核后的樱桃果肉打磨成果浆,加入6倍洁净水加热到100℃左右关火,凉冷,使用270 目筛滤出果汁水。
(4)将菠萝2-3份去皮,取出果肉,将果肉打磨成果浆,加入6倍洁净水加热到100℃左右关火,凉冷,使用270 目筛滤出果汁水。
(5)将上述取得的山竹、牛油果、樱桃、菠萝果汁水混合,加入牛奶1-2份、砂糖1-2份、柠檬酸0.05-0.1份、食用香精0.04-0.05份、果胶0.05-0.07份、单甘脂0.03-0.05份,搅匀,通过高温灭菌后进行灌装,制成山竹养颜饮品。

1.一种山竹养颜饮品,其特征在于由如下重量份的原料备制:山竹5-6份、牛油果2-3份、樱桃2-3份、菠萝2-3份、牛奶1-2份、砂糖1-2份、柠檬酸0.05-0.1份、食用香精0.04-0.05份、果胶0.05-0.07份、单甘脂0.03-0.05份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种山竹养颜饮品,其特征在于其加工方法是:
(1)将山竹5-6份清洗后剥开皮,取出果肉,打磨成果浆,加入5倍洁净水、浸泡1-2小时后加热到100℃左右关火,凉冷,使用270 目筛滤出果汁水;
(2)取牛油果2-3份剥开,去核,取出果肉,再将果肉捣茸,加入6倍洁净水微火煮制30-40 分钟后凉冷,使用270 目筛滤出果汁水;
